Not good curry bland complained staff basically said tuff not getting a discount.. Won’t be going back been 5 years since I’ve been. Gone down hill wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I went to this place for my cousin birthday. It was my first time going there. The deco looks nice but I must tell you about my experience with the food and mainly the customer service. The staff could not communicate. The communication were very poor. They took our order and serve half of the order and the rest was out of stock. When we asked why would you still take our order when the most of stuff is out of stock. They had no answer. Ruined my cousin birthday as it was organised as a surprised. We barely ate food because our order was out of stock. Everything is overpriced even the samosa was £6.99 when you can get that from local kebabish for 99p with free salad and sauces. I I’ll never visit and highly recommend not to visit. I regret going as I could have done better at home myself then going to this place because it was time waste, money waste and embarrassment in front of my cousin. He was upset. It costed us £130 when I could do a whole month of groceries for this much money.

Wow what can I say , went to Vila Spice restaurant last night for the first time. The food was Excellent , The service was Excellent, The atmosphere was Excellent & Amo & staff couldn't do more for you. Nothing was too much & the price's were exceptional. I will definitely be recommending it to family & friends. With the way cost of living is today 2023 , this restaurant & Amo put their customer's 1st & not profit. So you can still afford to have a meal out with family & friends. 10/10 to a wonderful little Indian restaurant , what a gem we have found. Well done Amo & staff .. First time here very impressed food delicious and tasty nice and hot too. good value for money we had the 5 course meal deal. We liked that we were asked how spicy we liked our curry. Loved the vegetable rice very tasty went very well with my chicken tikka sagawa. Service excellent the owner served us ( sorry don't know your name) really nice guy very pleasant nothing too much trouble. Will definately go there again.

This was my first time using these guys, after having some shocking food experiences recently with takeaways around great barr. Wow, these guys hit the mark with the flavour and quality of the food. Following on from a few takeaways from Vila spice. We really wanted to experience dining n experience .We'll, I'd like to say it was AMAZING, the food is just outstanding! Amo, the owner, takes great pride in the finer details. He really knows his customers' requirements. The food and service is extremely good value for money. It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious curry, so much so we have already booked for next week Thanks Amo see you next week 👍

Fantastic meal, a bloomin brilliant Birmingham balti. Went to this establishment purely by chance and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The owner made us feel welcome and greeted us with the same warmth he greeted the regulars. If I ever find myself in the area, I'd be sure to go back and would recommend to anyone else to eat here.

Best curry ever! The guys are extremely friendly and offer a great service. The food / flavours tasted amazing. We even got a free shot at the end. Great value for money as well. If I'm in Birmingham again I will definitely be returning. Happy customer! 😊

Fantastic restaurant! We have been many times to this little gem and they never fail to please. Beautiful food cooked to perfection every time! They cater for all, and even provided our group with a complimentary side as we were there for a birthday. Very kind and friendly staff. Would highly recommend! Second time at Vila Spice last night with the family. Have to say Amo and his team are first class. Great menu, lovely food and great family atmosphere. Also really good value for money, cant wait to return.

What are some non-breads and starters and chicken tikka masala The Nan bread was very thick and horrible chicken tikka masala was very horrible. The chicken was uncooked. What’s wrong with the chef? It’s embarrassing to call him a chef and thunder chef. It’s not a very good to. Do you not go there till they have a better chef and a tandoori chef?

Had a take away few months ago When we had it it was vile cold and very bland and the poppodoms were stale It was late they were just closing so gave it the benefit of the doubt Decided to try again a few weeks later The curry was even worse no taste what so ever the shop is always empty when I walk past even on a Friday night I’m one for supporting my local business So Friday just gone my wife cooked us a curry homemade and we had a few drinks at the local pub We went for the option of popping in on the way back home to get just a portion of boiled rice and a naan bread Went in to again an empty shop placed our order and sat down The chap told me it’s around 6 pound so I pulled my card out to pay He said minimum charge on card is 13 pound I said ok well that’s a problem cuz I only want rice an a naan Totally shocked he said take some j20 drinks I said what to make it to 13 pound he said Yh I was like well I don’t have that money to waste on 2 j20 at 3 pound each And I don’t even like them I just said is there any chance I can just take the naan and rice His attitude changed the one with the curtains haircut He was very rude he was like no 13 pound minimum or leave I couldn’t believe it I have never heard of a minimum charge of 13 pound to pay by card in store His attitude and customer service skills are about as bad as the curry If you wanna be greeted by a rude arrogant person and pay for vile food then this is the place to be Boycott this place the curry shop down on Asda island is much better and very welcoming Thanks 👍🏼

Fantastic meal for my Dads 70th Birthday. 20 of us dined and the food was amazing and service was great too. Expected the portion size to be smaller as we were having the 5 course deal but no they were really decent portions. Thank you for a great night, we will definitely be back 👍🏻

Once again we’ve had a great night at Villa Spice. Amo and his staff have given us some great food in a relaxed atmosphere. Villa Spice never disappoints.

This place honestly is unreal we went for a meal on Saturday and my god they blew my mind with how nice the food was although they was very busy with diners and takeaway orders the service was just exceptional our waiter was the friendliest and kindest man. He even went as far as asking if I would like my food cut up for me as I had my newborn baby in my arms who's on oxygen so I had no arms free... The food was that good we ordered a takeaway delivery tonight and again could not fault the food it was perfect very hot still quick delivery and to my suprise it was the same waiter who delivered our food!! If you haven't tried vila spice it's a must that you do!! You won't be disappointed! Vila spice thankyou for coming into my life!! This is the first google review Iv ever left in my life and they deserve the credit! And the price is bang on I LOVE VILA SPICE

I visited last night with my friends Big John and Dee for her birthday meal we had a lovely night, customer service from start to finish was top class and the food was excellent, the 5 course deal was great, well done to the manager and his staff for a lovely experience, we look forward to returning soon.

Visited the Vila Spice for the first time last night. All I can say is you guys absolutely nailed it from the start. The atmosphere, food and hospitality were first class and the food was excellent with lots of it. Thanks to Amo and the all the other staff who made sure we had a great evening out.

By far the worse Curry I’ve ever had! Didn’t taste of anything, no seasoning at all! The poppadoms were the best thing. £30 wasted! Don’t recommend one bit

Buzzing place offering great service, excellent food, big portions and reasonable prices... Take your own drinks too... Pound for pound be hard to beat
