Amazing views from the terrace, good service and excellent food. If you feel like ordering a starter, the calamari are really nice. For dessert, if you like chocolate, order the chocolate hazelnut bomb. It's mind-blowing!

Was really looking forward to this visit. However, not too impressed really. The waiter was excellent and attentive. The starter of scallops was overpriced at 9.95 for 4 small scallops. There was no draught offerings. Probably a cost saving exercise than anything, designed to get you to buy the bottles. No thanks water is fine.... The steak was very well cooked and tasty but they had ran out of 8oz steaks of what we asked for ... really ? So we chose a different 8oz was this a trick to attempt to increase your spend? The food was good but certainly it is intended to be pricey but you will find better value and quality elsewhere.

A Miller & Carter later afternoon meal in Birmingham Mail Box, I would recommend if you want to avoid the crowds. It's a good place for a treat, as the service and presentation was great, top marks. However I cannot go overboard about the flavours, because there were none.

Food and service both excellent. My friend had the Rib Eye and I had the Filet Mignon. Both were great cuts of meat and cooked to perfection. Sides were amazing, too; we had the mac and cheese, the crushed potatoes and chips. Get the first two for sure; the mac and cheese is delicious!! If you want a good red wine recommendation, try the Dark Horse Cab Sav. You won't be disappointed. I went out and bought a bottle of it the following day! I don't remember our server's name, but she knew the menu and looked after us so, so well. She was informative, friendly and professional. In regards to the atmosphere, it's a great, clean restaurant except the lights were very bright. I'm used to more romantic lighting in a steak house so it might just be me, but I definitely felt like I was in the spot light :P

We all had an enjoyable meal at this Miller & Carter. Some of us order from the lunch menu other from the regular mains. The table we were seated at was a little small for 6 people but we managed. Service was quick and efficient

The food was great, the service was good, the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely come back very soon! The mushroom starter.. 100% my favourite so delicious!

Easy to locate Wheelchair friendly if the lift is working! Nice staff (however I believe some sort of nuts should be served while guests are waiting for their meal and or better still approach the table to ask if guests need something to munch on at a stipend while waiting) Food was delicious, I went with a recommendation from one of the servers for my main and also my drink (House specialty, Daiquiri) The house steak was super delicious I loved my potatoes as well. Overall would recommend and I would visit again.

Great food, good social distancing. Felt safe. A pity the toilets were so dirty and the hand drier worked for about 3 seconds.

Food is really good, rib eye is so good, just melts in your mouth.

It has lovely food but a bit overpriced, others I was with had issues with their salads because it was just a lettuce but with salad sprinkled on top. Also there their staff were slow to come serve us and to take our plates because they were all talking to eachother at the bar. However they are getting the 3 stars mainly because they were very generous with the napkins.

Rude waitress with no manners was asked if any tables available and the way she spoke to us was disgusting, she then proceeded to tell security we shouldn't be served. Staff need customer service training including security..Been there before no issues but the attitude from this young girl was totally unacceptable

The food was lovely, our Waitress Charlie was fantastic! She went out of her way to make our night extra special, thank you Charlie x x

Always good atmosphere at this chain. Disappointingly my steak could of had more seasoning. Not usually the case from Miller and Carter. Overall satisfied meal and decent service.

1st time visiting.. Absolutely brilliant. Think it may well have been the best Steak dinner I've ever eaten. All staff looked busy and efficient. Our waiter (didn't catch his name but he had a beard) was extremely helpful and provided a brilliant wait on service. The steak was perfection, the sauce was so flavourful in fact everything was just great. Well done guys, great dining experience. Thank you.

Beautiful meal

For someone with a gluten intolerance, a nut allergy, fruit allergy and carrot allergy, it's always a giant gamble when you eat out, especially in foreign countries. Luckily, there was Millers & Carter and its wonderful employee Raj and the rest of his team. Raj really went out of his way to serve me a delicious and most importantly safe plate of food. How grateful I am to this man and his team. Many companies can take an example from this. The man went over everything with me and the kitchen. In addition, he took clean cutlery and washed his hands when he was handling my food or cutlery. It is a pity that 5 stars is the Max, because these people would receive the whole universe of stars from me. I will definitely return to this restaurant this business trip. The food is great, the staff is great and so is my entire evening.

