Cheap and good restaurant in Biratnagar. Located on the side of the highway. Jhol MoMo here is very tasty . Fried rice is even more memorable. The perfect place to hang out with friends and family. Parking is well arranged. Take away facility is also available. They don't take customer's photos and post them on their Facebook page.

First visit experience: (4/5) Pizza is awesome here!! And momos too. Veg momo was a delight and its achaar was heaven. The ambience was equally good. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings. I preferred indoor as it was silent and comparatively hygienic. Toilets were clean. But the outdoor setting was a bit messed up. The music was excessively loud though and sometimes annoying. Staffs weren't much welcoming. But the overall experience with food was reallyy great. Update with Second visit: (3/5) Didn't like their momo at the second visit. The achaar had a pungent smell. I tried Pasta and it was Yum though. (Veg alfredo Penne pasta) The staffs were less welcoming.

I recently had the displeasure of dining at Pizzfire, and I must say, it was an absolutely dreadful experience. From start to finish, this restaurant managed to disappoint me at every turn. First and foremost, the order taking staff were incredibly unprofessional. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Not only did they manage to forget basic items such as glasses and spoons, but when I brought it to their attention, they seemed completely indifferent. I had to request glasses and spoons from three different staff members, and even then, none of them bothered to follow up or bring them to our table. It's truly mind-boggling how such a basic request could be mishandled so badly. The lack of attention from the staff continued throughout the entire evening. It felt like they were completely disengaged and uninterested in providing any sort of decent service. It's almost as if they were doing customers a favor by being there. If they can't be bothered to attend to their patrons, perhaps they should consider shutting down the restaurant after 7 PM rather than tarnishing their reputation any further. Unfortunately, this was not my first disappointing encounter with Pizzfire. Just the weekend before, I had ordered food online and to my dismay, the pickled pack I received was absolutely rotten and emitted an unbearable stench. It was clear that this restaurant has no quality control in place and they are willing to serve spoiled food without a second thought. It's shocking and disgusting. While I will admit that the food itself was passable, the prices they charge are exorbitant, especially considering the abysmal service and the fact that they serve rotten food. It's clear that Pizzfire is taking its customers for granted and has no regard for providing a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining at Pizzfire. The unprofessional staff, lack of basic amenities, and the serving of rotten food are all clear indications that this restaurant does not value its customers. Save your time, money, and taste buds and look elsewhere for a decent dining experience.

Open kitchen. Great food. Okay-ish drinks and cocktails but decent atmosphere.They do live screening of football/cricket matches. But, kitchen closes a bit early and not everything in the menu is available. One of the finest in Biratnagar.

Recently had a very bad experience here. Had ordered Chicken Dopyaza but instead mushroom Dopyaza was brought. Brought it to management attention. But they still billed me for it. Highly disappointed.

Pizfire is very good place to hang out with friends. Food is the center of attraction here , I like the food of pizfire infact it is one of the best available in Biratnagar and not inexpensive compared to other restaurants nearby .I like the bar area and Hukka is also available. The thing I didn't like is there are some couch which can be uncomfortable if you are planning to hangout for longer.

If u r not regular u won't even notice the chef making cheap version of the food u like. Like they were really adamant on saying that the food we got is the exact thing when we have gone there n ordered it many times. .

I expected the pizza to be more tastier than other cafes or restaurant but it was as decent. The crust was over cooked/ or baked and it was just satisfactory. Other foods were good too..

Besides pizza and a few others, nothing else is up to the mark here. All they've done is put a truck load of chilly powder on each item. You want your customers returning back, not scaring them off. I personally wouldn't recommend Pizfire. Although the seatings are comfortable, some light music won't hurt either. Totally disappointed!
