Dr. Reinoehl, 2006: "You're okay for now, but if your condition worsens, come right back." Me, 2017: "My condition is worsened, can I please make an appointment?" Bronson Nurse, 2017: "You are considered a new patient and need a new referral from your primary physician. Office policy. Goodbye." Can you feel the compassion? I understand it has been a long time, but Dr. Reinoehl specifically said to make an appointment if *ever* I needed to. Instead, I'm blocked on the phone by a completely dispassionate nurse that clearly couldn't care less if I got an appointment or died on the street. But boy howdy, if I'd had that referral then maybe I'd be somebody.

Their office staff is rude! Good luck getting an appointment! Because when you do and it fits in your schedule, they will reschedule you every single time, to a time that does not work for you. Thier Dr's especially Dr. Melvin, is not trustworthy, he continually lies or ommits things then tells you later! I am planning on moving over to Borgess or Spectrum for any heart care! I also called the office manager and got no return call when I filed a complaint! If you love someone don't take them to Bronson or Advance Cardiology! I would give them negative stars of I could!

My experience with this office has led me to believe they are both careless and uncaring at the same time. They consistently provided incorrect medical advice, prescribed drugs that were not needed and said obviously idiotic things like passing out was nothing to worry about. I am sure their incompetence will kill someone one of these days.

Dr Rogers is amazing, he did both of my stents by going through the wrist which was very non evasive and painless. I immediately felt better like nothing ever happened. I am very confident in his work and was relieved when I found out he was on call and coming in to do my surgery. Great to talk to and such a blessing to me and my loved ones. I also had the pleasure to meet Dr Shonder who listened to me and took care of me in the ER while I was suffering severe pain. He was very pleasant and quick to make decisions to call Dr Rogers in to do a stent. DL Patton

I went here back 2019 because my heart was at 180 just by laying down, they stopped my heart twice and told me I could go home because they didn’t know what was going on. They gave me an a appointment with a cardiologist 9 months later!! He told me I was fine and just had anxiety. I went back to the ER because I couldn’t breathe and they told me I was fine. I gave up and decided maybe I was just being dramatic. I lived my life for the next two years with a high heart rate and not being able to breathe. I went to Borgess in April 2022 because It kept getting worse and they admitted me to the hospital and gave me results a couple hours later. Turns out my heart was failing me and my heart could stop at any min because it was so high! If I didn’t go to borgess my heart would of stopped beating within the next 6 months! I was shocked I’m only 22 and my heart was going so fast my body couldn’t handle it. I got heart surgery that same week by borgess and now it’s May 2022 and I’ve never felt better! No more feeling like I’m going to faint nor not being able to breathe. Bronson take some notes from Borgess please. All Bronson told me was that my results were fine and I just had anxiety. Really a bad excuse of a hospital.

Love Dr Schonder, the staff are always kind. The only thing I can say is, normally patients are not doctors... we should be able to ask a lot of questions. Sometimes it doesn't feel that way.

Dr Shonder has always been a pleasure to interact with. He doesn't seem rushed and takes time to answer my questions or explain things I don't understand. The staff is always polite and lovely. The heart failure clinic is an awesome team that are right on the ball. While mother sees Shonder, I've heard only positive about the other Drs too. My only complaint is the parking but that's because inconsiderate lazy visitors don't park in the structure.
