We had an amazing 25th anniversary celebration for 3 days at this amazing winery. Exceeded all our expectations. From the food, the service, the room (Villa) to the wine! Very beautiful and relaxing. The grounds are gorgeous and we’d love to go back when everything is in full bloom. Must give a big shout out to Rita at the Still House who was a doll and gave us such great recommendations. She is by far one of the best waitresses we’ve had. She gave us great tips on the local town as well which we wish we had more time to go into Canton😘

Excellent dinner with my wife on Sunday. I felt the food was declining over the years; the menu was kind of the same, however tonight we tried new dishes and were simply amazed by the flavors! The Million $ Devil Eggs are to die for and my steak was cooked to a perfect medium! Dessert was a pistachio cake (highly recommended!). Tara was our server and she was the best! Will for sure be coming back again!

I cannot say one bad thing about our entire stay. Customer service was top notch! We ate and drank at the Bistro, Still House and Crush House. Everything we ate was delicious! They spoil you with breakfast (amazing) delivered to your room. Everything is done in a very classy but not stuffy manner. I would go back today if I could!

I cannot say enough good things about Gervasi Vineyard. My husband and I got married in The Conservatory and had a private dinner for our guests at The Crush House. The event planning staff and catering staff were all fantastic to work with and made the whole process seamless. If you are looking to get married at Gervasi, I totally recommend it. Our wedding was truly a dream come true. The food, wine, and dessert were fantastic. I highly recommend the gelato cake. Thank you Gervasi for this amazing experience!

This is one outstanding property. It has so many fabulous buildings from Villa's to restaurants to a hotel and rental property for weddings and convention center. The property is so scenic and so beautifully maintained. If you have seen it once you will return to see it many times.

We got married on September 3, 2023 at the Gervasi Vineyard Pavilion and to say it was an absolute dream wedding and experience would be an understatement. Sarah Mello was our coordinator through Gervasi and she went above and beyond to make the entire weekend easy, relaxing, and beautiful. The work and care she put into our wedding felt so important and she constantly made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire experience. I spent my wedding morning relaxing and sipping coffee with zero stress and I know Sarah is the reason for all of that. The staff working behind the scenes also deserve a huge thank you as every wedding wouldn't be what they are without them! One last shout out to the villas, as they were stunning and it was so comforting to be there right on the property. Best experience, just book them!

Gervasi was absolutely perfect for our wedding reception. From the stay in the villas & hotel, from the food, to the service, I have zero bad things to say. We received numerous comments from friends and family about how great the dinner and dessert was, and how beautiful the property was. We had a larger wedding and the staff was wonderful in accommodating and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our event coordinator, Sarah, was such a pleasure to work with and I can’t stress enough how much of a help she was, not only day of the wedding but the planning leading up to. Gervasi is the most stunning wedding reception venue in northeast Ohio and I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone who is considering!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service was very nice by all members of staff from the Manager on down. The buildings, grounds and rooms were lovely. Dinner at the Bistro was delicious and our server, Diana was great! The in-room breakfast was a nice touch and also very good.

The Still House is just awesome! -st time there and what a beautiful and cool place. Live music too and it’s just a great time for all! Great drinks, wines beers and their own brand of spirits they distill on premises! John L., the manager, is a great guy keeping the Still House operation running on all Cylinders keeping everyone happy! The entire Gervais complex seems amazing and hrs to believe it’s right in the middle of Canton. World class place!

We visited this weekend and had a great time. The food, wine, cocktails, and service was excellent. I do wish they had more opportunities to do wine tastings. There were so many children everywhere and it would be more enjoyable if it was an adult only establishment. There was a wedding going on and the side walks were shut down for 40 minutes between the patio and the still house which made all the guest not included in the wedding have to walk all the way around and through the parking lot which seemed like we all did not matter to Gervasi. There was a lot of people upset over this.

Chose Gervasi Vineyard to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Every detail with this place is top notch. So happy we chose to stay here. The food is amazing, the service is what you would expect from an higher scale experience. The rooms, the grounds....everything is just beautiful. I really can not say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely visit again when the weather is warmer so we can take advantage of the grounds.

This was our first time visiting Gervasi and most definitely will not be the last. Susan was very helpful, as this was a very last minute getaway, and she was able to assist us with booking a massage and dinner at The Bistro. We had a fantastic dinner at The Bistro and went to the Still House for drinks and live music. Both places were great and the service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!

