Refused to add salad to sandwich would only allow lettuce and two strands of pepper when I asked for more he shock his head and said no. Strange subway

Some of the workers in this subway do not know how to count 8 meatballs and also do not know how to close a sandwich if all the salad has been included. I was actually asked how the sandwich should be closed if it contains a mix of all salad and meatballs. Don't these people get basic training and know what common sense is? How about putting a bit less salad in order to be able to close the sandwich?

Customer service ruined my day. I felt uncomfortable and the aggression from the staff because I didn’t know how the process worked with the new already set sandwiches. They don’t smile and rush even if there’s no queue. This has put me off Subway even though the sandwich’s are amazing. I didn’t have satisfaction eating my food in the end.

The woman is very rude, huffs and puffs when you are trying to tell her what salad you would like, constantly talking over you when trying to explain what you would like, won’t be returning

Have been a Subway customer for decades. Really terrible customer service. Staff were unhelpful and rude.

Yelled at for bringing our dog in although no signs anywhere. No parking - all fenced off for some reason. Have had much better serving staff elsewhere.

Rude and arrogant....refused to let me have salad on breakfast sub then charged me £7.89 where as everywhere else is £5.79 then my order was wrong will definitely not be returning.

This is my favourite Subway store. The staff are very friendly and particularly one who knows exactly how I like my Subway sandwich. Originally Subway was a franchise only in the USA where I lived at the time. So I'm a longstanding customer and fan of Subway shops.
