What a positive dental experience for me. From every staff member to Dr. Herman herself, my first visit was superior. I finally feel like I was being heard about my dental issues and I left the office with a plan of care. I have great respect for Dr. Herman because she told me that if something is out of her area of expertise, she has no problem offering the patient a dental referral.

I just saw Dr. Caruana for the first time and my experience was great! The office staff was very professional, friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Caruana and her assistant explained every step along the way and what I should expect. Top notch office!

They allowed me to come in as a first time patient with a dental emergency which is unheard of nowadays. I was informed of the process the entire time by all parties involved.
