That sounds gross. Why would you write creamy j on a quesidilla wrapper? Also it has no sauce which is good but the chicken is burnt and really cheesy more than usual.

Today I ordered the chicken bowl because it looked good on the advertisement. What I got was a cardboard box with what I can only describe as... swill. I'll show you a picture of what the menu says and what I actually got.

If you like consistent disappointment then this is the place for you. Stopped going to Taco Bell for 4 months because of how many times they got my order wrong. I finally gave them another chance despite my better judgement and wouldn’t you know they still don’t know how to do their jobs. Well I have learned my lesson, will NEVER be going back.

I came here today to Taco Bell. I ordered 6 Mild Sauces, 12 Hot Sauces, 2 Chalupa Cravings Boxes (one was Med Root Bear, Beef Chalupa, Sup, Beefy 5 Layer Bur, Beef Crunchy Taco, and Cinnamon. The other was Lrg Pepsi, Beef Chalupa Sup, Beefy 5 Layer Bur, Beef Crunchy Taco, and Cinnamon Twist.) and 1 Nacho Fries Deluxe Box (Med Sparkling Iced Tea, Seasoned Fries, Nacho Cheese Sauce, Chicken Chalupa Sup, Beefy 5 Layer Bur, and Nacho Cheese DLT). It was 21.40 dollars. It was a little loud because the drink machine kept going off, but the service was good. I will be coming back.

I would give zero stars if i could i went to drive through and the Corbin D was the rudest sob ever i will never go back there that guy should be fired

The past month this locations quality has really dropped off. Drive through wait times have gotten much longer. I usually mobile order my food and the last several times i’ve gone there have been missing or incorrect items in my order. Prices keep going up and my orders are never correct. Really hope this can get fixed because when the food is made right and nothing is forgotten in my order it’s really good.

Staff is very friendly and whoever did this is amazing, food was perfectly organized when I opened the box. Staff needs a raise here

They tell you they are out of beef beans steak and chicken frequently so whoever is doing the prep work everyday is substandard. Or store manager doing inventory isn’t ordering enough. They also make cars wait in their drive thru line one at a time IMO to get their “drive thru times” down, but also a longer line discourages others from waiting. Seems like clear drive thru time manipulation when service could be way better. Shouldn’t take 7 min to pull up an online order while I’m waiting at the window. Defeats the whole purpose of “offering ahead” online.

The Nicest taco bell employee probably nicest ever fast food employee ive ever met. they were super nice and radiated kindness while also being quick with my order and getting my food out.
