Transaction happened >5 mins ago. Your cashier is an idiot - got an exchange but I was still owed £1. I wanted change but not a full £1 of change so I gave 5p and ask the cashier to give it back in change. Cashier being awkward and said they don’t carry brown change ! ARE YOU KIDDING ME - all tills have full stock of change including the coppers. Then you ain’t accepting to recycle the bag on my behalf - you take paper and cardboard from a suitcase to recycle why not your own paper bag.

Love this Primark, so much to choose from and so big too! Had to kit out our little girl due to having a growth spurt and got so many outfits for such good value! Prefer to travel out of town to this than use our one that's closer as easy to access.

Huge variety of Men, Women and children clothing. It is econimical and good quality clothes.

Being a adult but size 8 in adult children 12/13 fits me perfect and only cost £4 each pair great

Very big, very busy, with prices hike still managed to shop well to buy essentials, Payment sperate for cash and card, has 2 floors boy section very small compared to girls I think that's like anywhere you go.

Love primark and the one in MK1 is definitely better than the other primark in Milton Keynes. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 stars is because of the prices of some of the clothes now. They've become really quite expensive considering it's Primark! However I don't think the quality has increased. Probably yet another company jumping on the bandwagon to shoot their prices up to increase their huge profits. However, always worth a visit & at Christmas time, there's a lot of sparkle ✨️

I'm not a fan of the self serve I'm unsure why primark thought this us either wanted or needed. We lost the customer service a while ago and now most of the staff it seems. One primark worker was waking around blowing bubbles with her chewing gum while the cashier had about 50 items to scan for a customer. No other cashiers where called. I had some items to exchange which I was made to feel guilty about as I'd no reciept apart from a bank statement. Customer service needs to be improved from managers.

A huge primark . Great selection of items. Entire ground floor dedicated for ladies’ goods and men, kids and home items on first floor. Numerous dressing rooms and is wheel chair accessible. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always around when you need them.
