If I could give no stars I would. My daughter and I wanted to treat ourselves to a mini break away. I found the hotel, she arrived before me. She calls and want impressed at all. The bed sheets were very dirty, the shower curtain had green marks on it. The bag has stains It. The windows were just horrible. It was like stepping into a time machine,. Only one lift was working and we were put on a smoking floor. We Do No Smoke. We just couldn't stay, I booked another hotel just for the peace of mind and left. We didn't get a refund that was last of our worries. We will not be going back there again. They need to either shut it down or re do it up.

Really disappointed with the hotel. Bath very obviously not cleaned and had hairs in it. Room not vacuumed, lots of crumbs on the floor and the bed was awful, 1 pillow per person and they were flat. Room was like a sauna, so ridiculously hot. No one at the desk when I dropped off my keys so will definitely be getting in touch with the photos I've taken!

I implore you, do not book this hotel at the current price of £149 a night when for years the rooms sold at between & 29 & £33 up until 12 weeks ago. There is no money invested into making the rooms better, and i can honestly say the rooms have to be the dingiest darkest ones i ever saw in my life. With paper thin walls. This is without doubt the type of hotel you use for one thing only. A quick illicit meet you should not be having. Then leave as soon as you can.

Stayed here with my wife. Check in was okay the girl was a bit moody and didn't look like she was having a good day. The room was not great as their were stained sheets. We could hear everything going on in the next room.

The smell in the corridor made me sick! Bedroom is outdated but it's ok for a couple of nights. It was clean too. You could hear the next door people "having fun"! But the biggest issue was when they gave someone else access to our room! If we haven't locked the door from inside these people would've got in! They were given our room because the hotel thought we had left! That's unacceptable! And no apologies or interest from the staff! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

the worst hotel I've ever been. It was soooo dirty, with a rug which hadn't been cleaned in ages, some areas where closed to the public and had all the wallpapers torn. the cleaning was really lacking and the personnel where highly discriminatory against their own employees because they didn't understand the language, to the point of yelling because of a missing cup. I didn't have a window in my room and the signaling was quite poor so you could get lost trying to get to the elevator. I totally hated it.

On 19/05/2022 these CROOKS attempted to take £156.00 from my debit card. 5 days after I had stayed there and paid at the premises upon arrival. No explanation from coventry manager , refused to give me her name , head office number etc and gave a false email address. Very bad attitude also. Shocking. These CROOKS have been brought to the attention of the police.

I would have preferred to sleep on the street! Sink was blocked and had filthy water in it when I arrived. Shower curtain had mould on it. Room was tiny and no space to walk round the beds. Lift was a thousand degrees inside. Breakfast was... different. The tea and coffee pots had been mixed up so for my breakfast hot beverage I had toffee, or coftea, if you prefere! AVOID

SHAMEFUL! this place was disgusting me and my husband shared a luxury room 🙄 which turned out not only the surprise of bed bugs but the dust when sat down i highly doubt the sheets are clean and changed regularly. but not to mention the big pice of black hair on my pillow and more in the food! the food was ok but cold and so was the shower was full of hair and bugs WILL NOT COME BACK !!!!

Extremely unhappy with this hotel. We booked on the 7th Jan for an August booking, and then was told today 17th June that our reservation has been cancelled due to overbooking! We have clearly been booted out for others who must of booked afer us, otherwise it has taken them 6 months to realise they have overbooked! Shoddy behaviour.

Folks..id honestly sleep in a car quicker than return to this hotel...location is perfect but its not even worth it....

You used to get what you pay for. Now it has become a hotel for home office. Its actually quite decent that they are looking after the needy.

£115 paid for the room to be told over intercom on arrival that the hotel was now closed with no forewarning

Small rooms, dark, elevator broken, was notified breakfast had changed times to earlier despite all signage stating otherwise, dirty and noisy. Honestly the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1 star is too good.

Extremely dated - so much so that my room had no ceiling light and the majority of sockets would not accept modern plugs. Dirty/worn decor. The room was noisy as there is no double glazing, and the property had an unpleasant smell. The bed was hard, the pillows were so thin they might as well not have bothered providing then. Having paid £195 for the room (plus being charged for using a debit card) I expected much more. As a positive, the receptionist at check in was extremely polite, and the location is convenient.

Unfortunately I cannot be satisfied with this hotel - the towels had some weird brown stains on them (luckily I had my own but for the price of 91euros I would expect to get the clean ones), the wifi didn't work AT ALL (the network was very weak plus the password provided by service was incorrect) and when I asked the service if I can store my luggage for couple of hours after my stay they told me it's impossible because the storage is full so I need to carry it with me now. The breakfast was good though.