Definitely one of the best chateaubriand steaks you can find in Britain ! Cooked ideally and served with few different options of vegs. I wasn't impressed with my starter ( aubergines), tastes more like sour cabbage but their Pavlova was delicious. What surprised me it's napkins, like from the cheap fast food cafe, wouldn't expect from the place like this. Nice view of the canal if you're lucky with your table, otherwise nothing special about interior & atmosphere

Excellent restaurant & service to match. Table service was excellent & helpful. Great food for portion size & quality. At the higher end of the price range, a varied choice of meals that covers most tastes. It was certainly worth it. Nice atmosphere as well.

Every time I go this restaurant it gets better and better, 11 out of 10 doesn't seem fair to be honest our server Raj was extremely brilliant from start and finish from entering to leaving nothing was to much trouble the food was amazing and great quantity of it. Fully recommend the wings, steak, and dripping. Honestly can't recommend enough. Shame I can't go more often.

It was a Birthday Surprise, for my Girlfriend, and it was our first time visiting your restaurant. On entering the outside looked beautiful all lit up and very charming. We were led to our table by a lovely member of staff who looked after us throughout our meal. The food was delicious and my girlfriend said it was one of the best steaks she has ever had. We were looked after and it was a lovely experience. We have already been recommending you to friends and We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making my girlfriends birthday treat special.

Our server Becky (2/10 @ 7.30) was spectacular. She made our evening 10 times better and kept a nice flow of drinks and accommodated our weird queries worh no raised eyebrow in sight. She made us feel safe and secure during these times, even masked up we could see her smile

Birthday lunch here. Covid regulations were in place - so much so, that there were only a handful of tables being used. Food was everything we expected. Some of our party had the lunchtime menu whish was really good value for money Everything beautifully presented and staff were very friendly. Definitely going back :)

Miller and Carter is a mid range steakhouse restaurant with branches around the UK After a prickly start with the manager, we eventually got moved into the booth we requested. Then everything that followed was brilliant, an incredibly well priced set menu, super friendly and attentive service and superb food! The Christmas menu did not disappoint with succulent Turkey and the most amazing lobster pate starter I've had in a while. Finished off by great sumptuous and decadent desserts.

I always believed this restaurant was a normal overpriced franchise restaurant but it isn't! The taste of the steak, all of the side dishes which are included in the price are very tastefully and I really enjoyed it! Would go back here and like the style or interior of the restaurant as well.

Inexplicably refused to serve my party outside despite that being the government recommendation for two households, I was told to "just not worry about it". But apart from that the food was great.

Great venue, awesome food, fantastic drinks, but what really stood heads and tails above any of these amazing elements is Kirsten. Without a doubt this is the best waitress we have ever had. So friendly and professional. Worth popping by just incase you are lucky enough to have her as your server.

First time out since lockdown eased. We went for a late birthday meal for my 30th. It felt very safe with sanitizer provided tables spaced out more than usual with noticeably less customers booked in, the atmosphere was so normal and relaxed which was exactly what we needed. The food was amazing as always, cocktails were fantastic and the staff were brilliant, polite and attentive. Prices were reasonable and well worth every penny. All in all It was a faultless evening, cant say a single negative thing about our visit!

We had a superb meal. The staff dealt brilliantly with our requests, no cheese or tomatoes. Everywhere was kept clean too.

Excellent food and service as always. Staff are polite and really helpful. The restraunt was quite hot when wenwent as they are not allowed to use Aircon due to covid-19!

Visited on Thursday evening and it was a great experience. Fantastic food (especially the fillet mignon that was cooked perfectly) and excellent service from Becky.

The food overall was really tasty, although over priced. The staff was really rude and the seating and the layout of the tables was poor.
