Just what we wanted for a quick lunch and drink. Friendly, attentive service. Food arrived in good time and was well cooked. Couldn't decide between a panini or a wrap so were glad they were cut ready for sharing! Prices were good. We went back for breakfast next morning. Fantastic and great value for money.

That mega Irish breakfast was huge, tasty, inexpensive, and it arrived immediately after I ordered. The staff was friendly too. Great experience.

Had a hearty irish breakfast. Decent enough quality but the lack of accompanying drinks offers pushed the price north of £11. Bring that below £10 and you've got yourself a 5* rating bucko.

Went to O’neils following the recent reopening. What a lovely comfortable place. One of the managers (Paul) took the time to go through the menu and how to order, explaining if something wasn’t available and apologising. He was really friendly and welcoming. The food came quickly and was great. I’d certainly recommend and will be going again.

Came in for a bite to eat with my young family during the day, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, even my toddler ate all his food! We sat in a booth with a TV and the staff changed the channel for us to watch the European championships. Made me feel at ease with young children, thank you. 😊 Will be visiting again!

My first time and I absolutely loved it. Great place to watch some football with great selection of food and drinks. Very friendly staffs and great customer service. PS they have Corona in tap 🤷‍♂️❤️

Great atmosphere and versatile menu for a sit a down meal or quick bite to eat with a nice variety of spirits, beers and cocktails to choose from. Would definitely stop here again!

Where has this gem been all my life. Lovely atmosphere, fast service and amazing food. Popped in on a busy Sunday afternoon and the bar staff welcomed us and found us a table. I had a lovely burger and cocktail then just had to stay for dessert.

Lovely food. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice atmosphere, there wasn't many customers when we were there so it was quiet and relaxed..just what we wanted. Would recommend. We were looking for somewhere to get a potato dinner which can be hard to find but O Neill's do a lovely sausage and mash with veg.

Came in early evening with my children. Service was really quick and the food was piping hot and very good value for money especially the kids burger and chips the portions were really good. I had scampi and my son had the fish which was beautifully battered. The staff was very friendly and really good manners. Will definitely be back

Visited here for a bit of lunch and a cold pint while passing by around 12:00 today (22/08/23). Food - cooked perfectly and great that can substitute the chips for other options. I had the side salad being as light lunch - well mixed with salad that photo doesnt do justice! The southern fried chicken flatbread, packed with chicken, served piping hot and full of flavour. Drinks - ice cold and perfect for this warm day. Just what needed. Atmosphere - background music perfect volume, air con running (it's warm outside) and generally chilled feeling. Tables clean and cleared quickly too. Staff - they really make the place so great. Happy and genuine welcome. Everyone, from at the bar to food service during my visit today - 10/10. Keep it up, and look forward to returning 😁

We have just been here for some dinner with our son. What wonderful staff. I didn't catch his name, but the man with the red glasses was incredible. Our son adored him. He gave our son some strawberries and chopped them in to every possible way, just in case our son was fussy. It's really heart warming when you find kind people ❤

This was a fabulous pub to go for a drink at, with a vibrant design including decorations on the walls! Text appears alongside these and the ceiling is pretty too, the counter is well-presented and the staff seemed nice. I enjoyed a pint of Coors, sitting back on comfy seating at a clean, large table!

An incredible atmosphere to go join any day but specially on Saturday mornings, not too busy nor empty. I went to celebrate my dear friends 62nd birthday ( hence they don't have the 5 stars) they didn't have a special day gift. Well the waiters were truly welcoming and attentive. Service was quick at the bar and going an extra mile as I requested my hot chocolate with special cream on top and the barman went himself to get it at the kitchen even though the bar was packed. Really good breakfast ,of course we both went for the Mega size, couldn't finish it but was lovely and well cooked with fresh sausages and bacon on point. We spent about 3 to 4 hours there and it felt like 30 minutes time just flew. Another thing is that when is a bit windy, while people goes to the smoking area you could feel the fresh air passing through embracing the whole restaurant as if you were in Iceland. Great decoration and fantastic location near City Centre. Oh yeah they have plenty of screens so If you are to watch some sports this is the place you want to go to. Hope this review helps someone!

Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely pub. The ambiance is very welcoming, good food and the service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and they are extremely knowledgeable. David behind the bar he will deliver you a good craic and perfect pint of Guinness😁

Staff have always been lovely and accommodating! I would name all the staff personally but would be too long to list! Tasos who has a mutual friend knows has always been kind and helpful. Good service and selection of drinks, even if I order the same every time!

The Irish mega breakfast was just that... MEGA! The whole breakfast was so tasty, the portion was really big, the sausages stole whole show! My partner and I couldn't finish it all. Really good value for money and I'd say the best breakfast I had in a pub for over 5 years. The service was 10/10 also. Really recommend this pub!

Loved this place, been here a few times and the atmosphere and staff are great. Had the tapas and we loved it, came back the following morning for the breakfast, it was also great.

Great place to eat and drink. Atmosphere is always good. Food is really good better than just usual pub food. David behind the bar is fantastic. Knows his stuff inside out and always helpful. Cant wait to go again.

Lovely food but could've done with a bit more gravy for my pie. Staff were friendly & the service was really good. Returned later on in the night. There was a good mixture in ages, there was karaoke on and everyone was having a great time. The doorstaff were really friendly and made you feel welcome as did the bar staff. Next time I'm in Birmingham I will definitely be back.

Great place to eat and drink value for money

Stopped for a drink and bite to eat. The food was OK but we tried to order the tapas and there were a few of the bits that weren't available which was a shame. There were a couple of tables with quite a few men sat at them who were very loud which I don't mind apart from the language was terrible. Still not a bad place for a cheap bite to eat.

Absolute great place for food and drinks but app for ordering drink's needs sorting out. On the page you order drinks it's normal price but when you pay it's a lot more expensive. I ordered about £50 worth of drinks but charged me over £60.

This is certainly a go to place for a comfy food. Although, during last visit the breakfast was served with “fake eggs” that taste like nothing which I hope is not going to be the new “standard” as food there is normally very good.

Nice city centre pub, good vaule beer and food. Highly recommend if in the area.

BEST BAR IN BIRMINGHAM - Lady with the blue hair top drink mixologist, however saying that ALLLLL barstaff have been exemplary. Food was delicious and competively priced. Glad of a late dinner service. Thanks everyone from 2 vodka lemonade & a vodka & smirnoff ice ❤️ P. S Chunesssss were amazing 😚❤️
