Amazing menu and buffet. A variety of cuisines under one roof! I tried the vegan breakfast and it was really really good! Much better than most I've tried. The vegan bacon tastes like chorizo, but that's a win to me! Everything is at the level that will please everyone!

I was taken here for a birthday meal. While I'm not vegan or vegetarian I wanted to try something different. We were not disappointed. They have the one section where you can buy gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian friendly household items (cheese, butter, biscuits etc.) The prices seemed reasonable but I would cross compare with your usual supermarkets to be sure. Onto the main restaurant we were greeted and explained how it all works. The options were amazing from rice to lentils to loads of different nut options. You have the option of portion control with a standard dinner plate or above the average. Great drinks options both hot and cold. So many dessert options I had to pick two (and got one extra for free as it was my birthday). The sustainable stance seems to run from the toilet facilities right up to the table. All in all I love this place, you feel so full after but don't feel bloated. Pleasant experience, will do it all again.

We visited on a Friday night. The restaurant was running a 25% off which was a bonus but many of the dishes had sold out. I had a bowl of ramen that wasn't even on the menu?! So is this a good place to eat for a vegan or a non Vegan person? Foodwise I would say "yes". Even if you still eat animals I think you can eat well here, enjoy the change. Less impressive to me was aspects of the admin and facilities. The staff, though very pleasant, didnt seem to have a full grasp of what was going on and I found the menu sparse.

I love the vibe in Natural Bar and Kitchen. The large bright modern space is relaxed. The small wooden tables and seats in close proximity to each other makes for a sociable experience. The demographics of the people that eat here are wide teaching. Service is caring and the fast vegan food that they serve is care-ingly organised on each plate. The food is colourful, tasty; i forgot I was even eating plant based food. An excellent brunch spot or a pre-broad street dinner. This is the future of fast food.

A really relaxed ambience and really great food and drinks. We had the vegan buffet which was filled with lots of lovely vegan food. It's priced by weight so our can have as much or as little as you feel like. Location wise it's a short walk to the local theatres and there's several car parks nearby and it's right by New Street Station too.

Really great if you're in a rush and need a healthy option. The vegan buffet is full of ridiculously tasty foods, and the intelligent weight-based pricing system means you pay for what you eat (which sounds obvious, I know, but it's a buffet!). Will be coming back to try the menu options when I have more time. Lovely atmosphere, obviously an ethically conscious place so you kinda feel like you're doing some good. You don't have to be a vegan to eat here (I'm not), you just have to want healthy, good food.

We loved this place so much the first time we visited that we've returned on our wedding anniversary. It's well worth the 2 hour train ride from York. The buffet options are exceptionally good and the desserts are exquisite. And to top it off, the staff are very friendly and seem genuinely happy (they probably eat there!)

Newly open about two years and this place is gorgeous. A big restaurant in Birmingham closest to Mailbox Birmingham Have not try a vegetarian version of fish n chips for a while so I ordered myself one and it’s lovely. Marinated tofu with crispy batter it’s just nice but I wish it could be bigger as the price you are paying are not cheap. There is a salad bar section if you prefer to go for something off the menu that’s a great option and salads are mostly much heavier taste with herbs and price goes by weight so you pay what you get. The homemade pizza is great worth a try and we ordered a garlic bread for side and it taste delicious!! Freshly baked! The green smoothies are good too! The restaurant tend to get busy during lunch or dinner so book in early if you go in big groups. Also bear in mind vegan food are not cheap but definitely worth for a much healthy diet.

Great friendly place for brunch, lunch, snack, drinks, coffee. Lovely ambience. Great staff. And delicious Vegan food. The bar/buffet is a great option if you’re on the run and a quick healthy bite on the go. Been here twice in 2 days while in Birmingham. Would come back again for sure on my next visit.

Natural Bar and Kitchen is a great environment for vegan and plant based food. Also, they stand for diversity and promote a LGBT friendly locale. The food options and choices are excellent: a buffet style bar with cold and hot choices, where you pay by the weight. A comprehensive a la carte menu, and daily specials. There’s a drink menu with wine, beer, and spirits choices and a desert menu. I had the fresh food buffet and really liked it. It feature multiple flavourful choices like dhal and cauliflower cooked as a butter chicken. I had wine and was excellent but could have been a tad cheaper, maybe a little bit on the pricey side. The staff is extremely friendly. I’ll come back.

Amazing food, a great concept well done. Affordable for the level of quality food you get! My plate was £6 and my partner's was £9. We were both stuffed by the time we finished. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about all products. We visited the shop afterwards and were helped by lovely lady to find some yummy treats for pudding!
