I would describe this place as Money Minting Machine. Even though the premises are clean but little emphasis is given to Customer service. Crowd management is not at all good. My father's eye surgery was performed last, late night even though we reached so early in the morning. Reason cited was that the lens wasn't available. What were you guys doing when the lens was first assigned by the doctor? No one checked the availability. And when they came to know that lens wasn't available they didn't notify the patients family. We were kept waiting till 7:30pm. The hospital premises were empty by then. The doctors instead started shouting at us when we opposed this. It was a really bad experience.👎👎👎

Impressive..It is a private hospital and fee is also nominal. Hospital is well maintained and hygiene. Restroom facilities are available with proper hygiene. There is dustins ate also available.There is a separate corner for shoes and slippers where you have to slippers off & they provide you a fresh pair of slipper for entry. I added all the photos for your convenience guys.Doctors are very polite & humble, sensitive with theirs patients. I came a across with Dr. Shweta Taparia, she was very generous & soft with theirs patients,give time ans discuss the issues related with patients.

Well managed and well equipped EYE Hospital... Very Good doctors available ... Situated just opposite to Harrison Palace.. Doctors are in action from 8 am onwards.. OPD charge Rs.400 .. The slippers or any footwares are to be flipped before entering into the opd area.. Is facilitated with lab, medicine center and optics center...with spacious waiting halls ...No any problems for transportation..

It is just a amazing hospital for your eyes. I have been visiting her for a long time for my regular eye checkup and I never faced any problem. Even the fee is not high.

They have talent team of doctors. Similarly, inside eye hospital, the eye glass shop is also customer centric. Price of spectacle is also fair. Located outside the hospital compound, The canteen is too good. It's very very healthy and cheap too. Rice, Thali, chole bhature, puri, tea, etc are the foods available there.

People are provided with a clean pair of slippers before setting foot inside the hospital. The entrance and toilets of the building are wheelchair accessible. The hospital looks very clean. It also has a canteen located just beside serving hygienic food.

Doctor's assistent helped us through the basic procedure and explained in detail. However, there are some areas of improvement 1. Crowd management could be improved. Sometimes people are clueless about next procedure/ room to visit. 2. If you are here for cataract treatment and ask for accomodation. You will only get it only after the operation is completed. Even if there is an elder person with patient. This becomes very painful during rush days where operations might get delayed till late hours.

Everything is very systematic..... Hygiene and cleanliness is upto the mark...... Staffs are polite and helping...... Doctors are attending much to the patient's satisfaction...... Can't review on Surgical procedures as I haven't gone through it.

I would say ,thats how the every hospital should be ..very experienced doctors and staffs ..well behaving staffs,and very polite .the most important thing to talk is there is surplus space and sitting space for everyone .no one was standing literally no one ..hygienic ..and doctors have patience and gives you more than sufficient time to discuss about your problems ..good hospital Kudos to the owner👏.

I did my LASIK surgery here and the service is very good as well as the treatment . My presciption for my eyes were -11 (left) -9.5(right) and after LASIK both went to 0 and i had no complications after surgery all within a very affordable price

Treatment here is affordable, neat and clean environment, staffs are also helpful and supportive, sometimes they become insensitive or harsh during rush hour or at the end of the day. The doctors are excellent very kind and expert, able to clear all my doubts specially Taparia and agarwal mam. Allover it is the best eye hospital at biratnagar. Also there is a canteen near the hospital and the food is average according to the price. I will definitely recommend my friends and loved ones to visit here.
