Absolutely would 100% recommend. I was looking for the right service in town for me and this is the first one I have tried - I will not be going anywhere else from now on. I was a walk in customer, even though Preet was waiting on a customer she made some time available for me. After giving feedback on previous experiences, Preet treated me with absolute kindness and nothing less. She was gentle and checked the temperature of the was for my eyebrow wax was okay. Suki is a super star that does neat and painless waxing and threading in a swift manner by efficiently using time. I recently visited them and Harvinder did my eyebrow threading, upper lip and chin waxing and threading. Harvinder was very professional and gentle, she was very considerate of my needs and talked me through as she was doing it and I felt very comfortable. Hollywood, armpits & hands. Did my first ever wax at J beauty by Nilima and omggggggg, I had Pooja she was soooo amazing. Of course I was in pain because it was my first time, but Pooja was amazing. She was very informative. I loved that she had engaging conversations, which helped me forget the pain for a bit. I was a bit insecure as it's a very intimate process, but honestly 3 mins in I forgot about insecurity. Pooja was 10/10 The shop was clean and the staff was simply amazing. Would defo recommend 👌

I got my lash extensions done, the natural version. Preet did a great job enhancing the lashes without being too clustered and was very careful and precise & made sure I was okay throughout. It didn't hurt too much but just remember to do a patch test before if you are new (you'll to do it anyways). The whole team was amazing and really friendly, also fast response with messages and calls.
