couldn’t
tell
you
how
many
times
I’ve
drove
an
hour
away
just
to
bring
my
daughter
to
play,
because
she
absolutely
loves
playing
the
games
at
Chuck
E.
Cheese.
We
just
had
her
birthday
party
on
Nov.
3rd
at
the
Birmingham
location.
Our
server,
Shomaria
was
the
ABSOLUTE
BEST
&
SUPER
FRIENDLY!
I
made
sure
to
tell
her
she
did
wonderful,
and
that
we
appreciated
her.
But,
when
it’s
time
to
take
my
daughter
to
pick
out
her
prizes
with
the
tickets
she
won,
the
staff
are
ALWAYS
RUDE!!
One
time
I
was
CHARGED
$24
for
a
dollar
tree
mermaid
toy!
When
I
told
her
that
couldn’t
be
correct,
my
step-dad
just
proceeded
to
pay.
When
originally
all
I
asked
her
was
how
much
the
difference
in
tickets
my
kid
had
and
the
toy
would
be.
Come
to
find
out
she
never
even
took
the
tickets
off
of
my
card.
My
nephew
was
also
with
us,
and
she
didn’t
give
him
ANY
problem
with
his
choice,
and
handed
it
to
him,
also
without
taking
the
tickets
off
of
his
card.
It
was
about
8
months
ago.
Because
of
the
rude
staff,
I’d
much
rather
take
my
daughter
elsewhere.
My
advice
is
to
either
hire
friendlier
staff
or
train
your
employees
how
to
properly
work
in
a
customer
service
atmosphere,
and
do
it
with
a
smile
on
their
face.