Yesterday I had a surprise Birthday dinner planned for my daughter with my granddaughter and a couple of my daughters close friends at the Bistro. We had 4:30 reservations with plans for her friends to be at table to surprise her. They would not seat them until exact 4:30 so they were waiting outside when we arrived. When seated we ordered a bottle if wine and appetizers. Took forever for wine to arrive. The appetizer was a meat and cheese tray with crusty bread. There were 5 of us and just a few pieces of bread. We requested more and never received it. We ordered our meals during appetizers and it did come in decent time. We requested Parmesan cheese and never received that. Would loved to have had more wine but waitress never approached the table again. It was not that busy....this was to celebrate a special Birthday but it certainly didn’t feel that way with the disappointment in service at this restaurant! We definitely will not return ! 👎

This place is a step into Tuscany. It is beautiful and their staff don't know the word no. My wife and I have gone a couple of times but never spent the night. They made our 30th anniversary a very special one that we will never forget.

Went to Gervasi to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband and I loved the room in the Villa Frienze. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and gorgeous. They add little touches like a cute in room breakfast and a common area that has coffee and soft drinks. Our first night, we ate at the Bistro. The food was outstanding. Our server was very attentive. The second night we ordered carryout from Crush, it was a very long wait for food over an hour. They were packed. If you come on the weekends, make your reservation prior to coming as they fill up quickly. There is no priority for you as a guest. Make a reservation. It was raining during the weekend, so we did not get to walk around the grounds much. I would absolutely come here again. It's such a nice getaway.

Booked this as a birthday getaway for my super better half and me. As i was a little late to the game, couldn’t find a weekend reservation, so decided just to stay Sun-Tues. That meant not quite everything was open (Piazza and Marketplace), but it also meant a lot fewer people! The property is meticulously manicured, and somewhat shocking when you see the entrance smack dab in a residential area. Once you’re through the gateway, you truly have a feeling of being separated from the rest of the world in the BEST ways possible. Check-in was very easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a villa room, and while yes it’s “pricey” it’s very well-worth it! The villas have four rooms that share a common space with tables, sofa, fireplace, and patio. Our king suite was, how to say it politely, FARGING AWESOME! Loved the attention to details throughout, including heated floors and luxurious decor. Bed was super comfy. Actually slept for 8 hours straight for the first time in a bazillion years. Continental breakfast is delivered at a time YOU choose, and is much better than the typical stale bagel and banana. We were able to dine at the Bistro and Crush House. Service and food were both outstanding. I’ve seen some reviews knocking the food, and maybe we aren’t picky, but we both loved everything! Servers were friendly and engaging, and the pricing was well-within reason in my humble opinion. We loved our stay so much we are looking forward to returning and renting an entire villa to share with friends! This is a great little escape that isn’t far from home!

We stayed in The Casa. It is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view. We had dinner at The Crush House and enjoyed drinks and live music at The Still House. Definitely a nice little getaway.

I love love love the shop at this vineyard. I came directly after work, looking a little frightening and I'm still treated well. The ladies that work at the shop are friendly eager to help. Personally I come for the vodka but there's so many great gifts and treats. Really a jewel in northeast Ohio.

Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations! The check-in process is a nice touch. Staff walk you through the layout of the grounds and information about the property, as well as select your breakfast options. The grounds are beautiful, with paved walking trails connecting all the different buildings. Walking from one side of the property to the other takes about 5-7 minutes, so nothing overwhelming. We had a Casa room, which was absolutely delightful. Rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. Huge kudos to the housekeeping staff. I am, admittedly, a clean freak and the cleanliness of the rooms, and entire property, exceeded even my standards! We sampled all three eateries, the Still House (breakfast), the Crush House (dinner), and the Bistro (dinner), as well as room service for breakfast. All the food was delicious, but the Bistro was the meal we raved about. The service we encountered throughout our stay was top notch. Everyone was friendly and eager to make the stay more enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the Gervasi Vineyard, and am already looking forward to when we can return again!

Everything was great with the exception of a couple items. We paid an outside dessert fee of $300 to bring in our own cookies and Gervasi was not accommodating when it came to leaving all of the homemade cookies there when we arrived. Gervasi did not store these and said we would have to put them in our hotel room until the day of the event. We are not from the area and arrived the day before for the rehearsal with thousands of cookies that needed refrigerated and no one to accommodate. We also had a hard time trying to register for our Villa, there was alot of confusion and very difficult to reach someone to help us register within our wedding group. Everything else was perfect, the venue, the food, the servers and most especially our wedding planner Sarah, she was very attentive and fantastic!

