Normally
decent
during
the
week.
But
stopped
today
for
lunch,
had
to
wait
because
it
was
very
busy-
no
biggy
since
me
and
my
12
yo
daughter
expected
it.
When
it
was
almost
our
turn
to
order,
the
staff
stopped
taking
orders
to
make
pizzas.
Okay,
sure.
The
poor
lady
in
front
of
me
was
on
her
break
from
another
store
(in
uniform)
and
they
just
ignored
that,
making
her
wait
longer
unnecessarily.
Then
scolded
her
to
step
back
to
order,
when
she
just
wanted
a
side
(she
was
trying
to
politely
get
their
attention).
We
continued
to
wait.
And
when
it
was
finally
our
turn,
I
asked
for
two
pieces
and
pointed..
because
there
was
an
old
piece
of
pizza
(small
piece
that
was
mostly
crust)
that
4
other
people
in
front
of
me
didn’t
want.
She
grabbed
that
one
first,
and
I
said
I
didn’t
want
that
piece.
She
yelled
at
me
and
said
I
can’t
be
picky.
I
said
never
mind
and
we
left.
20
min
wait
for
a
rude
experience.
If
a
customer
is
patient
and
polite,
the
last
thing
staff
should
be
is
rude.
I’ve
been
eating
at
sbarro
for
25
years
and
have
ALWAYS
pointed
to
or
requested
fresher
pieces.
Especially
if
there’s
a
old/poorly
made
stray
piece
not
worth
$6.
This
staff
member
could
just
toss
the
bad
piece
and
move
on.
Customers
should
not
be
forced
to
pay
for
food
they
did
not
ask
for.
Not
looking
forward
to
seeing
her
again.
Good
teaching
moment-
told
my
daughter
that
you
don’t
have
to
purchase
something
you
don’t
want.
And
we
waited
for
lunch
somewhere
else,
where
the
staff
were
just
as
busy
but
polite.
