We booked this lovely place on the basis of the advertised menu. When we arrived we found a completely different menu. Finding another restaurant on a Saturday night for 6 people wasn't an option so we stayed and ordered the tapas. The tapas we ordered was lovely but the price per plate was expensive. Your menu on line sounded like real tasty rustic food. So disappointed it wasn't available. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

We had a brilliant meal here. An excellent selection of tapas dishes / small plates and a healthy cocktail menu and wine list. Great service too and the couple who run it are attentive, knowledgeable and good fun.

A lovely small venue that you definitely need to book for. Tasty food with fairly large tapas portions but full of flavour, friendly staff and nice cocktails.

We went last night for dinner. There were 6 of us and tried so many beautiful dishes. Had to leave room for dessert too. It was so busy but service was on point and the foodwasnt delayed at all. Thank you Alex and Martha, also compliments to the chef as always.

Just returned from an AMAZING meal at Rustic Table Harborne. Cocktails were amazing and the pomacello cocktail is a definite must the food was exceptional so tasty!!! Definitely recommend the padron peppers, spanish tortilla, mushroom arancini and the mini chorizo but would also recommend the rest of the menu too. Save some room for by far the best churros we have eaten in the UK. Definitely recommend and definitely will return.

Had a wonderful night here, usually I am not a fan of Tapas but this was Tapas done to perfection! The food was delicious, decent portion sizes and reasonably priced. The service was prompt and Alex was so lovely he really welcomed us and really made the friendly local feel very special!

Absolutely AMAZING experience!!! Alex the bartender has gone above and beyond and exceed our expectations! The Lemon Meringue Pie is to die for! If you have any another off the menu cocktail choices or fancy a suprise, you're in for a treat! Can't wait to come back! I'd give 10/10 stars but unfortunately I can only give 5/5 on Google!

Nice little place in Harborne. Decor and atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very friendly. I do have to be someone contrary about the food. For the prices we paid per dish, we were underwhelmed. I realize prices have probably gone up in the current climate, and I don't mind paying more, but the quality has to match the price, it has to make you want more (and be willing to pay for it). If these were priced at around Β£4.50-Β£6.50 I'd probably be back. But for example, paying Β£8 for 5 or 6 marinated prawns plus another Β£2 for 4 small slices of (nice) bread, was an unsatisfying sell. We shared 5 dishes plus one glass of wine which came to just under Β£50. Beers are bottled only 330ml, but priced almost as much as pints. So you're talking equivalent about Β£7 a pint. Sign of the times I guess.

Wowzerooney!!! Absolutely brilliant! Great service and mouthwatering food. Bit pricey, but when you’re willing to pay the price, oh boy is it worth it. Chilled atmosphere, home-style vibes with electric tunes throughout the night. I’d definitely visit Rustic Table again, 9/10.

Lovely little family run restaurant on Harborne high street. Friendly service, freshly cooked food. Everything was fresh and tasty. The bread and brownies are sourced from a local bakery. The cocktails are reasonably priced and a good size.

Had an amazing experience at Rustic Tables, very welcoming atmosphere with delicious and flavourful food options. Buttermilk chicken tender and lamb koftas were my favorites. The cocktail menu is impressive and has classics with a twist. Lemon meringue and smoked old fashioned being on the top of my list. Will definitely be going back to try new food and cocktail options.

Lovely atmosphere and really reasonably priced tapas. We were served by the owner who was kind and attentive. The vegetarian options are great too, which is a bonus at any tapas restaurant. Overall the food is delicious and we will definitely be returning!

I absolutely loved this independent place! Their menu consists of delicious Mediterranean tapas, which is one of my favorite foods. It was filled with returning guests, indicating that they provide a wonderful dining experience. They boast an impressive variety of tasty cocktails, making their bar truly impressive! But what truly set this place apart from other restaurants was their charming and hospitable staff. They made our visit exceptionally friendly. The food here truly ranks among the best I've ever tasted, and I will definitely visit them many more times to try their other dishes and indulge in their delightful desserts! Truly unforgettable!

I've eaten at this friendly independent local restaurant a couple of times in the last few weeks. Both times the service was appropriately attentive, the food interesting and tasty, and the cocktails amazing. Alex and the front and back staff really are doing a great job here. They're just celebrating their first birthday, I hope they'll be a long staying regular!

