Popped in for lunch. Nice surroundings, we put our car registration into the computer to ensure we didn't get booked. I had a mixed grill for lunch, very nice, my husband had fish & chips. We both enjoyed our meal. Would go again if in the area,.

Great food, great welcoming service, only fault is that more room should be given around the pool table if possible.

Bar staff are nice as for the Chef firstly we got a loaded surf n turf with onion rings under the steak so they were soggy. Also the steak came out with a chunk missing. We asked for it to be redone and was refused this request by the chef himself not sure whats happened to customer service in this establishment but it's basically non existent I mean for the 4 flys we had to kill b4 we started eating the least the chef could have done is cook a fresh steak or offer a alternative I have used and recommended this establishment quite a few times over the years. Not to mention I have eaten at the Yenton sizzler in Erdington twice in the last month and never encountered such poor service from any of the chefs as we did today. Will not be coming bk nor recommending to anyone else again

The new menu had a good choice of dishes including things you wouldn't expect like a doner kebab. Pub was really busy and we struggled to find a table, which in a way was nice as lots of pubs never reopened after lockdown. Food was lovely, although the other half would have preferred his steak to be served on a normal plate as he said it was overcooked by the time he got back from the bar with a pint due to the heat of the skillet! The fox enjoyed the bit we took home 🀣

Visited with a friend just for a few drinks. The atmosphere was warm and friendly although very busy! It was nice to see a diverse mix of clientele there, and all the staff were very friendly. I would return again in the future to try their food

Me and the missus had a lovely meal here on Friday afternoon, excellent service, polite. We stopped off and entered a lovely atmosphere, we use another sizzler pub as a rule but was passing so we thought why not, we previously downloaded the sizzler app and showed the barmaid the 40% off the total bill voucher we had so paid less than Β£15 for 2 large meals + soft drinks, the weather was stifling outside but fair play to the staff - trouble now is the missus will be keen to go back.

To be honest I would not give even a one but as there is no other option, I have had to select none star. Having attended The Towers Inn in March with my daughter, I am not happy that she has received two final notification letters (she was not sent the first or second ones) for Β£85. When she arrived why was she bot asked if she had parked her car in the car park and told she had to input her car registration number as most caring businesses who have the same set up? It should be part of the training that staff ask all customers, no matter how busy they are. I have left a message for you to call me to resolve this matter.

Went to watch a live band (of friends), and for the most part, it was fine. However, later on, the atmosphere got a bit tense. This was caused by one individual looking to pick a fight.... he got his wish just as the band finished. It was all well managed by the staff, but it was time for a swift exit.

Bustling pub with plenty of usual beers available. Cask ale wasn't up to standard but the guys I was with go regularly and enjoy it so maybe I got unlucky

The towers inn has housed me and friends for years, we try for every Friday or Saturday enjoying drinks and food with all of us. The staff have always looked after us and catered to our needs. The kitchen food is always good and drinks are insane.

We went for lunch today, both enjoyed our meals. Chips and veg are lovely and hot. Meat, although good could do with being hotter, otherwise can't fault it. Nice relaxed atmosphere

Reason why I have given this is because if your a different colour then you will have to wait a bit longer for a drink then normal. Especially a guy called Richard! He doesn't like serving people who are coloured which is nonsense to be honest. He will do what he can without serving you if you are a coloured person! And he just looks after his own regulars rather then concentrating on any person that comes into The Towers. Awful on that. I would give 4 stars only because the people are friendly. Let's see if this get recognised!!!

I regularly meet up with friends at this pub and find it great value for money and a nice atmosphere. But last night I was disappointed when my cousin ordered my food , she came back and apologise to me because, she was told they no longer serve jacket potato! For someone who follows an eating plan this really threw me. So no surprise to say, I will not be eating here again.

This was the first time I attended at the very start of service. Opening was very prompt and the staff were very friendly and helpful as I also made an enquiry about securing another booking later on in the month. Being early we were able to secure a table in our chosen location. The lady behind the bar took our drinks orders promptly. Our food orders were taken when we were ready and everything was cooked to our liking. I look forward to my next visit to The Towers Inn.

