Lady tried to server me old dried up pizza that had been sitting there for god knows how long. I was able to get fresh slices though after asking. It was near closing time so I'm not sure why she tried to do that to me. Other than that, it was good food.

Terrible Customer service! I was there today. The lady that seemed to be in charge was yelling at customers. Cussing while complaining about a cute older couple saying they didn’t have any patience. If you didn’t stand or order how she wanted you to she would scold you and start cussing. Multiple people left the line due to her terrible attitude. It was very busy and she obviously was not the right person to put out front. She does not work well under pressure, kinda seemed like a loose cannon if you ask me…… I personally would never eat at another Sbarro again.

We walked up at 12:30 and there was pizza ready to sell and two employees and we waited for them to be done with their task and she looked up and screamed we’re not open. I kindly said “oh, do you know about when you’ll be ready?” She said “it’ll be ready when it’s ready baby”. I didn’t appreciate the snark and the Unprofessionalism. I would have waited as my 4 and 6 year old wanted pizza but after that we’ll never be back. I get people are rude to food service employees but I wasn’t. I get people are short staffed but that doesn’t excuse rude behavior to customers. If you’re not open.. put up a sign.

The staff was arguing while I was in line. One of the ladies was noticeably irritated at the male staff who was friendly and doing his job. She went to the back and slammed the ice container open. Then came back once she filled the ice and told us in line “she was sick of working with retards.” It was so embarrassing and inappropriate. The problem was not with the male employee it was her attitude. I couldn’t get out of line fast enough. They need some staff training at this location. 4 employees who couldn’t work together.

I ordered a pasta, a cheese pizza, and a Sierra Mist. The pasta was warm and you could see the steam on the plastic lid. The pizza, on the other hand, was just room temperature because it was sitting out for a bit before I ordered it. The Sierra Mist was also okay, kind of watered down and I kind of tasted sweeter in it in the beginning? But it was fine overall. But I got everything underneath 10 dollars, so it was a worthy investment. The staff was nice too! Just keep your hands behind the glass lol.

EDIT: Had to reduce this to 3 stars because they got rid of the 2 breadstick, 1 slice and drink combo. :( The Sbarro came back after being gone for years! I came a couple days ago and got a pepperoni pizza with 2 breadsticks and a large soda. Still as good as I remember!

Normally decent during the week. But stopped today for lunch, had to wait because it was very busy- no biggy since me and my 12 yo daughter expected it. When it was almost our turn to order, the staff stopped taking orders to make pizzas. Okay, sure. The poor lady in front of me was on her break from another store (in uniform) and they just ignored that, making her wait longer unnecessarily. Then scolded her to step back to order, when she just wanted a side (she was trying to politely get their attention). We continued to wait. And when it was finally our turn, I asked for two pieces and pointed.. because there was an old piece of pizza (small piece that was mostly crust) that 4 other people in front of me didn’t want. She grabbed that one first, and I said I didn’t want that piece. She yelled at me and said I can’t be picky. I said never mind and we left. 20 min wait for a rude experience. If a customer is patient and polite, the last thing staff should be is rude. I’ve been eating at sbarro for 25 years and have ALWAYS pointed to or requested fresher pieces. Especially if there’s a old/poorly made stray piece not worth $6. This staff member could just toss the bad piece and move on. Customers should not be forced to pay for food they did not ask for. Not looking forward to seeing her again. Good teaching moment- told my daughter that you don’t have to purchase something you don’t want. And we waited for lunch somewhere else, where the staff were just as busy but polite.

My boyfriend works there and I was on the phone when he pocket dialed me and I heard a manager yelling and talking to him like he was a kid and this isn't the first time either. He won't say anything but he tells me when he gets home and it hurts my feelings for him. I am gonna complain and I'm gonna talk to my mother to see what legal action can be advised. Because he's doesn't have a mean bone in his body and they know it, but I do and I'm taking matters into my own hands ASAP

This is the worst Sbarro of them all. Every time I come here I get rude employees very bad service, and to top it all off they overcharge me every single time! As others have said, “open the time you’re supposed to!” Do not post your hours at 11 then barely open at 12 pm! This is the 5th time I’ve came here since they opened and have gotten very lousy service! I will never make you business again! I ordered a box if pizza and was overcharged on the pizza and my mom argued with them and they gave her a refund and refused further service after waiting 1 hour for them to finally open. Sbarro you’ve lost my business and will continue to lose more!!!

Terrible. 40 min after listed opening time, pizzas/ food cooked and sitting there... youll hear "uhh we're not open" What a joke. Probably the 5th time ive heard that after making sure to arrive for lunch way past their oping time. Either list your times correctly, or fire your lazy rude workers.

Posted hours of operation say they open at 11am, yet here at 11:41am and the two people working say they are still closed… even though there is a bunch of pizza on display. Seems like the employees are working on their own hours and not the actual hours of the business. Have seen hundreds of dollars lost with people coming up wanting to buy pizza but Sbarro not being “open”.
