Had to stop by Birmingham before heading to London so fancied Lunch, wanted something to help ease my cold that day. Got seated very quickly and can honestly say the food came rapid! It arrived in massive bowls to which was hard to finish but can honestly say I enjoyed it. Cutlery is an option for those who are not the best with chopsticks like my dear friend ha ha. Got offered to pack up and take what was remaining with us. Will be visiting again!

Yummy, Loved it, went with my family, and my kids enjoyed it so much and waited for 30 minutes or more but I'm not gonna complain the food was appetizing!!! VERY BUSY No wonder, so many people want to go there cuz it's so adequate.

One of the best places I have eaten. Didn't have to wait too long to be seated, the food was so tasty and freshly cooked. Large choice on the menu and reasonable prices. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite, will definitely go back.

Very tasty and filling Pho. I have been twice and both times it was good. Staff friendly and helpful, good menu options and nicely done for what is essentially casual dining. Great for lunch or late afternoon stop if you are shopping.

Fancied something hot, as I've tried Pho before in Cambridge, so why not try it again in Birmingham? No queues, and service without a fuss. Ordered the pork spring rolls, beef brisket pho, all very nice indeed. Would visit again.

Pho was my first time trying Vietnamese food. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Curry and was very pleased with my order. The spicy level was moderate, maybe 6/10, which I like. It seems to me that Vietnamese food, at Pho at least, blends spicy, sweet and aromatic in a nice 'more-ish' balance. The rice was noticeably light and fluffy too. My friend had the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup but said the noodles weren't that nice and he only found 3 chunks of beef. Therefore, I'd recommend a rice dish for sure. It's worth noting that an automatic service charge/tip is added to the final bill but is optional.

Warm and nice staff. The food comes nice and fresh everytime. The service is professional and fast. This pho place is one of the best I’ve been ever. Good big portions and competitive prices. Definitely worth a visit. Peanut sauce is to die for! 🥰

A family favourite in Birmingham! Food full of flavour and bowls of comfort. Recently tried the ginger and honey ice cream, and it’s one the dreamiest things ever. The spring rolls, absolutely beautiful! And the best thing, veggie and vegan options galore! Prawnless prawn crackers, will forever be my love! The staff are always so lovely, love the location, everything about it is perfect!

Pho has been my go-to for either lunch or dinner since they opened in Grand Central Birmingham. Pho has always had the best and most consistent food and dining experience. High praise all around 🙌 This time we went for chicken wings, easily the best I’ve had anywhere, you won’t be disappointed! The fruit juices are freshly pressed with a good combination of flavours to choose from, a perfect pairing. Appreciation and shout out to Emily and Co. who were attentive to serving us. Thank you to Emily for recommending the Pandan Waffle which was amazing! We’ll be back very soon!

After hearing about Pho from a friend, we thought we'd drop by for dinner and check it out. We weren't disappointed! Service was brilliant - we were seated straight away, drinks and food orders were placed and everything arrived very quickly. We had the summer rolls to start which were delicious! Fresh and crisp. And then we moved onto the noodle soup. I had the hot and sour tofu which was gorgeous! You get a huge bowl stuffed with noodles, veg etc. Your dish comes accompanied with herbs and chillies to add at your own preference. Gorgeous food, can't wait to return and recommend to others.

Place is very busy and for any party larger than two you tend to have to wait longer 'til you're seated. I had a vegan hot and spicy tofu and mushroom soup and it was soo flavourful and delicious. I also tried the prawnless crackers and those were very airy and nice to dip in the accompanying sauce. I love tart lemonades and that's exactly what they're homemade lemonade is. Quickly has become a favourite and I'd love to return here. Saw several vegan options on the menu that I'd like to try in the future.

If you've never had Vietnamese food before this place is a good introduction. Easy to follow menu with something for everyone. I went for the fried noodles. They had a good balance of flavours and decent portion. Not the most groundbreaking food I've ever tasted. I'm not the biggest fan of food court restaurants but for a meal in a rush this is a decent option. I wouldn't return simply due to average quality of food and poor atmosphere, but then again, you are in a train station.

AMAZING VIETNAMESE FOOD! honestly I loved this place, I went there with my friend and it was just wonderful. The food came quickly and was very hot, everything was to a high standard and the staff were very nice and attentive. I also noticed that their staff was quite diverse, which I loved!

Ive been to Pho countless times and its always a good experience. The staff at grand central were attentive and friendly. I ordered the beef curry and it was SO GOOD! Their classic pho is also delectable. I ordered the summer rolls with prawns and that was refreshingly tasty. Definitely coming back!

I decided I would have Pho for lunch. What I didn't realise was that they have a vegan menu a real surprise. I opted for Hot & Spicy Soup "THIS" isn't chicken. When the food arrived so did all the herbs and condiments you add in to your food. Wow, a really delicious lunch.

Amazing food here! First time trying Vietnamese food, the closest I’ve tried if wagamamas so if you like it there you’ll be sure to love it here. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, considering how busy it was food came on time and tasted delish! The smoothies were UNREAL, honestly I would just go back to get another one. Definitely going to come back here and explore the menu.