My wife and I actually got married downstairs of the Bistro 10 years ago. We had such a great day and stayed in one of the villas.. since then, we have moved away, but decided to come back and visit for our 10 year anniversary. We got a room in the Casa and stayed for the weekend. Breakfast and coffee in the Still House, lunches on the Piazza and dinner at the Bistro!! Another beautiful and fantastic weekend at the end of May! Thank you Gervasi and all the employees we interacted with, y’all made our anniversary picture perfect!!

It was a two hours drive but was worth it, it’s a fantastic place for the Italian food lovers. One can not go wrong on any thing you order here. It’s little high price but it is also an up class place at a beautiful location, with indoor and outdoor dining. One can have variety of wine for tasting as well. Loved the place and the location. Service is quick.

This is a WOW place in my opinion. It never fails to impress me and I have been coming here since the first year only the Bistro was open. Yesterday I ate with a friend at the Crush House and it was excellent-the food, prep, price and the server were amazing. I was served by Nick Fee and he is so accurate on orders, great with conversion, and excellent at checking back in with us. Everything about this place is 5 star. Check out the spa, cave, and still house-then walk around it is beautiful. Highly recommend

We came for lunch and had a wonderful experience. We ordered some wine and walked around the property. The villas are beautiful and the grounds were so nicely kept. We ordered lunch and the food was amazing, I would recommend the grilled chicken sandwich and the meatball sub! Beautiful winery!

We had a large party. I felt the service could have been better. They didn't take our dinner order until 20 minutes after we were done eating all the appetizers. We brought a cake in and again a very long tim to get the cake after eating. Spent almost 2 hours and 45 minutes there. Just wish service a bit better for the amount of money spent!

We took the wine tasting tour at the Crush House and it was fabulous. Jim, our guide, was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered our questions and helped us understand the way the wines interact with the cheeses and chocolates. Great intimate experience (we were part of a group of 6). We also had a tasting at The Cave which was excellent. The server explained all the wines to us and listened to our opinions. The facilities are amazing. Lastly we had dinner at the Bistro and it was spectacular. The food was delicious and the setting was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Will definitely try to come back. Great place to celebrate.

My daughter and son-in-law were married, on October 7, at Gervasi. It was such a perfect venue for their small wedding of 40 guests. We were so lucky to have a beautiful, fall day. Over a year of planning and putting everything together. It all fell perfectly into place. They were married, in the Conservatory, followed by a luncheon at the Bistro. We stayed in one of the Villas. The Villa was spectacular. Sarah coordinated the rehearsal and the wedding at the Conservatory. The food at the Bistro was amazing. Brad and the wait staff did an incredible job of looking after us and all of our guests. Our guests were so impressed and complimentary about the whole day and the venue. A shout out to all of our (outside) vendors for doing their jobs so well-All Occasions Bakery, Perfect Harmony Violin (Regina), Taylor Rosemary Beauty (Lianna & Z), Nikki’s Perfect Petal Designs (Nikki, Jordan & staff), Galleria Gowns (Stacy & staff), and This Lovely Light (Allison & staff).

My (now) husband and I just had our wedding at Gervasi last weekend and we can not say enough good things about this place! From the first time we visited, we fell in LOVE immediately. It was the wedding venue we toured and, needless to say, it was the last. We knew it was perfect. Our ceremony was held in the conservatory and, if you have a small wedding, we HIGHLY recommend. It was so intimate and gorgeous - just perfect. The reception was held in the beautiful Villa Grande and all our guests had the best time. ALL the food was outstanding and the staff was unbelievable. We loved how convenient it was to stay in the villas directly behind the celebration space, as it made for a stress-free weekend. The rehearsal dinner was held in the Cave and my jaw dropped at how beautiful everything was prepared that night. Could not recommend enough to host any event there. You absolutely get the sense that the staff at Gervasi simply cares. The level of detail and planning that goes into making your event and stay there enjoyable is remarkable. Truly cannot thank Gervasi & staff enough for everything they did for us.

We loved our first stay at Gervasi. Everything from the room, food, restaurants, were all amazing. We would stay again. The only thing we did not fully enjoy was the wine tasting. While the Cave was beautiful and perfect for a private event, the tasting itself did not seem worth the money. Yes it was really nice and well organized, however we expected more. The wine pour could have been more generous, and the tour experience was not as exciting as we thought. The Cave is a room with barrels and that’s the extent of the tour, with the addition of a video. All in all we would recommend it for a nice stay and/or special event.

