Highly recommend! I would like to give it 10stars if I can. By these high-quality pizzas, I was so surprised. I visited several places for pizzas in CPH and felt so-so. But, these are beyond. We forgot to take pictures of them because they were super delicious. :) Not only fresh and delightful, but also pizzas have their rhythm and introduction to the world of Tasty. If somebody asks me where to go in Copenhagen, I will recommend this place for pizzas first. We felt very pleasant for the kind service. The owner warmly welcomed us in a spacious and crispy clean restaurant with a smile. The place was cozy, comfy, and bright. If you sit near the window, you can see all the green and beach areas.

Very interesting place with home like feeling. We had a dinner for two at Pomodoro D’oro after a long and tiring day. It is a very friendly environment with a lot of exciting choices of pizzas. We loved the attentiveness of the staff. We were very surprised by the quality of the dough especially, which we had to compliment directly and we learned that they use organic sourdough. Don’t expect a fast food experience when you’re there, but rather a fine dining feeling with good quality ingredients. Thanks a lot to the fashionable nice lady for the service!

Excellent food and top notch service! One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Copenhagen - creative and delicious. The service was amazing too - the love for their business, the food and for their customers was visible in everything that they did! The wonderful owner even gave us their homemade Tiramisu when I expressed my interest for it, just to have a try! :) Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Staying around the corner and walked in to ask whether they do takeaway meals as my friend was too unwell to come into the restaurant. The staff were so attentive and wonderful and packed me two piping hot meals to take back, well packaged with cutlery. Can’t thank them enough for being so kind and accommodating! Definitely recommend the Marinara pasta!

During my Copenhagen trip, I really enjoyed having authentic Italian Pizza and Pasta. I can feel the freshness of each ingredients that make the pizza and pasta enhance it’s flavor profile. Mist visit this restaurant when you visit this area.

Where to start? Food is amazing and service is more than amazing! The dough is soft and so tasty and the toppings on the pizza are very fresh and well paired! It is definitely becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Copenhagen!

They have some of the most exotic pizzas you'll ever try. We have tried their vegetarian pizzas and the one with figs and the other black potatoes are our favourites. We recently also tried their pasta and it was simply delicious. Seating inside is quite elegant and you can also enjoy outside with view of Amager beach/strand. Really sweet staff. Food taste 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Service 10/10

The BEST pizza in Copenhagen! The dough is perfect, and the flavour combinations are delicious! You can choose between 8 combinations in regular sized pizza or 3 combinations in mini size. Artisanal pizza always made with fresh ingredients of highest quality. I take all my friends and family here for dinner :-)

Lovely family-owned place. We had the pistachio/artichoke pasta and the pizza 1, 3, and 4. Different style than the usual (and hyped) Naples-style pizza, but great taste nonetheless. Will come back with friends and try the homemade tiramisu.

Very nice food, the 3 mini pizza’s allows you to choose three different pizza’s from the menu. The service is personal and the waitress is very kind and friendly. A short walk from the metro station if you’re staying closer to the city. Google Maps took us straight to the door!

This is the most amazing pizza restaurant I have ever been! Their pizzas are special kind of art ♥️ It's not something typical you can try in most of the restaurant but an amazing combination of different tastes and flavours. I tried this place once last year (I do not live in Copenhagen) and I couldn't miss to return back here and try a duck pizza one more time. Dined here on our first night in Copenhagen after a long 14-hour flight and we were not disappointed! Marta and her husband were so warm and hospitable; they took time to explain the menu, gave us their recommendations and checked in on us from time to time. Marta even went the extra mile and surprised us with a delicious homemade tiramisu as a welcome gift. We’re truly thankful for the warmth, sincerity and of course, the delicious food. 😋 Our experience here kept our hearts warm despite the chilly weather. 😌 thank you Marta and team! ❤️ Highly recommended for couples!!

The service was professional and friendly, and the food was delicious and colorful. As our first experience in Copenhagen, we felt very welcomed. The prime ingredients, amicable staff, and relaxing atmosphere make this restaurant experience one that our family will always remember. We highly recommend it! Try the pizza Trapani, artisinal Italian beers, and, of course, the tiramisu!

When I was in Copenhagen for a business trip, I went specifically to taste their pizza. Husband and wife run the restaurant and they are very hospitable. The pizza dough is very good, you have the opportunity to try different flavors. I strongly recommend it especially to Turkish visitors.

6/5 - Pizza is to die for here at Pomodoro D’Oro “Amager Strandvej”. The service is so warm & friendly. It’s a special place... with special ingredients... make the effort to visit. Walk on the beach & this also doubles up as a cafe. What more would you want? They even have treats for the kids & pups. Don’t get confused with the other places with the same namesake.

Pomodoro d‘Oro really overwhelmed us! The food was fantastic and the owners so very lovely. The interior is very stylish and the music comforting. We recommend this restaurant to everyone who appreciates fantastic food in a great atmosphere.

Came here for dinner with the family after a day in Copenhagen, as the restaurant is conveniently located on the way back to Sweden. We had various pastas and pizzas, that all tasted deliciously! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we'll certainly come back!

I chose the vegetarian one with aubergine/eggplant, spinach, red bell pepper, mozzarella, pecorino, kampot pepper - such a taste explosion inside my mouth! Definitely will come back next time when in Copenhagen!

Fantastic food and great hosts. We tried the pizza, which were spectacular and the beers (craft brews from Italy) were amazing. The quality of ingredients, the flavours and everything was special. If you are in the area try it out. Definitely worth it!

Initially, looking at the prices gave me an "off" feeling that the place was too overrated. After ordering, we waited for quite some time as the kitchen was quite busy. But after getting our order everything changed as the food was so delicious and really worth the wait. The pizza was perfect, and all ingredients were sublime (hence the price). The bad reviews about condescending service did not really show at all. The waitress even gave us a complementary homemade tiramisu. That tasted fantastically and better than most of those you can get from a restaurant in Firenze.

First time we went there and the overall experience was amazing 😍 Marta was such a welcoming host. She explained the menu and how she sources the ingredients. The place was very cozy, nice jazzy music with cute lamps on the table. There is a wide selection of pizza (all made with sourdough), pasta dishes with home-made pasta, and tiramisu. There is great emphasis on the quality of the ingredients used. The food was indeed excellent, the tiramisu was great and not heavy, and the house red and white wines were quite good! The place is run by a family and you can see that they really care about making it welcoming and tasty. I can highly recommend this restaurant and I’m looking forward to eat there again.

This hidden gem just a short metro ride from Copenhagen was a delightful highlight of our trip. This family-owned restaurant is warm and inviting with outstanding food and service. We sampled 9 pizzas with unique ingredients including blue potatoes and figs. Every single one was delicious. The owners source their ingredients with intention and create their dishes with great care. You won’t want to miss the experience or the food!!!

Had a lovely evening at Pomodoro D’oro! We didn’t have a reservation and they were fully booked but Marta took care of us and made it happen. The menu has such a diverse range of pizza options that it was hard to choose - so I didn’t, because they also offer a pizza sampler of three mini pies. Ended with tiramisu. It was an excellent night in a cozy and welcoming family restaurant!

Not your cheap little corner pizza shop, but this gem serves untraditional, amazingly tasty pizza. As a bonus, the owners were incredibly charming, and the whole experience was A+ Totally worth 5 stars!

Amazing service, experience and food. We got the option to get one of the pizzas to be made vegan and they were both tasty and original! Super friendly and professional staff and a nice setting!

Great selection of delicious Italian food. Pizzas were all extremely unique and were made with fresh ingredients which left a very memorable experience. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
