Worth going out of your way for. Amazing selection of drinks and very good food menu with something for all tastes. Top service . Formerly a bank, so the decor is exceptional - huge high ceilings and beautiful lighting. Also they have Siren IPA (gluten free) and their Fuller's Stout is a Siren collab.

Four of us went here on a Thursday night for some food. The downstairs bar area was packed but we were kindly shown to the tables up stairs. The food was delicious (we all had pie) and the guy serving us (unfortunately did not get his name) was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for him and you really felt he wanted us to have the best time possible without it feeling forced. Would highly recommended based on the service as well as the food!

It's a Fullers pub, so you can't go wrong! Great pint of London Pride. This is an amazing historic building and its wonderful that the exterior and interior architecture have been preserved. Sadly, I had no time to sample the food, but it looked great.

Wonderful venue with alot of heritage. The bar was clean tidy and presentable. We were able to order our drinks on an order and pay app which was very handy. Drinks were very tasty and good value for money. The app didn't seem to work when we ordered a second round, either it had been cut off due to it being busy or we had a technical issue I don't know. We went to the bar and got served pretty quick. Will 100% be returning here in the near future.

Fantastic building and interior, now run by Fullers. We went in Saturday around 3, had to queue to get in. You would have to pre book to get a table to eat comfortably, otherwise you go into hawk mode and pounce on a table as soon as you see people putting coats on. We had a lager and Guinness, £10.95, no food, but what we saw going out, sandwiches and chips didn't look very appetising... Well staffed and clean. Great location.

Amazing building, super friendly staff and delicious puddings (I'm sure the rest of the food is good too and we will go back and order some another day). Definitely a pub to go to again!

Very authentic traditional English pub. Good choice of food and drinks. An ideal place to enjoy a beer or two with friends or colleagues. If like me, you are a vegetarian and a teatotaller you don't need to be worried. You can enjoy various juices or salads.

If you're passing by this Christmas time, pop in to admire the design and decor of the place! It's gorgeous, looks well maintained and such a delight. A real jewel in the crown of Birmingham's city centre 👑

Incredible atmosphere!! The beer is fantastic and the food was also AMAZING. Plus, THEY HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS!! Highly recommend for food or just a pint. Great for groups as they have a lot of available space.

Very good pub, restaurant and the unusual addition of a theatre. The interior architecture is stunning and reminds one of a majestic 19th century bank. Some interesting photos and pictures on the walls relating to the history of the building and the local vicinity. I didn't eat on this occasion, but on previous visits have enjoyed the wonderful pies. A great pub especially in the colder months. Quite disappointed with today's visit. A rugby scrum at the bar, ordered a drink and went to pay: card only! Why? I withdrew cash for tonight's entertainment. Ordered the drink, freezing cold and nearly £7 per pint! Probably look elsewhere in future. I thought I'd give this historic one another try. £6.60 freezing cold IPA and no cash allowed. Annoying, because I withdrew cash to spend Won't return

Awesome....great service. Really nice meal. Not the cheapest, but it is in central Brum, so it's value for money. Attentive staff. And a great decor. Definitely recommend and will be going there again.

Excellent food and drink in the centre of Birmingham City. If you're not a regular or a Brit, you'll definitely have problems the menu. There are vegan and vegetarian items for non Meat Eaters. The service is pleasant and the food is served without a long waiting time. Note the closing time of the kitchen as post that time, only the bar is open

Came here for lunch. There are ample real ales and ciders on tap, as well as branded beers. I had the vegetarian platter, which was one of the best I have had in a long time. I especially like the scotch egg. The price was reasonable and the food and drinks were very pleasant. Would definitely return here for food and drink.

This place is exceptional.. wonderful building inside and out.. it was the original Lloyds Bank.. the very first. The staff here serving are knowledgeable, polite, funny, great people. This pub is an experience in itself.. it also has a theatre upstairs! Sadly we did not go and see into it. It is just a very unique building and experience which we shall repeat. Oh! and the pies are brilliant!!

Our first visit in this amazing gem, wow I was blown away with how stunningly beautiful this pub/theatre is. So old but very grand indeed with lovely friendly staff, very clean and tidy ...... in fact its the best pub I've been in in Birmingham. Will definitely come back here again and highly recommend.

Have to give 5 stars simply because of the service, we had the steak and ale pie with mash and it was excellent, the place itself is a fantastic building, Jackie behind the bar instantly made us feel welcome and looked after us fantastically, definitely will return

Best Fullers Bar.. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool , the staff is also really friendly. Inner design and bar design is absolutely amazing. Try Fuller’s Golden Pride Superior Strength Ale.. Best beer!

This is our go to meeting pub, this beautiful venue was once Lloyd Banks stock exchange, the London pride is top notch as is the food. They even have a theatre room upstairs where you can catch a show. There's always a nice crowd inside, the bar staff work hard and the chefs do a great job. Treat yourself to a pie and pint you know you deserve it.

An amazing show of Send in the Clowns: Hey Big Bender in the theatre. Fantastic vocals, great comedy, brilliant drag. Little concerned that the venue admitted such a drunk group of older women with flashing headbands who talked through the whole of the first half. Once they were ejected you could see the performers relax and enjoy performing.

Amazing service in the beautiful place ! I came in at lunch for a drink with my wife and daughter explaining we had friends over from france and were looking for somewhere to eat that evening. There were 12 of us ! We ended up in a beautiful private room and treated like kings ! I’m sorry i don’t remember the waitress’s name but she was wonderful dealing with all our french talk. Our friends were amazed by the whole evening. I want to thank everyone for wonderful memories !

Beautiful old building with a central bar. Around 4 Fuller's cask & a couple of guests. Beer was well kept. Plenty of seating & friendly staff. Picked up a couple of boxed bottles for home.
