We had a good time. This place definitely needs some repairs and updates though. My daughter was disappointed there was nothing to do really in the animal hospital, everything was locked up. We spent about 2 hours here, but it was what we needed to get out of the house for awhile. The price was great for what we got to do.

What a wonderful place for kids to explore and learn! It is a great place for families with young children to visit. The museum is very open, lots room for the little ones to run around. They are multiple rooms with specific topics for kids to touch and learn. Every year during Lunar New Year and Duan-Wu holiday, local Chinese folk dance groups will put on an entertaining performance.

This location is great fro the younger crowd. There is more room to run and play for the kids age 1 to 4. The activities are height and age appropriate. There is an art section that the kids just love every time. And the positive is that there is a are where dirty rows (toes in the mouth) can be placed in the basket. The sections allow for kids to learn and play at the same time. I like it here so much I had my daughters party here too. The staff were very much accommodating and the kids have a great time.

We enjoy coming here on days we can't be outside. They finally have some new exhibits that are fun. Some take some explanation if you have younger children, but what a great opportunity to teach them something new. They really try their hardest to keep the place clean. Someone is always walking around wiping down surfaces. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because some of the older exhibits and some areas of the building could use some love.

We have been to both locations and this one is not as big or is as well maintained as the Richmond location. It still was a fun and entertaining afternoon for our friends 5 year old and our 4 month old.

We haven’t gone to this location in roughly two years (since Covid). I took my almost 7 year old (& my older girls) today & although my youngest had fun, I found the museum to be lacking in some areas. I feel there could be way more hands-on activities, more directions posted at the different play areas & more things to help engage learning. In the pet area, there were no real cats, but there was a sign saying please don’t tap the glass, but the pets were stuffed animals. My daughter was sad because she wanted to see real cats. The bus had no upgrades since the last time we were there & nothing to really spark interest or learning. Outside the bus was an area where you could build your own car, but there were not a lot of blocks to do that. My daughter wanted to play in the water area, but they were doing repairs, so she couldn’t. My girls did like the new tire activity & the slide area. My youngest loved being a cashier & shopping using the grocery list. We miss when they had all the shelves so the kids could really feel like they were in a store shopping. There was only one shelf with little grocery options (jars, can goods, milk, juice etc). The room next to the store was a restaurant & all the food was placed in a bucket & the kids just dug to find the items they wanted. My youngest loved the food because it looked so realistic.

My Grandchildren enjoyed being here I really was impressed by the educational areas they created most children's play areas are just for play but here they can play and learn which I thought was a brilliant.

My kid loves it here. It's always clean including the bathrooms. The front desk ladies are friendly and welcoming. Not as crowded as the Richmond location. And it's close to my house. I like that they added new attractions recently and have free craft center. We go when they first open when it's less crowded.

I suppose there is no dress code for staff due to the sweatshirts/sweatpants they wore. Not sure why certain areas was in dissaray early in the morning, like they didn't bother to cleanup the day before. Compared to the downtown location, this place could use better management.

This place is fantastic for kiddos. We could have spent hours here, but unfortunately only had an hour and a half in the middle of a road trip. 5 year old and 2 year old were IN LOVE.
