Didn't know Hallmark store's was still around in my area. This Store is huge & absolutely amazing!! Manager was so nice and pleasant from entry to exiting. I was blown away when she found my Gold Crown 👑 account 🤗❤ I've been using the online Hallmark store, it's good. However the in-store experience was fantastic 👏 Buy one box card's/ get second Free! Same for ornaments and wrapping paper. Huge selection of stock on all types of card's & gifts 🎁. I will definitely be a returning regular customer! Thank you 😊 for staying open and the impeccable customer experience ❤🧡💛💚💙💜❣

Nichole the manager was not very nice or helpful. I needed help but it seemed that she went out of her way not to help me. When I did ask her a question she seemed annoyed. I unfortunately observed her helping other people courteously. I was definitely disappointed as I was hoping she was just having a bad day. The other customer associate was very friendly when she was very cashing me me out.

Excellent, I love shopping at Little Green Apple.. customer service is excellent, always willing to assist, and extremely attentive! I bought a pair of earrings, but the thirty day return date had expired.they wrote the information on the back of my receipt of another purchase and the contact person when I return to the store I didn't get a refund but was able to do an exchange...and I was happy with it.

I come here quite regularly as I live in the neighborhood and I love getting greeting cards to have on hand at home. The service here is very hit or miss, I guess it depends who's working. Some employees are very bubbly and greet you as soon as you enter. They're helpful and genuinely seem to want to do so. Then there's the lady who doesn't greet or help you at all. This is the lady I had the other day. She walked right by me as if I didn't exist, TWICE. When I was at the register ready to check out she was tidying up a display nearby, in direct line of the register I was standing at. She kept looking at me as she went around this display but waited until she was completely finished before she came over... We literally locked eyes THREE times while she was over there and when she finally decided to come ring me up, she didn't even acknowledge my wait or apologize for not being attentive! Customer service is truly going out the window.

I purchased a card a few weeks back for my Godfather for Christmas. Unfortunately; he died. I did not have my receipt, but they allowed me to exchange the card. I ended up purchasing other items. So they were sp understanding, friendly and helpful.

Weird vibes. The two employees completely ignored us the whole time we walked around the store. But they did greet two other people that came in... They just walked past us like we werent even there. Strange. Nice store though. 11/29/2023.

Store seemed nice. Selection was Just okay. However the older woman 60’s to 70’s was quite rude, especially to our 5 year old. We ensure our children are well behaved and not bratty in stores etc. This woman snapped at our child moving a stuffed animal. This after being rather curt with my wife and I as well. We went in to get a special stuffed animal for our 1 year old. It was a big deal and we brought our 2 other daughters to be a part of it. We have done this with each girl. Just not at this store. Definitely would not recommend it. We left disappointed and without a toy, but did not want to purchase from that store after such poor interactions. A younger (teenage) staff members there seemed quite friendly and helpful though.
