EDIT: I ordered carry out beef noodle soup (just the regular one, not rice noodles), but this time the noodles reeked of ammonia smell. This tells me that either the noodles were cooked in alkaline water that was reused again and again, or something was direly wrong with the noodles. Idk, it was really off putting and made me gag. First visit: I tried the beef rice noodles soup, pork chive dumplings (non fried), and the 夫妻肺片and they all hit the spot. The rice noodles were a little thin compared to my expectations but there was a hefty portion of it and the broth and beef were super tasty. There was even turnip/daikon in the soup! I wanna try different types of dumplings and broths next time 😄 I forgot to mention that they also do HAND-PULLED NOODLES!!

The best noodle experience I’ve had in metro Detroit. Everything is made incredibly well. Started with the green onion pie with beef & cucumber salad. The noodles are wonderful. Spicy crawfish soup & stir fried shrimp noodles are exceptional. The pan fried dumplings came out last, but they were my favorite part of the meal.

Very good noodle shop next to Meet Fresh. The front entrance is actually in the back, where the parking lot is. The tomato and egg dry noodle was so tasty I’m shocked at how good it is and I don’t usually like the tomato and egg dish! Beef noodle soup was flavorful though it’s not a broth that’s been simmered for a long time. Braised pork with garlic sauce could use a little more salt for my taste but otherwise good.

First time visiting. Food was very good. Portions were equivalent to the prices, which are very reasonable. Food is cooked to order but did not take long. Restaurant was clean, friendly customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Fried beef noodles dish was on point and will be ordering many many times .. the regular soup style beef ramen was also delicious, just not as flavorful as the fried noodle version. I recommend that ..

In all of America, there is no restaurant that will not serve you free ice water, or at least water with your meal. My wife and friend who eat regularly next door at Lao pot decided to go to "Not just Noodle" they asked for water and were told no free water, you must buy bottle water with meal. So they pull a diet coke out of purse. They are told you cannot drink outside drinks in with meal. Long story short, they left and decided not to eat there. I don't recommend anyone eat here, especially not families. Zero stars. I recommend noodletopia or any other noodle shop in Madison Heights, they will all serve you and give you water with a smile. This place should change their policy and let me know when they do, I will stop telling anyone who listens about their "customers aren't important policy".

10/10: Amazing authentic Chinese cuisine! We got the Tomato Beef Sirloin Rice Bowl and the signature beef hand pulling noodles. I’ve heard many great things about this restaurant so I couldn’t wait to try it! The service was impeccable as we got to sit immediately and our food came out really fast! Fast service, delicious homemade food, served hot! The food made me feel like I was eating something my mom made me when I was a kid, very nostalgic and so so tasty! If you like noodles or authentic Chinese food, this place is a must try! On top of it, the prices are very reasonable and not too expensive for the quality of food! Can’t wait to be back to try more!

Handmade noodles, good prices, and very quick food. The handmade noodles are incredible! Ramen is quite delicious as well. If you like spicy, get the crayfish noodle bowl, my favorite dish. Appetizers are unique and great as well
