I had an emergency due to a burn and I discovered Get Well Urgent Care of Waterford was right around the corner from where I was at the time. I called to verify availability, I was told to come right in. The entire staff was amazing! I was taken to the back and seen immediately by a fabulous provider. I received outstanding care and information as well. My prescriptions were sent in to my pharmacy and were ready when I got there. I was in a traumatic state when I arrived at the clinic (some of my hair was burned away and the burn area was quite large including some on my face and neck), I was greeted by a very caring, compassionate, and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. I even received a follow up call to check up on my healing. I highly recommend Get Well Urgent Care of Waterford!

They can do X-rays here and the provider Souzan and the rest of the staff were extremely caring. I didn’t wait at all. The Rooms were very clean. I Would definitely come here again if I need urgent care. They also accept Tricare reserve insurance.

Wow, what an excellent experience. I am never ok with any doctors visits but at my age they are needed. From the time I walked in, minimal paperwork, vitals and consultation, I was there maybe 30 minutes or less. Professional, extremely kind, reassuring and compassionate. They listen, do what is needed and get you taken care of. Thank you team, very well done. Thank you Dr (Souzan), very well done by you and the team. Best UC around.

While I was flying to Mexico I came down with a cold. Plugged up ears sore throat and bad cough. When I got home I immediately went to Get Well Care of Waterford. I want to complement the staff on the A+ care and service I received. Carolina is great being efficient, informative and really nice. I got into a examination right away. Kristina came in shortly thereafter and got all my vitals. My medical care provider, Emily, was fantastic. Emily listened very carefully as we were discussing my symptoms. She examined me and then came up with a game plan to get me better. Kristina came back and gave me a shot and informed me about my prescriptions and some other important information. Kristina you are very helpful and nice. I have to say in these days of unhappy help and bad service, this was like a breath of fresh air even though I'm not feeling well. Emily, Kristina and Carolina you all rock!

Went in for simple covid test. Only customer there. Billed my insurance company for extended visit after hours visit and new patient. Well over $500 for this visit with the blood work which cost $199. Scheduled my visit online as a covid test. The positive reviews are probably workers and friends.

Been here twice, once for my boyfriend and once for myself. The staff at the front desk are always so sweet, willing to help, and overall just radiate kindness. The doctors are just as amazing, willing to listen to what’s going on, and show empathy to the patients. The facility is always sparking clean, and there is never a long wait if there even is one! This is by far my favorite urgent care to go to!

Wowwww!!! I am amazed at how great of a job every one of their workers did. Right from the start the receptionist was kind, caring and very professional. This was my first time here and it was the best urgent care I have ever been to. The nurse did a perfect job taking my blood talking to me about my conditions and you can actually tell this place cares about their patients. The doctor too he listened to my issues and went above and beyond what I thought they would do he figured out where my pain came from and explained why this was causing this pain and everything so he was very knowledgeable. I can go on and on about how great of a place this is but I think I said enough. Thank you again for helping me get better and listening to me and understanding.

Great big shout out to everyone! Front desk receptionist extremely nice! Nurse who helped out was extremely nice and caring! And big thank you to DR.Souzan! She helped me out right away and had me follow up and everything and just was so nice and caring and really was trying to make sure I got the help I needed! Thank you so much to all these ladies I am so thankful for you all! I can definitely tell this facility is with such caring people who really care about helping others which is hard to find now a days, but they will do anything they can to help you! I 10000% recommend!

After leaving a different urgent care facility due to wait time, I came to this urgent care. I was place in a room almost immediately upon entering. The staff was extremely caring and professional. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. The PA that I saw was very thorough in his assessment and made sure that all possible diagnoses were ruled out. I will definitely be recommending this urgent care to friends and family :)
