Lovely very friendly staff. Food tasted good. But my food portion was very tiny, smaller than a child's portion we thought. My friends meals were of a normal size and they were satisfied, I however left feeling quite hungry and I don't even eat large meals. I raised my concerns with staff as we left and it was acknowledged that some meals (mine in particular) is known to be on the small side. It was more like a starter!

Went for lunch time, wasn't very busy, us and maybe 4 other people, but the service was sooooooo slow. The guy waiting on the tables had one very slow speed, it was ridiculous. Once the food arrived it was actually quite nice. So if you have 40minutes to kill before you eat then this is a good place to go !

Food was lovely came out in a good time and was a good size. Only thing was that most of the staff were standing around catching fly's ! The young girl who waited on me (Kayleigh) seemed to be the only one waiting on tables and bringing food out bless her ! Staff need to work as a team instead of sitting on there phones!

Worst service and attitudes. Walked in with my two kids to get a table whilst my husband took a phone call. The man who took us to table seemed nice and got high chair.... that’s all the service we had for ten minutes when he eventually turned back up offering us to order. All tables who arrived behind us had had their drinks upon entry. Not only that but I tried to get some salad to hush my loud kids and was told by a very rude woman that I couldn’t have anything without ordering. My husband arrived and we sat for another ten minutes until we heard another customer ask if he had to order at the bar as no staff at tables. We gave up, paid for drinks and left. Went to Pizza Hut- staff were brilliant. Go there and avoid harvester.

It was cold inside and I had to eat with a coat on. I complained and they said they would turn the air conditioning off but they didn't. We had to wait about 40 minutes for our mains which isn't good when you have a hungry 4 year old with you - they were short staffed in the kitchen it turns out but we were not warned of this wait when we were seated - if we had known we wouldn't have stayed. The salad bar had quite a few buckets that were empty and they had run out of white cobs. Two of the flavour shots on the soft drink machine were out of stock and there was no ice cream which meant most of the desserts were off the menu. We were over charged too and had to argue over the bill. The manageress was helpful in the end. The Harvester in Leicester is great and no issues so tried this one at Star City and wasn't happy. Have no desire to eat here again next time we are here and will try one of the other restaurants. Disappointing.

Nice welcome , clean surroundings. Good choice on the menu but the cook needs to know the difference between well done and no pink to rare. Had to send my meal back and everyone else had finished when mine came back. Drinks are very dear .

The food was good and so were the prices. We had starters and mains. The starters were served and then the food came while we still had the starter and it felt rushed. Then at the end, when we literally just put the forks down the waitress came to asks us if we want the bill. It felt a bit like we were rushed out. But we did enjoy the food!

👍 Nice and polite staff. Lovely food however I’ve noticed a price difference in different Wetherspoons, should always be the same price.
