The young lady (Shaneka) that checked me in was efficient and personable. I appreciate a good process that doesn’t take all day. The nurse (Stephanie) was sweet and very down to earth, she checked my vitals and we chatted about my Halloween nails. The doctor had great bedside manner he had a big personality that made me smile. (John) most times it feels like doctors are just going through the motions at urgent cares but not this one. He assured me that I was in good hands. He listened to my concerns and was proactive about our treatment plan. Definitely thankful them bc it’s hard when you don’t feel good AND people aren’t nice.

I live in Helena and was unable to find a healthcare facility open past 6 when I had a random and painful ear infection come on suddenly. I searched Google and this facility came up with great reviews. It was a clean and welcoming environment when I entered. Jewel at the front desk was kind and welcoming. Alexis was very positive and happy to be there. John was knowledgeable and had such a respectful, empathetic heart when I wasn’t feeling well. They all made me feel cared for and valued as a patient. I would highly recommend this facility.

Had to go see them as an emergency. The staff was incredible! As soon as I walked in Shaneka & Jewel treated me like family. The MA Stephanie was so good. Listened to my situation & took really good care of me. The NP Amber was incredible! Highly recommend! A++

I can’t say enough about how incredible this clinic is. Shaneka, at the front desk, was so welcoming and genuinely showed concern. The MA, Robert, was very kind and easy to talk to. Finally, John, the PA, clearly showed that his goal was to help me feel better. He even took the time to call me personally with test results after I left.

All staff were extremely friendly and hospitable from the time I walked in until I walked out. I felt extremely comfortable and that I was getting great care- the dr showed and explained my results to me and answered all my questions. I will always be using this place for urgent care from now on!

My husband and I both needed care, and were able to schedule back-to-back appointments online, ahead of time - so convenient and helped with timeliness, I’m sure! Shaneka at the front desk was so sweet and patient. Arleen, the MA, was very thorough when getting us prepped for the appointment. And John, the PA who assessed us, was UNBELIEVABLY thorough. He even asked about a symptom he observed, which we did not plan to address during the appointment. Just really went above and beyond. We were thrilled to have him caring for us today. This is the best urgent care! I’ve been here twice and the entire staff is kind and helpful, and I’ve always been seen so quickly. John, the PA, is so friendly. He saw my husband for abdominal pain and quickly referred us to be seen at the ER for appendicitis, then called me to follow up in the afternoon to make sure he had been seen and gotten the care he needed. I love this urgent care!

The service I received was phenomenal from start to finish. Shaneka was at the front desk and she was gracious and understanding the entire time. John, the P.A., was kind and patient. He was understanding with each of my 3 children He kept us comfortable as we waited on test results. Lastly, Robert, M.A., was highly knowledgeable and got us on our way. We’ll definitely return in the future!!!!
