Great place to have a drink, lots of people all in good spirits, having to order from the mobile and the waitress brings your drinks to the table. Very helpful staff and serving with a smile. Really good music also.

Whatever the city, whatever the country....BrewDog has it all. However, it's like marmite. You either love it or hate it. I love it! Lots! If you don't love it, there's something wrong with you and you haven't tried enough to find 'the one'. Try again! 🍺🍺🍺 Fantastic staff here at BrewDog Birmingham. Please visit, show support and enjoy!

Rubbish everywhere, Allergens ignored, Vegans forgotten about, accepted a party of 14 knowing they can't handle it. No draught beer. Poor management who don't seem to care. I addition to this, I did email as per brewdogs response, but after several emails I never got a response. Avoid at all costs, scam of a company.

Absolutely love this place been coming here for months for the wing Wednesdays and the pineapple punch haha. The staff are always welcoming and remember a regular face. Jack Dukes is a legend he even helped set up a function for my football team where we went through 50kg of wings. Thanks guys as always see you next month.

I’ve been here twice for the bottomless brunch, both times the food was great. Service could be a bit quicker but it is busy. Highly recommend.

Standard brewdog bar in so much as the is an excellent beer list of own stuff and guest plus classic industro-hippster chic decor

We did the beer school here and it was pretty good. The guide was pretty good and knowledgeable about the beer but didn't seem very interested in the cheese. The service was slow, it is advertised as an hour and a half which is about right be it took us about 2 and a half hours which left us without drinks on a couple of occasions.

I'm not a big fan of beer, but I loved the great selection they had on, and I always go in for one of their ciders that they rotate (pineapple punch, urban orchard and dead and berried) or the cactus and lime gin, which is super unique! I absolutely love the wings and their Cluck Norris burger. Great customer service and friendly staff. Will definitely be back soon!

Absolute brilliant spot with fantastic service and a wide range of drinks! I come regularly but only to see the ginger haired guy with the ginger beard because he makes me feel so welcome - I wonder if he's single.....

(4.5/5): Came in on Wednesday for the bottomless wings with one of my mates. We were served by ‘Mark’ who had great knowledge of the beer menu and was able to recommend us ‘built in Berlin’. Amazing draft beer. Food was as expected (amazing). Only ‘negative’ I can give is that the music was a little bit too loud and I found that I had to yell at my friend sometimes so he could understand what I was actually saying. Definitely will be back though and will be bringing more friends. Thank you for the service.

Honestly I love this place. Brewdog has its haters (insert incoherent babbling nonsense) but to my mind this is simply a great spot, chilled ambience, always super friendly staff, wicked wings and just a whole load of goodness.

Tried the Wednesday wings deal, all you can eat for £12. It was ok going once but probably wouldn’t do it again. Took a while to get a seat when we first entered, then took even longer to get served our first plate of wings. You get a choice of only two flavours. The wings are dipped in breadcrumbs so becomes filling quite quickly. Service was really slow around 8pm but did improve later as it became less busy. The staff did recognise this however and did wipe the cost of our drinks from the bill so saved about £20.

Patriot burger was extremely tasty! Was offered either ordering from the app or from the bar and the former wanted to charge a £3 "delivery fee" to your table! Please do not fall for this hidden charge and order in person from the bar!

The location is convenient and close to the train station. There are several items on the menu are out of stock! Besides, the tips shouldn’t be inquired during the ordering process, because if I hadn’t received the service/drink/food, I really shouldn’t pay in advance.

I took part in a Beer School beer and cheese tasting today. I had an amazing time. Joel was a great host. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about all the Brewdog beers and I had a great time my only suggestion would be that Joel also has some cheese so he can walk us through how the cheese tastes along with the beers. Thankyou Joel. I will probably try and bring my Father back to experience this as I had such a nice time. Very worth the money I paid, the cheese portions were very generous.

Decent Brewdog. Nice layout with some useful charging points and quick wifi. Perfect for a quick stop if heading for the train station. Hazy Jane Guava is always a delicious pint

Great place and super dog friendly, went there with our dog last night and one of the servers asked if we wanted the music turned down for our dog. She was unphased by it so I said they didn’t need to, but I thought it was a really lovely thing to ask. We will be back and so will the dog!

Came here for dinner while visiting Birmingham on a business trip. Despite being busy the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food came quickly and was delicious. I also got some great recommendations for craft beer from the staff on that night which was lovely - I wouldn't have tried them otherwise and they were great! Would definitely return next time I'm down.

Dropped in here before Lissie gig at town hall. Busy and I was glad I had booked a table online. Great atmosphere, attentive friendly staff. I actually ate a burger (not had one for years as usually horrible), but it was really good. Loved the beer as always. I left my purse in the ladies as I was leaving, but it was handed in at the bar - thank you whoever that was!

Love a BrewDog bar! Staff and beer were fantastic! Wings unfortunately weren't the best I've had at a BrewDog, with the larger ones slightly raw in the middle. However, the staff were great, replaced with no issues and very accommodating.

A little smaller than many BrewDog bars but that's no bad thing. Great beer list, good food - excellent value two for one vegan Mondays. Really helpful and friendly bar staff. Good stop for a beer and a snack.

Stopped for a quick pint. Great place and atmosphere. What I also really really love about this business is they have put tampons and pads in each stall in the women’s restrooms for customers and employees to have for free if needed. Absolutely amazing gesture and great to see a business providing this for women!!

very good atmosphere and great drinks. girl behind the bar in a bandana was really friendly and helpful and gave me tasters and recommendations based on her personal favourites. ended up choosing a hazy guava and it was amazing. will be coming back soon :)

This is an above standard Brew Dog (remember brew Dog is a chain of British pubs). The music was nice and the vibe was chill. The drinks were pricey. The people at the bar were fun and nice to talk to. It was open till 11:30 pm. There was a large crowd even late night. The food was nice and priced well. A rough situation occurred while we were there. But the people handled it calmly and very well so no one was hurt. We did not feel unsafe in the pub (we were a mixed gender crowd). Nice to go to catch a drink.

Thoroughly disappointed. I’m coeliac and I really enjoy the GF Punk IPA whoever here it was warm and unable to drink. I was told they didn’t know why it wasn’t cold and that it was hard to pour so order something else. I then ordered a cider and was give again, a warm drink. Thankfully cider being very sugary I was able to drink it. Just hoped for more inclusion when it comes to people with allergies and intolerances.

Actually was meant to go to Sushi place next door but food smelled so good here we gave it a try instead.. Was a good shout.. Without doubt the best wings in birmingham (it’s not even close) burgers also very good.. A cool relaxed venue and staff were very attentive. We’ll probably be back every week now for Wing Wednesday :)

Brewdog is generally a nice place to eat, drink and chill (especially with your dog) But last night we had a quite disappointing experience at this branch The staff members were nice, especially the security gentleman at the door and the gentleman who served us But they had ran out of regular chips, and although we ordered a few items with chips they didn't tell us until one came to the table as sweet potato chips They did offer a refund and the chicken bits of two of our orders, but the burger buns were also all pink buns with no prior notice And to be honest they did not taste good

Friendly staff. Had a nice pint of the guest ale, my wife enjoyed hers too. Decor is a little dated as it hasn't changed in years. Was a little unclean too. Price of beer has really gone up, £15 for pint and a half of beer and some nuts. Not sure I'll be going back in a while.

Great staff and beers! Prices are… OK. I had no food so can’t really comment about it.
