Second visit and still the same! Love the C-Rex , B-Rex and the onion rings just take you to another level! Definitely go for the B- Rex than the the legend returner . Not a huge fan of wings but that could be personal choice as I am not a fan of salty and soury stuff:) Cute atmosphere, good seatings, fast and humble service. Wish they did combo meals☺️!

A tasty Burger, I'd even say a proper Burger. Prompt service, a good menu, decent prices for the quality, and a good choice of sauces and sides as well. It was pretty busy when we came in, but our order was taken and the food came to the table in a very quick amount of time. A good spot in the heart of Liverpool.

Amazing burger, easily one of the best I've had in years and I've had a lot of burgers. Even the onion rings and pulled pork chips were so tasty. I'll be sure to go back again and highly recommend this place.

Decent burger considering price and location, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Visited for lunch with a friend, we both got the lunch deal of a simple burger and fries for £7.50. I got some extra bacon and switched my fries to tater tots. All of the food was delicious, uncomplicated, and fresh. Eaten here before and can say that some of the fancier burgers can be really special, but on this occasion I really appreciated eating at a nice location with quality food and service, and not being set back over £10 per person. Definitely worth a visit for any occasion.

We called in here on a day trip to Liverpool. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. My daughter and I chose the chicken burger with chips. It was cooked beautifully. We would definitely eat here again.

On entering was quickly seated order was taken and drinks and food arrived very quickly. Burger was very tasty even given an extra bucket of chips very nice staff and great food would highly recommend

The salted caramel milkshake was a little too salty but the experience in general was great. 💁🏻‍♀️ staff extremely polite, helpful and patient. That totally makes the difference. 🌇 the place is pretty, nice view of the city outside, and very light. Love it.

Excellent burger, the cheese on top complemented well with the juicy smashed patty. Chips and wings are average standard, deep fried to the right status, served with sauce so nothing can really go wrong. Service is excellent, quick to respond with a friendly attitude.

Used to be so good back in the the days but now it’s just an average. Burger was ok but if bun was heated it would be better. The Christmas offer of burger, potatoes & shake is good value otherwise all sides are sold separately so average burger & fires would cost around £15 (drink not included).

We'd visited the World Museum, and were looking for somewhere to eat before our Journey Home, and came across Byron purely by chance. We were shown to our Table, quickly. Loved the, "Industrial themed" Interior. Great choice of Food and Drink which was competently priced, and Service was excellent. We'll be back again very soon!

An OK experience. Not mind-blowing or particularly memorable. The staff were lackadaisical and the menu limited but the food came promptly and was well cooked and tasty (if a little bland visually). I would have thought in the centre of a Premier city surrounded with choices Byron would be looking to up their game and draw the crowds. Not so.

I've been to this Byron Burgers quite often. We always have amazing food and a pint of Byron's lager. Today I had this glass which look just a little bit more than a half of beer and was charged £5.95! When I complained and said its advertised as a pint on the menu she said well that's how it comes now due to covid!! Just a little bit shocking really!

Enjoyed the burgers and really tasty chips. Was asked several times regarding intolerance to anything, and after ordering the waitress came back to table to explain that something I ordered had dairy in the cooking process. Really tasty chips ,good portion. Only real fault I had was having to wait ages for drinks to be delivered to table

Booked a table for three last Saturday lunchtime. Our youngest son is in a large wheelchair and a place had been selected as requested to allow for this. We where greeted warmly and served promptly. Plenty of staff in there to deal with the full house. Not our first visit and it's always been a good experience. All the good was served hot and was all very tasty. Used facilities with the son. Staff waiting on politely moved out of our way to ease the journey; some places use wheelchair access as a dumping ground but definitely not the case here. Disabled toilet was clean and functional also. A really good experience overall.

Has probably over taken GBK for me as my favour burger place. Love the burgers and the portion sizes! Plus they offer blue light discount which is always a plus.

Usually a great Burger but our last visit earlier this week was very disappointing, we ordered the Byron Burger & the Classic, both were tasteless and the buns didn't taste very fresh. Byron always seem to be of a high standard with good quality tasty burgers so this visit was very dissapointing!

The customer service was fast, they were kind and helped, also had a great personality that was energetic. The food came faster than I expected and the food was delicious, also paired with music that had a rythmic tune that made me feel hungry. I had got the B-rex burger that came with chips and a side of Mac and cheese, I do not have Mac and cheese often but it definitely had the authenticity of America cheese which I enjoyed. Overall music, customer service, food and atmosphere left me feeling satisfied!

