Absolutely shocking!!! Never go again!!! Found a hair in my food Started taking the food out the buffet while people were still eating this was around 8pm and the staff Started to get there own food and sat eating it all together in the restaurant. It was terrible. The staff cooking the food didn't wear hair nets. Very small limit on food not much choice at all. The food is not a very good standard. First time been and will be the last time !!!

Well Sunday afternoon 20/08/2023 the time 1-55pm closing time 2-30. On arrival we were greeted with “we close at 2-30 so you won’t have time to eat your food” and basically turned away. We thought that we would be the best judge of how long it take to eat lunch not a rude old aged oriental person waiting empty the place and take a Nap. We won’t bother again, they don’t deserve the business, SO RUDE

Went there twice, for my dad’s birthday and my brother’s. Friendly staff. The food options is not a big selection but it’s worth the price especially when dining with picky eaters. I eat everything they offer and the food is good. there is one thing I can never deny. They have the best ice cream. Always try it with the sauce as well. BEST ICE CREAM!!

Visited this place with my partner for the buffet lunch after visiting Matalan we arrived half way through lunch time serving so not late or at the end of the lunch serving, Hardly any choice to choose from, no vegetarian main options apart from rice and noodles , 3 or 4 out of the limited options had run out and the people knew it and didn't bother cooking more, we basically ended up with dregs of that were left. what was amusing is that they were cooking fresh seperate for food for their own family seated on another table 😂. The choice of desserts consisted of a 1 cm thick slice of cheap dry chocolate cake or Swiss roll type thing and ice cream from a machine. And a few bits of melon. Its really gone down hill since we visited before covid and we won't be going again. Sorry but Bon pan knocks spots of this place for basically the same price.

It was my first visit here, the food was great, was all self service, as a disabled person this wasn't so good. Staff only spoke to ask how many people and for your money, so very disappointed with that.

A decent selection of food, but some was pretty poor quality. It was also incredibly expensive for children it cost us just over £90 for one adult, a 12yo, a 8yo and a 4yo, not including drinks. I was amazed and did ask how much each that was but the lady ignored me and didn't give me a bill. The toilets had a bad smell too unfortunately, although that had only just happened apparently. Friendly staff and clean as plus points.

All you can eat buffet, Dave and the team are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Clean and regularly topped up. Good prices, different for evening and Sunday but there is double the choice. Never disappointed and always leave full :)

Easily one of the best Buffet Restaurants. Been here many times and there hasn’t been once where we’ve been disappointed, it’s best to go in the evening and to really get a taste for everything on offer. Definitely value for whatever money you might spend.

First time coming. Turned up at 8pm, it was not meant to close until 9.30pm since arriving. I haven't seen a single person refresh the food. I started with the starter selection to find a very substandard amount of food available the "battered crab sticks" were nothing but deep fried fish sticks that you could probably make at home and buy the fish sticks from a local supermarket, only one lonely prawn toast. The best part of the starters is the aromatic pork. Then on to the mains. Yet again, not a lot left, and still nothing brought out. The spicy rice was hard and tasted like it had been left for at least 30 minutes to go too hard , and I had to leave the small portion that I had plated up. The noodles were hard and lumpy. But the food wasn't all bad. The sweet and sour chicken was a good 6/10, the same as the mushroom and garlic shame that there wasn't anything to place it on. On to the desserts, the Swiss roll cake dry but the cake slices were nice and moist, the jelly next strawberry jelly very nice you would probably fill up on that but the orange jelly was very very crystally to the point that you can taste the granules or the mix still dissolving in your mouth if that's your thing the I would eat that rather that the Swiss roll. Ice cream here is definitely the best and that would be because it's out of a machine unfortunately the is no syrups to place over the top, only some fruit. I'm still in the restaurant at 9 pm, not due to close till 9.30 pm. All of the food have been removed and cleaned down. This is posted at 9.15pm

First visit and it was good. Staff were very polite and friendly. Good choice of food. Small dessert selection. Drinks brought to the table. Very bright and airy with plenty of seating. Will definitely visit again.

Bit of a cattle-market, being bright and noisy and full of hungry bodies, but great all-you-can-eat buffet, nicely prepared and very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful, and constantly buzzing around making sure everything is tidy and running smoothly. Probably not somewhere for an intimate meal, but perfect for family nosh.

Can take a while to get through the door, customers have to pay to eat and order drinks at the same time, right by the entrance. Food is OK, and price is very reasonable. The kids love it because they get to try lots of different things.

I often leave reviews but now I have to ! Yesterday at lunch time I took my family to have lunch I thought it would be nice to take my family out for lunch but the food was out of taste no salt nothing we ordered a pint of Beer which we waitied nearly half a hour to get it the lady at the till was very rude and did not even smile ! And told us that we have to pay for it which we already did ! There was only this waitress who was the only one polite and kind she tried the best to get our drinks but clearly it wasent her fault ! The fault was the woman at the till and at the bar she was making the drinks for so long ! And the lady at the till also was on her phone texting while me and my family was waiting and she clearly saw that there was a queue outside which she didnt care and was keep on her phone !! This is my last time coming here expensive and not good food Bon pan asia is wayyy better than this You pay 9.99 for lunch but you have so many foods on selection even indian foods !

If you like Chinese take away type of food, and lots of it, at a reasonable price, then this is the place. No frills.

Food was OK, but I wouldn't rush back. We all love Chinese food, but struggled to fill half a plate. The popular dishes were regularly empty. It was very expensive for the choice. I would definitely recommend Bon Pan Asia over here.

A very nice buffet. Lovely friendly staff superb food with a wide selection of dishes. An open central kitchen let's you observe their dishes being created. There's a bar and a large seating area. Wheelchair accessible and affordable prices. A small car park is in front but it is a council pay and display ( 2 hours for a pound ). Well worth a look.

Excellent place to eat, really nice food can't fault the quality. David and all his staff are faultless. Excellent value from 1 person to a party of 30+. All round best buffet I've eaten at. A star plus.

Firstly, i rang before going to ask if they cooked all menu options now as when it was during covid they had a very reduced menu, to be told yes they do. On arrival you pay before you eat, miserable staff on the till who repeated, 'is that all' three times, surely I'll say 'that's everything thank you' when I'm finished ordering. Starters were minimal and literally just warm. Mains were hotter, however each chicken dish I had was luke warm. Chips cold. I mentioned this to a staff member to be told 'well everything is cooked fresh, maybe there is something wrong with the thing that keeps the food warm' they were literally his words. To finish with dessert, they had chocolate fudge cake, jelly, some fruit and the ice cream machine. I asked if there was any other cake choices and he said no the supplier hadn't got any and they'd ran out of strawberry gateaux. I understand buffet food goes colder quicker, but to have 90% of my food luke warm or cold is not acceptable. I will not be returning.

Will definitely be going again! Good was so so tasty, staff were lovely and the whole atmosphere in there is amazing, I will say the food has limited option but still one of the best buffets I have ever been to, will definitely be returning if I’m ever in Stoke again!

Really good place to go for Chinese all you can eat. Paid £23 for 2 people then you pay for each of your drinks. 2 cokes were £6. Great tasting food. Not a huge amount for my vegetarian partner but she enjoyed what was available. Also get free dessert with what you pay for. Will go again for sure