Visited today on my little ones birthday, very friendly staff and management. But their food has gone down. I always have their fish and chips and the rest of the family has different food from the menu. My fish and chips came and it looked like a thin piece of chicken strip being battered and fried . I asked a member of staff to change it , he took it back but came back with the same piece of fish which was refried again. I then took it back to the manager and even the manager agreed it wasn't right. They changed my food with different stuff. All my family had finished their meal while I was waiting for my food. My food came when my family had finished their food. Two years ago on 30of march I visited the same place on another family member's birthday, I still had the same problem with food. I even had to wait three hours for my food because they told me after an hour of placing my food that their chicken had finished and there was no fish . All my family had just half cooked gammon .. I will not be visiting this place again.

Egon made our experience so enjoyable, we had a right laugh in the pub. Carman was so nice to us and her bar service was very fast and was so chatty. Shauna made us some lovely food to go with our drinks, best chef in M&B!!

I've been going to this pub since I was 18. I won't tell you how old I am now, but let's say I'm not a spring chicken. Anyway, I revisited the Towers recently, for a meal with my parents. I paid and found the prices to be really reasonable, so that was handy. The food was great. I had a delicious salad, with a nice glass of white wine. Dad had his usual, fish and chips which he said was lovely. And I can't actually remember what my mom had but she ate it all and enjoyed it. So, all in all I would definitely recommend a trip here for good food at good prices. The pub was fairly quiet when we came. The staff were friendly and the service was good.

I'd like to thank all the staff, for everything they did on Friday 21st October, we held our mom's wake there. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and nothing was to much trouble, very helpful, and the food was excellent good quality and variety, everyone that attended was impressed.

Came for Christmas dinner and it was lovely. Only downfalls would be no sauces available. Mint sauce cranberry sauce and apple sauce would be nice as an option. Christmas pudding was freezing and so was the sauce. Would be nice to have the option to have this warm. One of our Tomato soup starters came and one was full with sour cream and one half full without sour cream. Bit disappointing but the Staff were friendly and the Turkey was lovely.

I attended The Towers Inn, 636, Walsall Road, on the 19/05/22. I originally booked for four (4x) people and bumped into my parents (who had popped in for one (1x) drink as the weather was nice). I asked the bar man if I'd be able to add another two (as I'd feel uncomfortable eating without both whilst there) the manager expressed it was fine and we was seated on table #33 (upstairs). Six (6x) ordered meals that were; 1x Surf & Turf with Jacket Potato, 1x Chicken Platter with Chips, 3x Mixed Grills with Chips and 1x Mac Daddy with steak. The steaks that were requested was; two (2x) rare, two (2x) medium rare and one (1x) well-done. ALL steaks come well-done and couldn't be eaten due to the toughness and couldn't be chewed.. even the one (1x) that I asked to be well-done was burnt to a crisp.. and even the Jacket Potato was on the wrong meal.. When all the meals were put on our table the waitress asked if everything was ok..? I replied "no" and explained.. the waitress looked very confused and lost (not knowing what to say) I was hoping for a response.. but all I got was a look of confusion and was asked if we wanted any condiments..? After eating most of the other things on the plate I asked for a doggie bag and took the remaining home for the dog. Before leaving I spoke to the manager (Haley) and explained the meal.. again I was disappointed as she didn't know anything about what I had expressed to the waitress.. and all that she said was "I'll speak to the chef.." Overall, I was very great full for management accommodating my parents at short notice to eat with us.. but very disappointed with the meal and the aftercare. .......…...…….………………...........……........................ *** UPDATE *** I'm very great full after writing this experience and sending an email to the company (Sizzling Bar and Grill) I had a reply today (Wednesday 25th May 22). The company are going to look into the events that unfolded and my family and I have been given a Β£20 voucher to go back and experience (hopefully a better standard) a family meal. I'm alittle disappointed I wasn't offered the full amount I paid..! Again, thank you. πŸ€