My younger brother and his fiancee chose this as a wedding venue this past weekend. Though I live in east OH I've never been before, but I'll certainly be returning in the future. This was an absolutely beautiful venue with great scenery. I had a great time before, during and after the wedding. The staff here were all very helpful and friendly and did a phenomenal job of helping the event come together. We had a relatively large group but nothing felt crowded or overwhelming at all. Kudos to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make his wedding go so well! Additionally, there is plenty of great food and drink here. While I'm not one for wine, they also distill and their homemade spirits are delicious and reasonably priced.

My husband and I booked the Villa Grande for our wedding reception and were beyond pleased with the experience. The entire staff went above and beyond to be sure our day was extra special. Our baker (not in any way associated with Gervasi) unfortunately ghosted us on the day of our reception, so Kelsey, our reception coordinator, went out and bought sheet cakes as a replacement. Truly can't say enough good things about our experience. The venue is beautiful, the staff is very nice, and the food is great!

My wife and I visited gervasi again and it's been well over a year since we've been there since the pandemic. I want to recommend the pasta Bolognese! it was not only the best bowling days that I've ever had, it may be the best pasta dish that I have ever had. Bravo! We also had the wine that was aged in their bourbon barrels and it was an awesome pic!

Our corporate executives held our annual 2-day strategy meeting at Gervasi's. We could not have chosen a better place. I was assigned an event coordinator to assist me in planning the event. The communication from the hotel manager, restaurant managers, and event coordinator provided full confidence that the entire 2 days were completely in hand. The meeting room was perfect size and met all our media needs. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to please. We even had a fun exercise for our executives that we named, "The Ultimate Gervasi Treasure Hunt". Everyone from the groundskeepers, Marketplace, Welcome Center, Casa, Still House and Crush House played a role in helping me and my event coordinator plan this fun game, where we hid bottles with clues all over the estate with a big trunk full of treasure from the Marketplace for the winning team. Our dining experience while at Gervasi was like none other. We had continental breakfast waiting for us in our meeting room. At lunch, we walked across the parking lot to the Crush House, where we had a separate room prepared for us both days. The manager and waitress gave top-notch service and had us in and out within an hour. The food variety met everyone's desires and was delicious. We chose to have dessert served back in our meeting room and it was divine. We dined at The Bistro that evening, sitting by the huge fireplace in the most beautiful setting. We had a nice slow dinner, great service, and wonderful conversation. The rooms received rave reviews from our executives, who travel frequently. We had rented 2 Villas and 2 rooms at the Casa. It was exactly what was needed after a long day of strategic thinking and running all over the estate for 2 hours finding clues. A lovely fireplace to kick back and catch up on emails to prepare for the next day. We sank into our incredibly comfortable beds and awoke to a spa like experience in or bathrooms. Then a knock at the door brought a smile to our faces as this incredible breakfast was served in the most unique way. Of course, the Gervasi k-cups got the morning going perfectly to head back to our last day of the meeting. Overall, Gervasi was the perfect setting for our strategic meeting. So much so, the executives have already requested we hold our annual event there every year. Bravo Gervasi and thank you for helping me plan the perfect experience!

Spent the day here and visited all three dining options and the marketplace. Each employee we interacted with was nicer and more accommodating than the last. The Christmas carolers were so good, great wine, amazing food and above all amazing service. Nicole and the manager at the Bistro and in particular, but also the woman we spoke to prior to our visit spent over 30 minutes telling us about the property and what to expect. So happy with our visit.

We used to love coming to Gervasi... we even had our son’s wedding here years ago. Our most recent dining experience was disappointing. What left the worst taste in our mouth was a conversation we overheard. The food at Gervasi is apparently not the high quality they try and pass it off as. I overheard one of the servers talking with others trying to decide what to eat and the one server said don’t get anything here the food is disgusting; everything is cooked in soybean oil. My wife and I have been going to Gervasi for years and each experience makes us question more and more the business is getting to big to be as great as it used to be.

Wonderful time at Gervasi's Bistro tonight! Service was outstanding and we had a view overlooking the snowy pond. I had the pan seared panko breaded Walleye with a lemon caper cream sauce and it did not disappoint! Hands down the best Walleye I've ever tasted.
