I almost forgot , I heard from someone who works there that The towels that be in the room when you check in soaks with other dirty towels before washing them . . So be advised if ya towels look dingy af. This also happens with the sheets for the bed too

All these motels do the same thing. TV, air conditioning, fridge and microwave don't work. Bad smell, mold, bed bugs, leaking bathroom amenities, dirty towels, drug dealers, loud guests, rude employees and being overcharged by unscrupulous people. Why does the health department allow these cheats to operate these dumps.

This place is filthy. There's burn marks on the sinks like a bunch of crackheads been in here. It looks like a flop house. There's roaches running around bugs. Crawling on the ceiling doors not secure. Bathroom door No, it doesn't even work. This hotell is a mess. I will not be staying here again. Take it from me, people don't stay here. I saw a lot of dead beats running around. They look like crack smokers. Toilet seat about ready to fall off. This is a teor they have the wrong people running this location in Homewood Alabama.

I had a great and relaxing stay... The room was a little small but we really enjoyed the quiet time. I give them a 8 rating score

No soap in the bathroom. The pillows were flat and it caused me to have neck pain.

Room was dirty. Room was small to have to beds. After seeing room didn't think it should cost that much

The whole hotel is a slum house. They all sell and do drugs there. In and out of rooms daily making sells in rooms and parking lots. It smells like pure rot and filthy and nothing is clean. Everything is dirty and there is so many drugs. I would be scared to stay to catch some sort of disease. Their own worker does drugs and hangs out with the guests in their rooms. She already has problems of her own: this place is basically a motel to make drug deals

Rooms were so small only 1 person could walk at a time, because the room wasn't wide enough for 2 people to walk at same time. Rooms just looked & felt dirty. We weren't going to sleep but a few hours because we were going to get a car. I thought 85.00 for staying about 5-6 hours was high with the way the room was. Was terribly disappointed & won't be staying at that chain of hotels ever again. If that's my only choice I'd rather sleep in the car

Be aware of the staff and all the illegal activity that they allowed to go on you will be caught up if you don't watch out

Pretty decent hotel given the very low cost. Upkeep in the hotel isn't the best but I've stayed at worst that cost more.

I just have a comment about all of these motes/hotels,there advertisements say free wifi,free parking,free breakfast etc. First of all there's nothing free about it, That is part of hospitality,you get what you pay for,or now days you get ripped off. I just had to add that small comment,if I commented on everything I thought of these hotels in alabama,I would be here all day. In order to get what used to be a normal hotel stay you are gonna spend the overnight vacation price,which it's not worth it.

I DON'T APPRECIATE THAT I CAN SPEND OVER 100 DOLLARS AT THIS PLACE FOR MY FIANCE AND NOT BE APPRECIATED BECAUSE IT'S DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT, UNFORTUNATELY I'M SUFFERING THROUGH THE LOSS OF MY HOME AND THIS WAS OUR CLOSEST RESORT.. I'M BEING ASKED TO PROVIDE PAPERWORK FOR MY SERVICE ANIMAL AND BEING BILLED $15 A DAY FOR HIM AS WELL, WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED. SINCE I'VE GOTTEN HERE I'VE BEEN WOKEN UP FOR $15 TO PAY FOR AN ANIMAL THAT PROVIDES ANXIETY ATTACK COMFORT AND EMERGENCY HELP FOR ME!!! HUMBLENESS IS VERY MUCH NEEDED HERE.

Dirty and Nasty would not recommend lady at front desk is a Indian or Mexican she's very rude asked her for towels and she caught a attitude will not be coming back here unless they get a new front desk clerk

I wish it was a way i can rate them as a 0 . I was removed from the hotel because of my dog with I paid for to be there. i paid 555$ and this lady told me i owe a extra $250 and 59$ because of my dog mess but my time wasnt even up for my stay. they came into my room when i wasn’t there and i asked do they that and i was told no. they are very disrespectful and rude for no reason . please dont waste your money nor time here

The rooms don't have microwave or fridge there wasn't even a phone in the room and we were shocked cause they still charged $61 plus the room was not very clean we had to bring in our own blanket due to there's being dirty..

Me and my husband stayed one night the room was ok it had ac/heat and a tv but it needs a remodel done to it the halls smelled stuffy no vents in hall and hall carpet was dirty the covers had burn holes For the most part it was peaceful everyone stays to themselves also the price is wrong for a single bed it was 75 even

Because the female manager always has a nasty attitude. When she is given attitude right back she tells them that they can leave the morning after even if they're paid up for the full week. She's always getting an attitude off the rip versus talking to people like they are adults. Her name is Hetal people who are coming to get a room here need to steer clear of her at all cost

This is a work in progress. The people are the nicest...unless you want coffee after 6 AM. I really thought about canceling my second night until I saw crews out here working on the updates on Saturday (thats outrageous overtime charges) give it a year to get the remodeling done.

A great hotel with friendly staff and reasonable prices. And they are pet friendly.

Watch out with handing your card. They require $5 refundable deposit for the lost room key. While my buddy was paying with his debit card, I was on my phone on the side and I saw the computer screen, he didn't. The front desk person typed the card information manually into a text editor app. Just the card number, expiration, and 3-digit code. Later she grabbed the terminal machine that was on the opposite side, the keypad doesn't have the hood, and the cable is conveniently short... I think you know where I'm going with this. I told him what I saw, we both agreed it was sketchy AF and he froze his card immediately. In terms of the accomodations: smells, cigarette holes in the sheets, dirty carpets... it's a motel, so...

It's More Of A One Night Only Place To Go If Any Other Hotels Are Booked I Mean It's So Many Unknown People Walking In And Out Always Walking Tha Halls Police Stay Being On Call There It's Jus To Much Going On

Dirty hallway on 3rd floor, old nasty paper towel in peep hole, Stains on bed & chair, bathtub was stained black. Felt like we had contracted diseases from just being here. Got on the elevator leaving after being there 5 minutes & was accompanied by a crack head. No one was at front desk when we were leaving so we slid the key under the glass. Called later & sent proof that we did not stay there. Were told we could not be refunded. This Motel should be condemned. Disgusting place.

The hotel is in a great location, but it can have a little more amenities. It's safe for the most part without any incidents. Most people tend to mind their own business. Overall, the experience was a peaceful one.

For your price it is great and I had no problems and help a vet of foreign wars and my family thanks you all.

Absolutely disgusting. The carpet was not clean. The bed looked like it had been slept in, the tv was jammed up on top of the wardrobe where it could fall! The walls are very thin as well. Just overall very dingy and crusty.! It Needs a lot of updating and the M in motel on top is literally torn in half. You could stay in much nicer places for the same price. Don’t stay here!

Filthy disgusting. Smells horrible like old cigs and booze. There was hair on the beds. We walked in and right back out. Ine of the nastiest hotels I've ever seen. I dont think it's ever been cleaned, or bedding washed. Overall I spent 2 minutes in the place but it will haunt my dreams for an eternity. I'm giving a one star rating because they wont allow me to give zero stars.

Place was not what was said to be online, hidden fees, rude workers and host. They ran my card for to much. Having to wait on refund

It has the potential to be a good Hotel with some updates and remodeling. The staff has very good costumer service as well as there house keeping
