From
the
outside
and
first
appearance,
the
facilities
felt
nice
and
"extra"
in
a
good
way.
So
we
were
excited
when
walking
in
to
attend
a
birthday
party.
The
pizza
was
honestly
really
good.
We
were
however
quite
disappointed
with
the
arcade.
About
1/4
of
the
games
were
out
of
service,
empty
(claw
machines,
etc),
or
broken
(would
take
your
money
and
not
function).
This
was
2pm
on
a
Saturday,
so
machines
just
flat
out
being
empty
without
being
refilled,
doesn't
make
a
whole
lot
of
sense.
Additionally,
the
birthday
party
cost
the
parents
$400,
but
only
gave
the
7
kids
1
$10
card
each.
Which,
when
the
games
range
from
$1.50-$2.50
per
play,
gives
each
kid
about
5-10
minutes
of
game
play.
Why
on
earth
whack-a-mole
costs
$1.50
for
30
seconds
and
at
best
gives
out
15
tickets
is
beyond
me.
So,
as
the
parent
of
a
kid
attending
a
party,
I
had
to
shell
out
an
additional
$40
(as
did
the
other
parents)
for
the
kids
to
be
able
to
play
to
fill
out
the
remainder
of
the
party
time.
On
a
positive
note,
when
the
arcade
game
or
ticket
machine
would
break,
staff
was
easy
to
find
and
quick
to
try
their
best
to
find
a
solution.
They
were
all
running
around
trying
their
best
to
service
broken
machines
and
unhappy
kids
who
had
their
money
stolen
by
the
machine.
Bathrooms
were
clean.
Staff
was
generally
nice
and
attentive.
But
the
arcade
prices
and
percentage
of
broken
machines
was
enough
to
think
twice
about
returning.