First time we’ve visited Pho and it didn’t disappoint. Great service and food. Prices weren’t too bad either. We both had the Pork spring rolls to share and the spicy beef brisket curry for main. Lovely staff. Emily looked after us from start to finish. Very friendly young lady. Hope to come back soon! Thanks Kim & Si

I love the curry here. It is hands down one of the best curry I have had. We also had the noodles and their traditional coffee, it was good too. I wasn’t really a fan of the spring roll, it was pretty bland. I was served by Aimee, she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful.

First time eating here and will definitely be returning the food was amazing, the summer rolls and baby squid were 👌👌👌 Was served by Emily who was fantastically polite and friendly 😊 Five stars all around ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The veggie noodles were a little plain on their own so I added some spice but the broth is quite wholesome I did add all the side leaves that it came with. I enjoyed the apple and pineapple juice, the fried spring rolls were nice too I enjoyed them with the peanut dip which wasn't as strong as I was expecting. Our waitress was lovely.

Never tried Vietnamese food before, and was pleasantly surprised. The bowl of pho was delicious, and you get quite a big serving. It can be very busy at times, so I would recommend going earlier on a weekday.

I went to this restaurant with a friend to test out some different stuff. They didn't let me down. Their vegan pho soup was delicious, with flavours of roasted onion and ginger, crushed garlic and lemongrass, and dried shiitake mushrooms in every spoonful. Their rice vermicelli was also wonderful; keep in mind that they are not fried in any way, which my companion didn't enjoy, but it was definitely real. Their summer roll was also tasty.

The usual beef brisket’s soup is quite salty today but it’s tolerable, i always have it every time we dine here thats why I know if the usual food i have if not the way it should. No body check us back when were still eating so that i feed back to them but i told them when they clear my plates. The service is ok, but can be further improve.

We love it here and usually order weekly, if not more. Always very quick to deliver via deliveroo, excellent quality food every time, and sometimes (most of the time!) they’re kind enough to throw in some freebies. I’ve never had an issue, which I can’t say for most other restaurants I’ve ordered through Deliveroo. The veggie spring rolls are amazing, and the curry is great with the vegan chicken. People with allergens (especially gluten and dairy) are extremely well catered for here, because most of the food just happens to be free from both - not that this has any impact on taste! Everyone needs to try this place at least once.

I've been here several times. I've travelled to Vietnam before and Vietnamese cuisine is one of my favourites so I'm pretty picky when it comes to Vietnamese food! I tried pho at another popular Vietnamese restaurant in Birmingham but it was lacklustre and underwhelming. However all of the dishes I've had at Pho are really good, especially considering this is a chain restaurant. My only qualm is that the service is pretty slow... I always have to try to get the staff's attention if I need something. However they are friendly. There's also a service charge added to your bill at the end, just a heads up

Great authentic dishes brilliant vegetarian and vegan choices really enjoyed the meal. The chilli oil is divine with rice and curry, the soups are fragrant and generous. Ideally book in advance or you may have to wait a little in the queue.

First time here after passing by so many times. The place was full with a line of people still waiting. We were seated pretty quick as there was just two if us. Service was great and very helpful in guiding us. Food was brilliant, fresh and tasty. Vietnamese beers were good too! Will definitely be visiting again.

I just had spring rolls this time. Summer spring rolls and seafood spring roll tasted good but the latter was just one cut in 2. My 2.60£ coconut water was like below average carton drink quality

Lovely food. Lovely staff members. During COVID-19, they have taken good precautions to ensure eaters are safe. It’s better if you book in advance. This will ensure you don’t have to wait for long... as given the pandemic, you don’t know when you can get a table free.

Have eaten here a number of times. The food is always lovely and they're very cautious about allergies, constantly asking and ensuring food is okay for peoples dietary needs. Which makes the service just brilliant. The food is lovely, presented very nicely too. The smoothies are lovely especially the apple, pineapple and mint smoothie. Also the Vietnamese coffee is lovely too.

Lovely restaurant located in Birmingham Grand Central. Food tastes amazing, I highly recommend their vegan range. We had the vegetable spring rolls and spicy salad rolls for starters followed by their wok fried rice and tofu curry. Every dish was delicious. Service was efficient and friendly and the place itself has a good vibe. I loved the music. I'll definitely be returning for more.

We weren't at Pgo but next door, YO SU SHI ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! There wasn't many in there and no queues. Their new system is perfect for todays world. The only interaction with staff is at the beginning, they ask you to scan the NHS test and trace, then ask you to sanitizer with their products as you enter, then take you to your seat and that's it. The rest you do with your smartphone, Qreader is needed, you scan that, then you have the menu on your phone. Choose what you want and pay with your phone also. Food comes round on a conveyor belt and stops automatically when your order comes to your table, the light turns green to say it's your order. Food was so tasty and delicious. I can't recommend this place high enough. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING FOOD

Highly recommend this place. We went as a party of 6 and were seated fairly quickly on a Saturday evening. The broken rice bowls are really good, coming with a large amount of toppings for the rice. The real star of the show however, are the spring rolls (pork/veggie) with satay sauce, they're probably the best spring rolls I have ever had. The drinks menu is also decently sized and well priced with cocktails from £7.00.
