Our experience with Dr. Hoover and every single staff member has been outstanding. My mother had a fall and needed dental work immediately. She had just moved here so had not selected a dentist yet, but as soon as I talked to Katie I knew we had found a special place. Even as a new patient, they were able to see her quickly and fixed her dentures temporarily so she could go on with her life while the new ones were being made. My mom's beautiful and confident smile says it all! Thank you to everyone at the Midlothian Dental Center for making this experience a really positive one!

I an new patient and the staff is awesome. I was first seen by Chelsea and then Paula to go over my treatment plan. Dr. Hoover is awesome. All the ladies are friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dental location. I no longer have a fear seeing the dentist. Thank you.

I think Doctor Hoover’s office is the happiest dental office I’ve experienced. Staff all friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Hoover listened patiently to my concerns, explained procedures and did an excellent job on my crowns. I would certainly recommend her.

I’ve had two visits to Dr. Hoover in recent weeks. She is so personable and puts me at ease right away. I never feel rushed and in fact she has taken time into her lunch hour to complete unexpected work while I was still numb. Dr. Hoover takes her time, is great administering lidocaine and always insures I’m comfortable during the procedure. I was taken back by the need to do so many fillings recently. She laid out an acceptable treatment plan to correct my issue cosmetically and also help prevent further decay in this area. I continue to be happy that I transferred my care to her new location. Her office staff, assistants and hygienist Melinda are the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Hoover and her team did an amazing job of getting me in their office for an emergency visit as a brand new patient (I hadn’t even been there for my first cleaning and evaluation). The staff was super friendly, made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job on a new temporary crown. I’m looking forward to many great years of dental services with them!!!

Dr. Hoover is quite the dentist. The best I’ve ever had in my life. If you are looking for someone to connect with and really take care of your teeth, fully recommend Dr. Hoover. I will never go to anyone else. The hygienist’s are awesome too. Love this place.

Dr. Hoover and the entire staff at Midlothian Dental Care are incredibly compassionate and competent. They have a gift with easing patients’ anxiety and making them feel comfortable. I’ve experienced very little, if at all, wait time before a scheduled appointment. I appreciate the transparency with insurance and patient billing All around, in all aspects, this is an excellent practice! And… also operated by an all female staff.

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I love that every part of the treatment planned is explained in detail, to the point I don’t even have to ask any questions. Also not many people look forward to coming to the dentist but I enjoyed my 2 visits here!
