I really appreciated how Jennifer took her time and focused on problem areas. Very professional, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely wonderful! Jennifer has curative, fabulous techniques. Found my issues and worked through them. I highly recommend seeing her. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I had an incredible massage - highly recommend! Jen actually took the time to work on what I needed and completely customized the treatment. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so relaxed and like my muscles and tension were really thoroughly addressed, but nothing was painful. Very thankful to have found this place, can’t wait to return ☺️

I have been seeing Cathy for a while and I have nothing but good things to say. She is a wonderful person inside and out, truly cares for you and your concerns! Never had a bad experience there. Josh did a great job in the targeted massage and actually focused on the areas I asked him to, instead of just doing his regular motions (which I'm sure are great too!).

Jen is great and my massage + therapy was perfect. She found sore spots I didn’t even know I had and didn’t skimp on what needed some extra attention. The gliding cupping was super cool, I could feel it pulling the sore spots up and out. The graston tool didn’t hurt at all (like it has in the past) and the hot stones were so relaxing. Book the 90 minute massage. You deserve it.

Best massage I have ever had! Jen is absolutely amazing! Aside from the fact that she is extremely talented and knowledgeable, while giving the most customized experience, she is truly a genuine, kind, and wonderful person. Rochester is beyond lucky to have this gem in town!!

It's a shame the ratings only go up to 5 stars. I recently received my first ever cupping & massage from Jen at JL and it was phenomenal to say the least. Very professional yet easy to talk to and has an extremely vast knowledge in her work. She genuinely cares about her clients and will gladly assist you in tips you can do at home to help ease any pain you may have. I booked my 2nd appointment before I even left. If you haven't had one recently or are looking to go for your first time, I'd recommend her without hesitation!

Jen has created an amazing spa. The massage therapists are all highly talented and caring as well. Deanna, Kate and Jen are the 3 therapists we have had the blessing of having massage sessions with so far, and they are each best in class at what they do.

Angela Slessor has provided outstanding Physical Therapy for me since June 8, 2023. Over the last 50 years I've had at least 5 occasions to be serviced by Physical Therapists. Angela far exceeds every therapist in my experience. She intensely listens to all my issues, questions to develop clarity and adjusts her treatment to address them. Her procedures and action plans have helped me tremendously. I will return to her if I need physical therapy again.

Ryan did a great job with my 90 minute massage. He also did some body work on a pinched nerve I had in my neck and really relieved a lot of pain. Would highly recommend.
