Absolutely disgusting and rude behaviour by all the staffs. Doesn’t look like they know their job. Nurse isn’t a nurse, she behaves like she’s a PM. Incharge of the wards are rude and throws sarcastic comments. The entire staff must be changed. They are not helpful or caring towards the patient and sarcastic and rude towards the patient’s family. They refused to take care of them - blatantly. I’m shocked!

Renowned hospital but lacking helping nature. Money oriented rather than helping oriented

The hospital has some of the best doctors for Neuro and Cardio. The treatment can be expected to be well done by the doctors. However the service and facilities of the hospital is very disappointing. The restrooms are very much limited and dirty. For the whole ward with around 12 beds with 2 waiting persons for each beds, there is just 2 toilets. Ward itself is congested and no place for the waiting person to sleep if the patients is in icu or ccu. The store room for waiting people belongings is located in parking lot, in a small and disgusting room with spider web all around. Opd is also always crowded and generally long wait time. The hospital really needs to take care of hygiene. The parking lot is big for vehicles but is 5 or 6 block away from main building.

I suggest to not to take medications from here. For check up, it's fine. Once, My big brother, had problem in jaw, and after doing MRI, they recommended sleeping peels saying that it is due to stress. Dr. Birendra examins properly. He is nice. He is expert in his profession but lacks emotional part of patient. How he dare to call a normal person a psycho? Actually, my brother is fine today without any medications. Moreover, After MRI, My dad was also given sleeping peels for Parkinson desease. Day passed by, my there was no any sing of improvement in dad's health. His health was deteriorating. He seemed passive like a person in coma We were not satisfied with this report and went to kathmandu, green city hospital. Now, my father is active and healthy.

Worst experience , need to wait for doctor for more than 3 hours and no any facility for card payment, and also need to be in line and get token even to follow up for report to doctor. Will never ever visit this hospital again .as u can see my token number andthe counter number still in 109 number. They are making this more complicated..we need fast service..not to be waiting for hours even for follow up. I will suggest all my friends and relatives not to never ever visit this hospital. Even the medicine they are not giving for 2 days by force we have to get whole file medicine.😡😡😡😡

Great experience as a first time. The staff and Prof. Dr. Shailaja Chhetri (Shrestha) were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Prof. Dr. Shailaja Chhetri (Shrestha) really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend Neuro cardio and multispecility hospital.

Best hospital for better and serious treatment in whole Biratnagar. But, It's quite expensive hospital in everything... It's not for poor people and national beema is also not recognized here... But, CT scan and MRF are quite cheaper than other hospitals in Biratnagar... ❤️

I recently experienced subpar conditions at this medical facility. The washroom hygiene left much to be desired, and the doctors seemed rushed, providing minimal explanations about treatment, complications, and medications in a comprehensible manner. However, the silver lining was the compassionate demeanor of some nurses in ortho and surgical departments who showed genuine care. Improvement in doctor-patient communication and facility maintenance is crucial for a better overall experience.
