Lovely food! Lovely staff! And if you have a problem with something it’s sorted quickly and easily. So welcoming and don’t make you feel uncomfortable at all. Toilets are clean. The place has a nice friendly feel to it!

I have been enjoying my lunch here at least three times a week since finding out it was local. As expected the customer service and quality of the food and drink supplied is still in high standard as with other Wetherspoons I have frequented. The only thing that stops me from leaving another star is that I find the menu offerings don't always correlate with the app and some of the tables are often left with dirty plates still on. I did mention this to management and it seems they have started to ensure this is practiced so it has improved.

We went to the Arthur Robertson this morning for breakfast, it was nice. I didn't have baked beans as I don't eat them, but they replaced the beans for another item of my choice. Our breakfasts were quite nice but the bacon was a bit too thin and fatty for my liking. Nevertheless for the price of 2 breakfasts with refillable hot drinks, we can't really complain. We would go there again for another breakfast...

White staff with pink hair was rude, unhelpful, ignored me several times at the bar. Discriminatory against person with disabilities. Shocking attitude!! I went in for a cold drink and a meal, after the way I was treated and still not being served after 30 minutes, I left in tears and felt physically sick!!!!

Rude manageress brought me an order and I started eating it and was a bit cold but hey ho then realised I had no bacon. She came back with another plate of food plus 1 I had ordered for my daughter and when I said I had no bacon she told me I should not have excepted the first order like it was my fault . Rude and terrible attitude never again!!

My closest weather spoons and I love it, I love spoons anyway but me and my partner come here regularly, maybe for breakfast or dinner or just a cheeky drink, lovely staff, and is basically in a shopping centre with so many shops so you can do your shopping too!

Quite pleased with the Manager's Special mixed grill for £4.99. Real ale on at just over £2 per pint. Large open plan spoons with pleasant service

It's an alright breakfast for the price (2.99, refillable hot drinks 0.99), but if you have big stomach it won't fill you up

First visit to The Arthur Robertson, previous reviews brought us here as we were heading up the M6. Worth the 15 mins trip off the motorway for sure. Nice open space in a large dining area with a long bar at the end, fronting a shopping centre. The food was excellent, we had chicken tikka masala, the empire burger and a skinny chicken burger with salad, not much of a wait for the food, friendly servers, and all very tasty. And to cap it all the Doom Bar was only 99p

Was ok as it went. We had breakfast which was very nice produce. I'm surprised how much people go for breakfast there on a Sunday morning. Customer service was ok and friendly.

Visited Saturday morning for breakfast and just as I was finishing my food I noticed a large number of flies began to swarm around the table. When I told the barman, I was shocked to learn that this is something they know about and both he and the duty manager said the pub has a problem with flies, particular around the coffee machine and has been going on for sometime. They offered me an extra breakfast or a free dessert but I felt nauseous and disgusted that they allow customers to sit in what is potentially a health and safety risk. I've attached a photo of two flies perusing the menu, presumably deciding what meal to regurgitate over next

There was a problem with my scampi. The waitress brought the salad and apologised that the scampi would not be ready for 3 mins. When she returned she had 2 lots of scampi. She again apologised saying the first lot had been overdone and the second lot was slightly overdone but I could have them both for no extra charge. I think this waitress handled the awkward situation very well and averted a customer moan. I’ve never been to this particular Wetherspoons before but found it very clean and welcoming even though it’s not one of their fabulous old iconic buildings.

We stopped for lunch. Its a Wetherspoons so it's always good for price. The staff are really nice, food was hot and tasty. All good to be honest. Only lost a star because of the bad language used by another customer who should have known better really with me sitting there with my Wife and Daughter. Other than that, it was good ...

The biggest problem of that pub is that, the "One Stop Shopping" where it is, close the doors too early at 8:00 pm and the pub later around midnight, so if you go by car and park at the one stop shopping centre, later you will need to walk much more to reach your car, you will need to bypass the shopping centre by the outside.
