Environment was really good and staff were too, pizza was okay.

The food is quite mouthwatering and delicious. We had pizza and it was like having slices of the paradise. The nonveg platter we had was tasty and adequate for a couple. The service is really warm and welcoming as well. Hope every restaurant in Biratnagar has this level of service. Water Hospitality: Really love that water is served. Yes water!!! The basic need in hospitality and the "restaurants" nowadays shamelessly shove you with water bottle without even serving and then have the audacity charge you. Kudos to the service here. The place is quite spacious as well

Spacious and perfect ambience for peace lovers. One of the best restaurants in Biratnagar with great hospitality. Different kitchen top counters for both veg and non veg cuisines. Staffs are friendly.

I have been here for couple of times staffs are helpful as always this time we tried tandoori chicken pizza and paneer pizza and some lime and lemonade drinks. Always grateful to you people who serves here!! Cheers

We had the keema pizza and it was good. We were there on a saturday and they couldn't manage the flow of people. We had to share tables with random strangers. Would be good to have someone at the entrance managing people and tables. Wouldn't suggest going on a saturday.

Could have worked a bit more on Thier food . The menu is great tho. I did find out that when you specifically ask them if they have Cheese on Thier burgers they got amazed and at last there was no cheese . So, idk who knows that they have to put cheese in a burger .

I tried chicken heaven pizza nd that was the worst pizza i have ever eaten here. I dont know what went wrong with pepe pizza but i suggest never try this here . You can see here in photo

Due to the open kitchen it's a bit hot inside the room. They can improve the atmosphere by adding some stand fans.

One of the best home brand of Nepal competing with other multinational franchise. Really delicious and fresh pizza. Lots of options. Other dishes are good too. Would recommend 10/10 to pizza lovers. And personally Fish platter is the go to dish. Also the water hospitality is there which is quite rare in today's dining. One problem with the staff is that they are on their toes to ask you and take your plates immediately after finishing your dishes. That's very impatient of them which is annoying.

Food was good, especially pizzas and refreshing drinks. Everything is ok except one of the staff. We asked about ingredients of food but she replied very rudely not only once but thrice . Whole mood was ruined because of her !... I've so much to complain about her but anyway still needs some improvement on service.

The ambience is good. Lightings look aesthetic. You can watch your menu being cooked. Service is great here. You can eat and shop here at the same time.

Prices are reasonable, pizza was good. Worth a try.
