I made an appointment and was very excited because I was told they were good. My appointment was made for 5 (eventhough I really wanted 5:30) and we had to wait till 5:20 to be called to the back and then sat for a few minutes till someone was able to help us. I then asked how long the gel lasts and they said till the nail grows out, so i paid an extra 15$ to do gel. I got my nails done 3 days ago and the gel is already comeing off in 3 places which shouldnt happen with even plain polish. Also while i was getting my nails done the person must have touched the nail because there was a littel bump when she was done. She also did not do a smooth straight job by the begining of the nails. She also missed out on a nice chunk on one of my nails.

If you’re looking to relax and feel pampered this is not the place for you. If you’re looking to feel like a burden then you’ve come to the right place. To be fair, I think this was specific to my technician as the owner and others seemed helpful.

I love coming here. Davina does wonderful nails, the salon is clean and well maintained.

I went to this nail salon regularly before I moved out of Troy. I recently moved back and came back for a pedicure. Service is still 5/5 and I was able to walk in today which was an extra plus. I’ve never made an appt with one particular tech-I’ve had great experiences with everyone here that has worked on my nails.

I am a long time client from when they first opened. 3 times I have made an appointment for Dao at least 3 weeks in advance for very special occasions to have a pedicure. All 3 times she was "unavailable " for my appointments. Today I had some random woman do my basic pedicure and it was horrible. Cuticles untouched. Nails uneven. I have a formal function where I will be wearing sandals and look at this mess. I'm disgusted. Also the staff was coughing and sneezing. I will not be back .

My nails stay nice for over 2 weeks. Easy to get in for an appointment. Lots of color options for regular, gel and dip!
