I visited the veterinary hospital for the first time. We took our pet there for a check up. The set up of the hospital was quite busy with many animals/pets. The service at the hospital is very good. All the staff are friendly and devoted to work. I am especially thankful to Dr. Raut and one intern who helped a lot and stayed with us even after the office time and provided care to our pet. ❤️❤️

No experienced vet technicians. Biratnagar vet hospital seriously need to build good infrastructure for different kinds of animals in the hospital, Also more qualified doctors regarding dogs and cats.
