Horrible staffs. My friend is non-white and international and the way the staffs treat him was horrible. The guy (white, short, with pierced ears) kept serving others who came after my friend in a queue, and didn't even say sorry or give us a smile nor look at us after that. Their microaggression is unacceptable there. I used to be there quite often, and now they changed the owner and things changed, too. Seems like now if you are an Asian (East/South East Asian looking), don't expect to be treated nicely there.

Child friendly relaxing bar, snooker and pool hall , 2 giant floors of entertainment with plenty of screens showing the sports. Many offers to be took advantage off too. Come here and escape the busy streets of Birmingham city centre. Be aware tho many of the table have had drinks spilt on them then dried. However a clean environment and I will be returning

Plenty of space and good quality tables. Totally impressive was the food menu and the quality of the food delivered. This far exceeded our expectations and many thanks to staff that accommodated our ad-hoc food and drink ordering. Great day for us.

First time visiting the new home for Bierkeller and the drinks were fine, atmosphere great as this was a R&B Brunch event. What I found disgusting was that all the ladies toilets had no seats, this may be a new thing, but not for me.

Nice tables. I've played here on a couple of occasions. The American tables a very nice. The cues could have better tips but they are playable. Drinks are a bit pricey but at least there's a good range of beer and spirits. The tables have good lighting above them which is important. There is also a table tennis table but I'm not sure the hourly rate for that.

Great spot. Spent a few hours here playing pool, watching sport and drinking beer. Good value during the week. Happy hours on selected beers.

It's a good place to spend some fun time with friends. There are really good places nearby to have some food afterwards.

We visited Shooters with friends on Saturday and had a good time! The first down fall for us was that we were heading to Broad St as did not realise the bar had moved and the Google maps link on the website was still linking to Broad Street.. that aside, when we arrived we were greeted by the super friendly and efficient Jason who was amazing! He made us all feel really welcome, found us a nice table and made our drinks faster than lightening. He was really pleasant to talk too and a really good laugh, a real credit to Shooters! The pitfall of this bar was how bloody freezing it was! Bear in mind this is December, there was no heating available as they had ran out of gas. I aged by 20 years sat using my coat and scarf as a blanket but I guess it was an excuse to buy more drinks to warm us up!! 5 stars for Jason, but you guys definitely do need heating!!!

There's no more snooker tables upstairs. Down stairs still the same as before. Has the best American pool tables in town.

If you're there for pool, it's good. It's £9 an hour or £18 for 3 hours. The table cloths are a little shabby, but good cushions and average cues for a joint like this. They have more American pool than UK tables, but both are available. Not sure if the drinks are cheap, but I know they're not expensive. There's a screen hooked up to a projector and other TV screens. Here's the downside - the seating area for the TV is in the throwing area for the dart boards. There are broken or uncomfortable seats. The music won't be to everybody's taste.

Nice place. Reasonably priced, can spend a couple of hours socialising with friends and family playing pool or table tennis.

Good place to play pool, no snooker as of yet (June 2021) and does feel a bit dated inside. Aswell as this perhaps they could spread their tables out more as more often than not you will bump in to someone.

Was egcellent had a great night service was quick efficient friendly if u like pool this is the place no need 4 membership just turn up and play 👍happy days will defo b going back
