Our pizza looked like a puzzle that was put together by a blind dog, I’m starting to think them rumors were true yall. Then my son hads to take a quick potty break but the toilete was clogged to hell and back so he had to hold it for the rest of the time that we was there. My daughter found gum on one of the games and ate it. The pizza was good though, it tasted like the lord and Savior made it himself.

We love Chuck E. Cheese but this one needs some TLC! We visited it twice last week. The first time, the manager on duty was so nice and helpful, that we were able to overlook the many issues we had. Regrettably, our second visit did not mirror the same fortunate circumstances. Our expectations were dampened as the hostess failed to check us in, and to our dismay, denied us the full 60 minutes of playtime, even though there was still a generous hour and a half remaining before closing. The frustration grew as I was unable to order food, and we were asked to begin the checkout process a disheartening 20 minutes before the scheduled closing time. The manager on duty, unfortunately, proved to be unhelpful, further exacerbating the situation. As if the discourteous staff was not disheartening enough, numerous machines were also out of order, further diminishing our experience. We departed Chuck E. Cheese with a heavy heart and a sense of disappointment.

The staff did a fabulous job the day we had my grandsons birthday party. The lady assigned to our table was spectacular. She was knowledgeable about our birthday package and ran things very well. The food was good and best of all my four year old grandson had a blast. They do it big for the birthday child!!!! I would definitely recommend having your child’s party at Chuck E. Cheese!!!

Had a great time for my granddaughters 2nd birthday. The staff was very friendly and everything was setup as planned. Pizza was brought to the table hot and fresh without any delay. So many games for any age to play. The reasons I'm taking 1 star away is that the speakers are very loud and with all the people and games on, the temperature inside could be cooler. Other than that I don't see a reason why I wouldn't come back for another party in the future.

We were celebrating our granddaughter's birthday on our visit. The rides, games, and etc...they have to offer is a real treat. I think we had more fun than the children. The building was clean and customer service was good.

All of my grandchildren seem to enjoy this location. We have never experienced a bad visit. Employees have always treated us well.

I've loved that place as a kid, and taking my kid there just brought it all back. The people that run the chucks on 280 are awesome and made the time there worth it. It wasn't over crowded and everyone was friendly and we just had a really good time.

Amazing fried shrimp. The slaw was excellent .Friendly staff with laid back atmosphere. They had several TV's on with college football which I enjoyed. Their background music they play is excellent. I will be back there soon.

I booked a party. I was running late due to traffic. I called to let them know, with no luck. The portion of food was small. I got a sampler. I give it to the workers that's the only I gave them 4. 2 out of 3 of the birthday stars lost their bracelet, and someone picked them up.

Visited this location with my 4 kiddos. All of the games worked and they played for 90 minutes straight. During the ticket check in process the lady was so kind and patient with the kids. Since they were shopping like that had a million tickets and tried to select from the back wall. A great CEC location.

Ordered stuffed crust but didn't get it. My grandson loved it, obviously. We went on Sunday evening, which is a great time to go because it's not packed. Very nice worker gave my daughter an unused game card for an hour of play.

We took out grandchildren 2and 11. They enjoyed it pretty good but the salad bar was a waste . We ordered 3 @ $10.99. The first go round we found out the salad dressing was bad so we tried again and the whole buffet was bad. We were so disappointed .

We had a great time at my great grandson B- Day Party. We were there last Saturday and had a great time. But Sunday the next day they had a fight break out and someone open gun shots. And a man got hurt. Even though we had a good time. I will never go there again. It's not just there it's going on everywhere. I pray 🙏 for everyone in the whole world. That God keep them safe. God bless the USA!

Honestly place wasn’t bad the people were nice and games were fun and it’s a great place when you have a ton of kids celebrating a man turning 80. The pizza was what you would expect. Salad was 11$ for unlimited. Overall pretty cool.

I took the boys after Christmas it was pretty empty so they enjoyed everything and the food was hot and delivered.

Fun time for the kids and decent pizza. The manager helped us with a deal so that even the adults were able to play for less than we thought we would pay for just the kids.

Food was good but the Joy on my grandkids face was well worth it

We had my son's 3rd birthday party here. When we first got there, I was a little worried because his sign on the table said it was 7th birthday and it took a while for anyone to come over and acknowledge us. However, our party host Ren came over before long and she was wonderful! She was very sweet and checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was good. My son had a blast. When we went to redeem our tickets, there was a very long line, but the lady working the ticket counter was very nice and never made us feel rushed. Overall it was a very good experience!

TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! I had my sons 1st birthday party here and the pizza was disgusting and tasted like cardboard… The sodas has ZERO taste other than nasty… I grabbed a high chair & it had caked up food and cake. It was sticky and I had to get some sanitizing wipes and clean the WHOLE seat… Our host tried her best but honestly was so stressed out she didn’t know what was going on. The picture machine didn’t work! As they were singing the happy birthday song it sounded very dry and like they hated their job…. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Everybody was rude!!!!!! For us to pay $300 dollars for a packages and get this I'm truly disappointed!!!!!

I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve drove an hour away just to bring my daughter to play, because she absolutely loves playing the games at Chuck E. Cheese. We just had her birthday party on Nov. 3rd at the Birmingham location. Our server, Shomaria was the ABSOLUTE BEST & SUPER FRIENDLY! I made sure to tell her she did wonderful, and that we appreciated her. But, when it’s time to take my daughter to pick out her prizes with the tickets she won, the staff are ALWAYS RUDE!! One time I was CHARGED $24 for a dollar tree mermaid toy! When I told her that couldn’t be correct, my step-dad just proceeded to pay. When originally all I asked her was how much the difference in tickets my kid had and the toy would be. Come to find out she never even took the tickets off of my card. My nephew was also with us, and she didn’t give him ANY problem with his choice, and handed it to him, also without taking the tickets off of his card. It was about 8 months ago. Because of the rude staff, I’d much rather take my daughter elsewhere. My advice is to either hire friendlier staff or train your employees how to properly work in a customer service atmosphere, and do it with a smile on their face.

Literally waited at the register for 35 minutes with our kids to use our tickets... not one employee wanted to help us just looked at us and walked off and one lady was on her phone walked up to the register and didn't acknowledge us then walked off and never even asked anyone else to assist us. We ended up having to yell at a kitchen worker to get them to make someone help us... that was the worst part of the experience but the rest of the visit was pretty bad as well... food was good though and the games (that worked) kept the kids entertained... that's how they got the 2 stars...

Poor customer service, the workers did not bring us our pizza and didn’t even give us plates to eat with. We ate with napkins. We tried using the free 500 tickets code from the app and we were told it doesn’t work. The workers obviously didn’t want to be there. The animatronic show was in poor condition. But points for good pizza and fun games

I am a grandmother with mobility issues and I use a scooter sometimes. I was so happy that I was able to move about freely at my granddaughter's birthday party even though the place was very busy. A child with mobility issues would be able to get around well and would be able to play a majority of the games! Thank you Chuck E Cheese!!

I don't feel like many the games are age appropriate, for younger children. Many games were too tall for a 5-6 year old. Many of them you had to read how to operate. There was a few not working. The manager was really nice! It was hard to find a floor worker when needed.

A great place. The staff is ultra friendly. They continually are sanitizing games and tables. The 280 location in my opinion is better than the newly reopened Vestavia Hills location. My children and I make our visits weekly.
