My first wedding dress shop. Had an initial moment of panic when a bride who had booked an appointment (prior to lockdown)meant I may not be able to go in (no appointments are being taken now, you can just go in) as there was only one fitter but to my amazement, the bride was a no-show and I got the appointment! The interior is beautiful- upstairs, Lindsey chatted to me about the wedding theme, what I was looking for in a dress, etc. Then pulled 4 dresses from the rack for me to try. One was what I had said I wanted and the others were nothing like it but in the end I fell in love with one of the totally different dresses. It was just me, my mum, my soon-to-be mother in-law and Lindsey so there was no stress, no pressure, just very relaxed and exactly what I needed. She even showed me how to style the dress I chose, which was perfect! I don't intend to ever get married again as I love my husband- to- be more than anything so won't be able to head back but I had the best time at Wed2B and would thoroughly recommend it! I took my dress home the same day, which was perfect and a big tick on the wedding to do list!

I came to WED2B for my first wedding dress shopping and I was not happy with the service I received. I had nothing to benchmark it off of so thought this was normal (it was not!) I was only allowed to try on dresses in my own size so only had the pick of about 8 dresses out of an entire shop. I had brought names and pictures of the dresses I wanted to try and sadly the store didn’t have any of them (in my size). I’d set my heart on another dress so I asked the ladies if they could check the other branches and I was told it was out of stock everywhere so I ended up buying another one instead. When I went home I was still thinking about the other one so I contacted customer service who told me there were in fact quite a lot of these dresses dotted around and even in stores very close to me. I was so upset because I knew I couldn’t return my dress. It had been a few months now and I still didn’t love my dress so I decided to go to WED2B in Milton Keynes and had a 10/10 experience. They let me try any style in any size and I got to try about 10 different styles until I ended up finding my dream dress. We told the ladies about the disappointing service I got beforehand and as a goodwill gesture customer service let me exchange my dress! I am now so so happy with my experience and i absolutely love my dress. Ladies, do not settle for all they have in store and definitely go straight to customer service for help as they are brilliant!

It's great that you can just walk in and get seen immediately! I didn't have an appointment yet Nandia was happy to see me straight away. The dress sizes cover for the bigger end of the spectrum too so it was nice to hear "you could probably go down a size from this one" as she held it tight and there was still room! Honestly, it makes such a difference to your psyche! My job now is to lose some weight so I can try on an even larger range of styles. Thanks Nandia for your help today. 😊 UPDATE: I came back a few months later to buy my dream dress. I won't lie, this is actually my second dress (1st one bought elsewhere), but I hadn't felt truly confident in the first one as it just wasn't quite right and would need many alterations to make me feel comfortable. Here, it was off the peg but oh-so-special! My main comment is how wonderful all the girls have been here. It was Leyla who served me as my main host and she was brilliant, but I also had interactions with Lisa and Andrea and all 3 girls were marvellous. I'd got in a pickle about my confidence with this second dress and not only did they calm me down they made sure the dress was physically perfect for me. Definitely the place to shop as they genuinely care you choose the right one for you as they don't work on commission. Thanks girls, you're all awesome and lovely ladies.

Want to say a huge thank you to all the lovely ladies who served me! I drove up from London to try on the beautiful azora dress. When I first saw it in November in London, a lady had tried on the last one and bought it. And I couldn't get it out of my head since. It was since discontinued and so I ended up purchasing a wedding dress from davids bridal. Then in March I noticed it still showing online and found out its back in stock and only 4 left in the UK!! I quickly called customer services who were lovely and asked the Northampton store to hold it for me while I drove up! It was definitely worth the wait and anticipation. Much love to all the staff who was just as excited as me to see me try It on and take it home. Like a dream come true! I did purchase it and it will my evening dress on my wedding as I now have 2 dresses :) thank you for all your help and lovely positive attitude and making me feel special. Can't wait until the wedding!!!!! ❤️

Went years ago with a friend who bought her dress from here but I had a very different experience when we went to look for mine. Went on a Saturday this time so not sure if that made a difference but the shop assistant did not listen to sizing or style tastes at all so I ended up trying on a selection of dresses which were way too big/totally not my vibe. Very rough when pulling on dresses and scratched my back at one point with her nails. Very different experience from three years ago when I went with my friend. Not sure if it was just a one off as other people speak quite highly of the place but I'm glad this wasn't my first or only experience trying on dresses as it didn't make me feel great.