Simply the worst hamburger I've ever eaten. The beef was tasty but the bread was cold and tough. My girlfriend's chicken hamburger was with a too strong and very salty barbecue sauce. She asked without pickles and came with... The chips also were tough and with a weird spice on top. After that we had to pay 10% service charge but the service was slow. Basically does not worth to the price in my opinion.

The burger was great, very tasty. Also the option of a salad instead of fries was appreciated. The Oreo milk shake was a generous serving and delicious. The brownie bite desert was so tasty and very well priced.

I have always been a big advocate of Byron since it opened in Liverpool years ago and always recommended it to people but was really disappointed on my last visit. All week there was a sign outside offering a lunch deal Mon-Fri so visited on the Friday and asked for the lunch deal but was told it had been stopped for that day. No reason was given just that “sometimes they stop it”. I could see all the menus for the lunch deal on the side as I walked in so not sure why you would advertise it all week on a big board outside then decide to stop it on the Friday? (The visit was at 2pm so was within the 12-4 advertised) Anyway we wasn’t that bothered as we usually like Byrons and ordered our food. Although the meat in the burgers was hot, our buns were cold and hard. I’m not sure if they are stored in a fridge/freezer or they were just stale but it really ruined the meal. Our bill came and we only ordered two burgers, one fries and two drinks and it came to over £40! There are a lot of burger restaurants in Liverpool and none of them charge this much and have better quality of food. I just felt overall it was a poor experience and was disappointing for the price and standard. There are absolutely much better burger restaurants than here so do not waste your money.

Good food, OK atmosphere, abysmal service. The waiter had a real attitude. Thought he was doing stand up but nothing was funny. Just offensive. Shame because I'm sure the owner wouldn't wish that to be the overall impression. If you like a nice meal whilst getting amazing service this is one to avoid.

Incredible Crimbo scran! One of the best Festive feasts you'll find in Liverpool. Superb 'Merrymas Burger' with sublime gravy. A perfectly cooked beef patty, thick flavourful sausage patty and the perfect amount of beef dripping mayo and cranberry sauce. The bacon didn't add much though really but other than that I couldn't fault the burger. I of course had some pigs in blankets aswell. They were fairly standard but the maple mustard dip made them much more enjoyable! Some 'Roasty Tots' completed my indulgence and they went down a treat. Helped again by that smack daddy gravy. It was thick, lumpy and hot but not boiling like it is in most places. Probably a touch overpriced ... like most things at Christmas I guess! But a hugely enjoyable meal and fantastic service to boot.

The staff were very efficient, friendly and fast. No problems there. However, apparently byrons don't offer hot drinks, to grab a bite to eat for lunch during the week it is disappointing not to be able to get a coffee. The burgers were from the £7.50 menu. Reasonable choice , I had the fried chicken burger with fries. It really wasn't worth the money , two tiny pieces of overcooked battered chicken, I get a better one from mcdonalds. The salad on the bap was wilted and lonely, no tomato or decent onion slices. My husband enjoyed a milkshake, but at nearly £6!! It was way too expensive. Have to say we probably won't be visiting anytime soon.

Visited Byron Burger today and, was very pleasantly surprised good quick service, you could tell the staff wanted to be there. Food was warm and tasty and arrived quickly, the amount of times I’ve visited places for a bite to eat and simply been forgotten about or ignored is phenomenal: Thank you too those who served me today, in Liverpool I definitely recommend Byron’s and will visit again. Nandos especially Nandos In Aldershot should take a leaf out of Byron’s book especially on service

Went here on a Saturday lunchtime with Wowcher vouchers. Overall a fab experience. Our server was polite, patient and chatty. The food was sublime. You pay for what you get here so everything was cooked to perfection. While the drinks were a little on the expensive side (nearly half the bill), it wouldn't put us off going again. Expect £25 per head if going, which is reasonable considering the quality of service, food and the atmosphere. Looking forward to going again soon.

when I went last year, everything was great. today I came back and I didn't find the same quality, potato full of oil, wilted. Dry, tasteless hamburger and I took it for the most expensive £15 the snack comes without potato accompaniment. small and expensive coca cola, expensive service charge. I'm not coming back

My wife and I had were fortunate enough to dine here during our trip to Liverpool. The food was excellent - lots of choices and fully accommodating for my vegan and the wife's vegetarian requirements. The vibe was great for a Friday evening. The standout point was the quality of service - staff were wonderfully friendly throughout, helpful and even threw in a free dessert! We couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to visit again :)

The staff were welcoming and showed me to my seat. I loved the attention to detail in the ordering process - asking about allergies, how I like my meat cooked and if I wanted to remove anything from the burger. Service was quick and the food was great. The staff here are super!

