My partner and I purchased a £40 worth voucher on Groupon, it's the master selection of 56 pieces, the photos on Groupon mislead you to believe a half of the selection would be salmon/ tuna, however there's actually only 4 small pieces of salmon sushi, 2 pieces of prawn sushi, and the rest are vegetable sushi, spring onion sushi included, for both plates. Green tea wasn't good compared to other sushi restaurants we've been to. Food asides, if the chef was friendly then we wouldn't have minded to have these lower quality food. He seemed unhappy about our visit, possibly because we got the deal via Groupon. I just read some other reviews here and realised most disappointed customers purchased a voucher via Groupon. This is my first time to get a restaurant voucher on Groupon and it will unfortunately be my last. We don't live in Birmingham anymore and we drove 45 mins to this sushi place, thinking we will have an enjoyable meal, sadly we didn't. Sorry but we were truly disappointed.

It is situated in the Bullring indoor market. Unfortunately it is very easy to missed it, so ask somebody. There are only 6 or 7 chairs but they offer take away. The sushi is the best I have ever tried. Very delicious, beautiful served and fresh. If you love sushi, go there or order by phone. I couldn’t find their website but they use a lot of food order platforms. Working hours are 10am-5pm, on Sundays is closed.

Really tasty, freshly made in front of you and the staff were kind and patient. I took my 11 year old as she always wanted to try sushi. We both loved it.

We were really craving sushi for cheat day. We made the trip to collect and we were so glad we did. The owner was fantastic, we got so much for our money and the quality is incredible. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back soon!

A tiny place that serves very good sashimi and sushi. Be prepared to wait - we were and rewarded with some fantastic food! Cash only.. at least it was the case today.

Tasteful dishes made by masterful hands. Prices are great too. Really a beautiful corner to take a rest after shopping in the market.

We don't live in the city centre but the sushi 🍥 here definitely worth the travel! We absolutely love everything here. The chief here Mac is super nice and professional about what he does. I had a chat with him and found out that he's been doing sushi for over 10years! Respect! We'll definitely come more often as your food and price is absolutely our favourite! Thanks again

I bought a groupon for £40 Sushi was looking forward to it but it let me down. Well what you pay and what you get. I booked it for 2pm and mention it for takeaway when I arrived the man said he didn't check the schedule so I had to wait around 20 -25 mins. And he seem don't really want to serve maybe is about the Groupon. Maybe if you choose the menu form the shop he will more happy.

Decent sushi, props to the chef. We had the sushi master selection for two people (28 pieces of assorted sushi, 2 miso soups and bottomless green tea) and some tuna sashimi at the end which came to £26 altogether which is a reasonable price for sushi from what I've seen. It's a small stall in the bullring fish market run by just the chef so it has an authentic feel and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend Otoro sushi however I suggest booking ahead as it is always busy.

Awesome sushi! Really tasty and expertly prepared. It was my husband's first try of sushi and it had taken a few years to convince him to try it, and he loved it. We used a Groupon and thought it was excellent value, but the normal menu is also reasonably priced and has a good selection. The place is a little hard to find in the indoor market but we just asked one of the fish sellers. We'll definitely be back.

I was greeted with a smile and a large selection of sushi. There wasn't much of a wait either, when I wanted to pay by card I was told it was cash only so he kindly directed me to the nearest cash point. I had crispy prawn rolls that came with a sachet of soy sauce, wasabi and other spicy treats. It was a really tasty and quick snack, thanks again!

Ordered 2 platters, both were awesome. Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves sushi.