Had my first and only trip to Wed2b recently and found the most amazing dress! Gorgeous shop, laid out well, really cozy atmosphere and staff were lovely. Edith was great. She helped me feel comfortable and beautiful in the dresses I tried on, and really understood what I was after. Thank you all so much for making dress shopping for someone who isn't dressy so calm and positive!

WED2BE was the first wedding dress shop that I went to and I came away with "The one" that same day really not expecting to! I thought it would take me a lot longer - but it was easy and painless and I absolutely love my dress! Lovely range of affordable dresses. The service was fantastic. Jac was amazing - she listened to what I liked and instinctively knew the dress she picked out was the one for me!! Thank you for all your help - you were amazing!! X

This was my first time trying on dresses and I left the store in tears. I went on my own as I’ve recently moved to the area from the south west and it’s been difficult to coordinate with fiends and family so I thought I would go and try some dresses on and if I found one I liked I would come back with my sister. Firstly they made me feel awkward about not having anyone with me. Which is ridiculous as I explained why and also i am a grown woman and can try on dresses alone if I want to! It’s none of their business! I also expected the staff to be experienced and be able to help. This was not the case. Firstly the selection in store is very limited. And they only brought me a couple of dresses to try that were all the same style and nothing like the style I like and explained to them. The worst part of it all is that I am a high-street size 12, and I was not allowed to try on dresses that were below a size 18! I appreciate that wedding dresses run small but I saw one style that I had seen online which they only had in a size 14, and I asked to try it on. I told the woman that even if it didn’t fully zip up, I just wanted to get an idea of how the style would look on me. She then said that I couldn’t try the dress as I “might get stuck in it”. I went back to the changing rooms and had to hold back the tears. I felt awful. Like I was a whale! And that I had to be slimmer in order to find a dress I remotely like! That was not the experience I thought it was going to be. And i just couldn’t believe their attitude. It was not a body positive place and this isn’t just any clothes shop. It’s where women go to find their special dress for their special day. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I had a great experience at Wed2B Northampton. Angela was extremely helpful and honest. I went alone due to my family not living here and to my surprise and delight I bought my dress on the same day. Delighted with the quality of my dress and would highly recommend this store.

Tiffany who works at the Nottingham branch was amazing! I attended as a bridesmaid for a bride to pick her dress. Tiffany was so engaging with our whole party and so positive. She made us feel welcome, valued and did not pressure us in time. Thank you again for making our experience great.

Went for a walk and found this amazing wedding shop. Thought I would only look but decided to try a few on. After the first fitting Ang new exactly the dress fir me and decided to buy there and then. Felt no pressure. Gave honest opinions. Went in the week and loved the whole experience. Nothing g was too much for the ladies there. Yes highly recommend 👌 very happy lady thank you

Went to wed2be today with my mum and sister, had no idea I would find the right dress for my big day. Jac provided such an amazing and helpful service, she’s an asset to the team. She picked me out a dress I’d never have imagined picking myself, and it turned out to be the one. Very lovely service, and also a lovely welcome/exit from other members of staff in this shop, thank you all. I never once felt unwelcome or uncomfortable. X

Today was my second visit. Although reminded that they can't guarantee a dress will still be there if i didnt buy that day, I felt under no pressure to buy. The service from all the ladies was excellent. The price range is very reasonable, the dresses are lovely quality and feel and look amazing. I was a little anxious about the whole process before I went, but the lovely welcome, the fact that you don't need an appointment, and the website that shows styles and prices before you go made the experience lovely. Thank you!

Myself and two of my bridesmaids visited Wed2B yesterday and cannot thank / recommend the staff enough. We had a lovely lady called Katy who was with us from the beginning to the end. Katy made us all feel very calm and comfortable and completely got what I wanted in my dream dress! I chose 4 dresses and then Katy listened to what I wanted and chose the next 3. After lots of dress changes Katy said I’ve got the dress for you. And she certainly did. I walked away yesterday with my dream dress picked by the lovely Katy! Thank you so much. We will certainly be back with the rest of the bridal party! 💋

Staff here were so lovely. We had the best time trying on dresses. There was no pressure to buy and we got some great advice and were treated so kindly. We came away feeling great and would thoroughly recommend this shop if you’re just starting your wedding dress journey and are nervous.

I visited wed2b Northampton a few days ago and I must say I was very impressed with the service. Rebecca was absolutely phenomenal, she was very lovely, very professional and was so attentive.