I visited this location for dinner. I was greeted immediately and was seated without delay. The atmosphere for a Friday night was great, and it wasn't too busy when I arrived around 18:15. I ordered the Salted Caramel shake, B-Rex burger, and the Macaroni Cheese. Salted Caramel: Perfect combination of salty and sweet, really tied the meal together B-Rex Burger: Perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. Would definitely recommend! Macaroni cheese: A little bit bland, I would recommend choosing a different side. I had Milena as a server and they were amazing. Very attentive and did a fantastic job. I would definitely return!

Really impressed with our meal. My intolerance was easily accommodated as the option to switch from buttermilk fried chicken to grilled chicken was available to everyone. Good service and delicious food. The sundae in the photo was the small !!

Staff friendly, atmosphere retro, food nice, vegan vegetarian friendly and gluten free buns availability, average price per main meal £14, kids menu £6.99, Waited 2 minutes in peak times to get a table, no pre booking needed found little gem by accident, disabled friendly.

Lovely friendly staff, had the cheeseburger which was delicious, nice fries, my only criticism was the salad dressing on the salad was quite bitter, other than that a real enjoyable place to eat. (There is a 10% service charge included, no problem but I would have rather given the young lad who served us a fiver which was over 10%)

Food was 10/10 as usual. Had the Halloween special burger, which was lovely, and the butterscotch sundae for dessert. Also chicken strips and the seasoned fries as sides. The chicken strips were amazing, better than KFC. Only gets a 4 star because the music was quite loud so felt a bit like you had to shout to be heard and it got quite cold in there whenever someone opened the door. This was in October mind. Overall, great.

Ordered via Deliveroo yesterday. Quick delivery. Arrived within 20 mins. Great service. The good was absolutely delicious and we received a bigger portion than expected. Triple burge, byron burger and chicken burger all recommended. We so received some free brownies. Definitely order from Byron. I will be ordering again.

Ordered burger with no cheese. Came covered. Inedible for me. Unfortunate cause someone took the time to send brownies, but couldn't check the ticket for the order. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

This is my first ever visit to the restaurant. I ordered Halloumi Fries as a starter. It looked good and tasted even better. Then I had the Christmas special B-Rexmas. The beef and the bacon were a perfect match and it's so satisfying having such a delicious Hamburger! The side dish of sweet potato fries was of equally high standard too! On top of these, the staff are friendly and helpful. I can expect more! I will definitely come again!

We like a lot going out. Last night we went to this excellent place which we didn’t know before. We passed a delightful time there with fine meal and a well-trained crew and a great cuisine. We added this place in our list and we will certainly go again soon. Highly recommended.

Went with a friend, ordered a C Rexmas burger for myself and added an extra patty. Ended up having a bet with the lovely waitress named Molly. She was skeptical of my ability to finish the burger and said she’d give me £1 if I managed to do so. I came out of the restaurant extremely full and with a £1 coin in my pocket. Til my next Man V Food challenge!

My 16 year old daughter and her friends received outstanding service at this Byron branch tonight. I've already phoned the manager to thank him and his team. My daughter and her friends, who unmistakably look as young as they are, were stared at for long periods by one of a group of men at a nearby table. They were made to feel so uncomfortable, that they informed the staff and asked to be moved to another table.They were moved and the staff took the additional step of speaking to the group of men to inform them about the behaviour of one of their group, and how disturbing it had been for my daughter and her friends. Excellent, caring, responsible customer service - thank you.

Delicious burgers and fries, first time ordered and we decided to try a beef burger, a chicken burger, the haloumi fries and the sweet potato fries. All great. Very quick delivery and we were very surprised, when we opened the bag, that there was a surprise desert for us. Very happy with everything and we'll be ordering again, I'm sure :)

Staff are upbeat and friendly. Food was tasty, although medium cooked burger proved to be a little dry.

Good burgers but service was not great last night. Waited a long time for someone to take our order (and saw another table leave because it took too long for them too). They forgot our water, beers, I had to ask for plates, utensils, napkins...I guess it did not help that we were served by about 4 different employees during the evening. Perhaps having one dedicated employee per table would help.