GLUTEN FREE - VEGETARIAN TAPAS The Rustic Kitchen, situated on Harbourne High Street, is a cosy tapas restaurant. The menu has many tapas dishes you might expect to find, combined with new and interesting seasonal dishes to try! The restaurant is lovely inside, clean, and the service is very good. The menu is well thought out with many gluten free dishes, vegetarian and vegan dishes, and importantly for me, gluten free + vegetarian dishes! Don't worry there are plenty of meat options too, my husband especially enjoyed the steak. I will say the portions are small, as you expect with tapas, but even so, smaller than expected in relation to the price. It's definitely a case of quality over quantity, so no complaints from me. Every morsel was delicious and it was obvious a lot of care had been taken in the preparation and cooking. The service was very good, the order was taken promptly, the food didn't take too long, and after requesting the bill, we were happily on our way home in no time at all. We will definitely visit again! It was a very pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend visiting. My favourite dishes were the 4 veg, 4 ways winter edition and the Blood orange and fennel salad.

I was here celebrating my 71st birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The staff were welcoming and friendly. This was my first visit but a return visit for my accompanying son and daughter-in-law and I definitely will return. The food and cocktails were superb, especially my Raffaello cocktail - my favourite sweet in a drink! What more could I ask for? My chocolate brownie was still hot when served and was topped with a golden birthday candle! We ended the evening with a complimentary liqueur. We will return!!

We had a wonderful experience. From start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us. We dined quite late around 9pm but staff were more than happy for us to take our time to order. They were really attentive and the tapas dishes that we ordered were very fast to come out. The meat portion sizes were on the small side, but the veggie tapas and arinicini were really good. My mother-in-law loved her birthday suprise and the tiramisu was one of the best we’ve had. Sangria was really nice too. Really enjoyed our evening!

Found Rustic Table during lockdown whilst they were doing the booked takeaway service. It was nice to find an alternative to our traditional takeaway choices and the food and cocktails were great. We've returned more than once and look forward to dining in when we can.

Had a takeaway last night from Rustic Table. I would say that it's over all good! It prices it self above the chains in harbourne but below most of the independent restaurants, it's good value for what you get! The fave was the peppadew stuffed peppers, lovely little kick of spice and then acidity from the sundried tomatoes! Would 100% recommend! The fish croquettes were a bit of a let down, would have wished for more fish and less potato. Over all a good meal!

I came here with my fiancΓ©e for dinner on Valentine's day. We shared 6 dishes from the tapas menu, all of which were very tasty and served warm. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere of the place was ideal for a couple on a date. There were even little couples trivia cards on the table for the occasion which were a nice little bit of fun in between courses.

As ever there was that wonderful personal service. Rocked up to a fully booked restraunt on a Saturday evening on my own at 6. 45pm and they managed to find me a table. And they do carafes of wine! 2 glasses of wine without having to ask for the second glass. Sad to say I can't manage a bottle on my own any more. The menu has been well thought out and appeals to the inner me. I went for the goulash this time and wasn't disappointed. Had a few lunches here before and loved the food then. I'll be back for sure. I might even bring my wife.

'Mediterranean' food by someone who has been to Cyprus or Greece and possibly MΓ‘laga once in their life. Nothing was homemade or local- all out of jars and cans. The mousakka was stodgy, topped with cheddar and served with chips. Not what we were expecting based on the previous reviews.

Relaxed tapas restaurant in heart of Harborne, nice decor with Mediterranean vibes, had a lovely lunch with friends and we tried selection of tapas, they were all delicious and home made pate, chorizo in red wine and arancini were my favourite! The host mocked the way I responded when he asked me how the food was. He also told me upon arriving at 5.15 i had to leave by 7 which didnt make sense (i don't take that long to eat). Had a halloumi wrap mains, the wrap itself was too thick and overpriced. Won't be returning.

Wanted to take my four adult kids for a leisurely, relaxed evening meal with no time pressure. Started with gorgeous cocktails at 5.30pm, and before we knew it, the clock was showing nearly midnight... The menu provided great choices for us - covering vegetarian, vegan, fish and meat. Great wines to match and not at crazy prices either. The manager, Chris, was a brilliant host and looked after us. His team were also a happy bunch and delivered great service all night. Got to say, it was a perfect evening for us all - food, wine, ambience. I can definitely recommend it.
