Please
be
careful
when
visiting,
the
staff
there
and
managers
are
not
sure
of
the
allergen
in
certain
products
and
the
manager
didn’t
bother
to
apologise
at
all
for
the
mistake.
Luckily
I
didn’t
have
a
very
serve
allergy
as
if
it
did
I
would
not
be
here
right
now,
typing
this!!!!
I
had
told
the
staff
of
my
allergy
of
dairy.
The
staff
notified
me
and
offered
me
and
my
friend
who
had
vegan
pasta,
vegan
cheese
to
go
on
top
of
it
freshly
grated.
We
both
was
surprised
they
had
that
option
and
we
both
had
it
put
over
out
bolognaise,
unfortunately
the
staff
kindly
ran
back
when
I
had
taken
spoonfuls
of
it
to
say
its
vegetarian
cheese.
Meaning
it
contains
milk.
She
quickly
notified
the
manager
the
manager
did
nothing
and
my
stomach
and
throat
wasn’t
feeling
great
after
a
while.
The
staff
had
told
the
manger
about
the
allergen
and
didn’t
even
bother
to
apologise
for
the
mistake
and
poor
staff
had
to
come
up
to
us
saying
there
was
some
mis-communication.
So,
that
meal
I
had
was
not
deducted
or
discounted
because
I
clearly
I
had
paid
£18
something
to
literally
torment
myself.
The
manager
showed
no
remorse
or
response
and
the
staff
was
so
clueless
what
to
do.
But
the
staff
kindly
helped
me
and
my
vegan
friend
to
what
we
wanted
to
do,
we
was
starving
with
my
stomach
and
throat
nothing
feeling
it’s
best
after
being
told
that
it
had
not
contained
any
milk.
She
asked
the
kitchen
to
re-cook
the
meals
back
without
any
cheese
in
it.
But
the
manager
didn’t
bother
to
take
responsibilities
for
the
mistake
or
help
me
out
with
the
incident.
Luckily,
I
had
an
emergency
kit
on
me
but
this
is
on
scary
experience
that
I
won’t
forget.
