I had a lovely.vegan meal - it was really tasty and fresh. The staff were fantastic especially as it got quite busy when we arrived and the the guy on the bar went above and beyond.

Visited this pub with a number of age groups both young and old and found that it was very good, the food was very nice and the price was very reasonable the total price including alcoholic drinks for 7 people all having a main and sweet was below £80.00.The only thing that let this place down if anything was the wait that we had for the food, the service was slow even though the pub wasn't particularly busy. We had to wait nearly an hour for our food, resulting in me having to go to ask if it was "going to be much longer?"only to be told "it's just being plated now" which was very convenient. On the whole a nice cheap place but with a wait.

Food and decent beer .it's an ember inn which has a good food selection although this time it was a flying visit so I didn't get a chance to sample what's on offer. CAREFULL with the parking here. You have to logg in at the bar or face a fine to prove your a genuine customer. It's easily forgotten

First time, dropped in to have some lunch with my family, what a nice friendly place, the locals welcomed you in! That's a first...the fire was lit and it was a welcoming warmth, sat down checked the menus and ordered food, l was surprised of how the food was cooked fresh and very tasty, very enjoyable, though about 1hr from home a very nice place to go, if we are in the location again, sure to pop in, good food and a nice place to go. Well done Bulls Head.

Popped in for Lunch while my car was being repaired. Very friendly, helpful staff and lovely food. A brief peaceful oasis in a hectic day. Will visit again and will recommend to friends

Bar was very slow they seemed under staffed. My steak was more on the med side and I asked for med well I requested. My meat must now moo on the plate... There always seems to be something wrong when we go to this specific pub. Would rather go to our usual choice of the same chain but they were fully booked.

Had such a beautiful meal here mix grill was amazing so was the burger the cocktails was really good too

Popped in for lunch with my Mum. The pub is very nice, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We have visited this establishment several times previously and it is consistently good however on this occasion the food was below par. Mum and I both had the same meal off the lunchtime special menu(Mushroom starter and the fish and chips) I certainly wouldn't let this minor blip put me off going again as I stated previously the standard of food and drink is always pretty good. There is quite an extensive menu so give it a go🙂

Went to collect a too good to go order. 3 goodybags. But they were closed. A construction site. Had past racist experiences here too. All condoned by the bar staff. Unacceptable.

Popped in early one Sunday lunchtime on a cold wet day, and sat by the lovely open fire. We hadn't visited for some time, as the food on our last visit hadn't been great, although it was a very busy Saturday night on that occasion. The pub is looking great after it's recent face-lift, and very festive ! We arrived shortly after 12, and noticed lots of tables were already reserved, and the place started to fill up quickly Our food arrived promptly, and was very good. We shared the nachos starter, I then had a steak, my husband went for the mixed grill. Food quality was good, and steaks cooked exactly as requested. Would definitely return, but would be mindful to book for busy periods.

The service at Bulls Head is exceptional! I have been coming here for years, and never been disappointed yet! Abby, especially, is a true asset to their team! She goes above and beyond, she is very accommodating, and really friendly, and kind. Such a lovely atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, very hospitable. Thank you very much! I was with my whole family and we had a really lovely night. The staff are just great, always so helpful (Emma works so hard, a real credit to the pub). Great selection of drinks and the £12 wine offer on Thursdays is just great. Please can I ask for Proper Job to be returned to the Bull, I just love that cask ale? The food was excellent, always hot, and cooked exactly as requested (hang onto this chef!!). Can't wait to get back there next week

amazing food, but 2 of the steaks we got with cooked more medium rather than medium rare. Except from that, we had an amazing time. definitely recommend

I haven't been to Bull's Head in Hall Green in many years but met my friend for lunch last Saturday and had a lovely meal. It has recently been refurbished I believe, and it was a lovely setting and atmosphere and I will definitely be back.

Dinning alone I had my favourite meal Hinters Chicken severed with baby potato's tomatoe mushroom and peas a chicken breast topped with bacon and cheese Excellent service at good value prices. Well worth a visit.

The Sunday roast was a child's size portion and the vegetables were more than Al dented and the beef was quite dry. A member of staff didn't come and ask if everything was OK as it looked as if there wasn't enough staff to cope, upon looking around there were a few people asking questions about their food, there was no broccoli and condiments (horseradish sauce) wernt offered, this was my first visit and to be fair it may well be my last

Went in Friday day night with a few friends .. the place was filthy!! The staff look so scuffy !! And we had to wait because they ran out of glasses , when we had a drink the glass was so dirty ! We all soon came out and got a cab to a clean pub ! Horrible . Also the table were disgusting 😑

Nice pub, most the seats are really comfy, large floor area and good layout so even if the is a noisy event like a band on, there is a quite corner you can get away from it all. Food is always pretty reasonable quality wise, never had a bad nite and eat here often, prices on food are also very reasonable. One of my favourite pubs for a quiet drink, staff are very pleasant, and generally the other patrons of the house are friendly.

Once again had a lovely meal.Service was excellent, saved table outside which was very kind. Food very good and a good vegetarian menu. Will be returning with family and friends.

Booked our family Christmas Dinner for 13 people. We were late as the panto ran over but the team were great and it was no problem. The food was served quickly and piping hot. There were no delays, no errors or issues with any course. The team regularly checked we were OK and if we needed more drinks. Could not fault a thing, and the turkey was the nicest turkey I've ever eaten! Every one of us were very, very happy with the food, the service,the price, everything!

Had a lunchtime meal for 10 ladies on Monday 3rd October. The food and service was excellent. We will return.

Disappointing. Just had a roast beef dinner delivered. Driver was very nice. Shame the food didn't match up. Both content and quality really left a lot to be desired. Oh well, the bin is about to be well fed...

Been a few times for a beer and just recently for Sunday dinner with a large group. Always friendly, the beers very good and the food good value
