I arrived on a week evening and it was empty so perfect for a catch up with workmates. It was 2 for 1 on all drinks and the mocktails were quite tasty. I had a vegan burrito that was made with a beetroot wrap. I was skeptical but it was actually so delicious! The cassava fries were nice but the portion size was tiny for the price unfortunately.

Beef burger 6/10, the quality of beef below the average the bun was good but larger the beef quantity Sweet fries 8/10

Visited on Saturday 31st at 3pm . It was extremely busy but Ryan greeted us with a lovely smile and showed us to our table. Our drinks order was taken and delivered quickly. Simularly our food order was taken and delivered with speed and efficiency and everyone in our party of eight was delighted with their food. The team constantly checked in with us for drink top ups and made sure our glasses were always full. This was our first visit to the Arcadians las iguanas, a lovely venue with a fantastic atmosphere, but will definitely not be the last Time we go. Huge thanks to Ryan, Andre and all of the team for the fabulous food, cocktails and service but our biggest thanks to our server Inga who gave excellent service and was an absolute star. The manager should be extremely proud of this young lady's hard work and constant attention to her customers. Very impressed and will definitely return.

Very disappointed with the service. Starters were amazing was looking forward to mains. With my family and children such a Shame had to leave without getting served main waited over 1 hour 45 mins Did mention to 3 members of staff how long for the mains , nobody even told me how long I'd have to wait. Dirty tables with food crumbs had to clean my own table. Manager didn't even apologies untill I mentioned it. Not family friendly restaurant.

Came here in the mid afternoon for a late lunch with friends. Staff was very nice and attentive to our specific dietary needs as I am vegan and one of our friends is dairy-free. We took advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktails and grabbed ourselves a mocktail called tropical cooler which was quite citrusy and tangy. I had the vegan mushroom fajita stack with a side of spring onion rice. Loved the depth of flavours of the fajitas. The rice was very delicious; more than. I expected as a Mexican American who is used to having Mexican/Spanish rice instead of a white rice as a side. Both me and my dairy-free friend loved the vegan sour cream and I would like some in my own home. The blue corn tortillas were very authentic and I loved using them to eat up the fajitas and rice.

Poor service

Went for some food before going to the glee club! Had the copacabana burger which i asked for without mayo and onions and ordered the cuban sandwich and nachos! Burgers come out and looked nice. Noticed they left mayo on my burger which is annoying....had to scrape it off along with my dead wilted lettuce leaf, didn't realise how spicy this would be either! My other half was eating away (cuban sandwich) and ended up pulling meat string out of the sandwich! Not good.... Overall i wouldn't go again, over priced food and drinks for what it actually is...

Tasty. The food was delicious and nice for a meal out. The food and culture of the restaurant is amzing. If you don't like spicy food then its not ideal. However the food tastes amazing and the service is great.

Aaliyah ensured our party made the right choices from the menu and offered us suggestions that were great! The food portions could have been larger and slightly cheaper but they were tasty.

The food was nice, the staff was a bit of a mess, they switch shifts in the middle of dinner so all the restaurant was unattended for 10’ the drinks were piled on the bar waiting to be served and some people desist to enter after some time waiting to be seated. Something definitely to improve...

Cocktail order got lost, food came out cold and service was very slow. All rectified in the end but not the best Las Iguanas experience.

on arrival the hostess, greeted us and asked about us about any allergies. once we were seated she took our order and allowed us time to decide on what we wanted to eat. she also gave us different options (which I didn't know about because I wasn't informed last time). Food was cooked to perfection, well seasoned had a little bit of a kick to it, and the portion size was good for value Place was very clean and tidy aswell (lunch time) service was sharp and quick but not rushed. No real negatives other than the drink wasn't really cold (I never wanted I've but she did ask)

Me and my work colleagues had so much fun! We had the Christmas 3 course and was really lovely.

We came here for bottomless brunch, after trying out bottomless brunch at similar restaurants in the area. The food was delicious but the portion size was very small, especially in comparison to other restaurants that offer this at a similar price. The cocktails were also nice but there are only specific ones to choose from when having bottomless cocktails. Again, at other restaurants in the area, you are not normally limited to a select few. It was an enjoyable meal but I would definitely choose other restaurants over this one due to the portion sizes and cocktail selection. The staff were super friendly and the environment was quiet and relaxed.

Great food and atmosphere

Went for a bottomless brunch, food was lovely &good portion sizes. Ryan made sure our drinks were kept flowing and made us feel very welcome. Great selection of cocktails included in price! Favourite place to brunch.

Cocktails were nice, but service was slow and communication was lacking. Ordered our starters and mains together, starters came out quickly but then had to wait just over an hour for our mains! When my enchiladas did come out the rice and beans were cold and the enchilada was lukewarm. It was a busy Friday night so a wait was expected however we had no acknowledgement from any staff, our server actually came by about an hour after we had our starters to ask how our mains were and we said we hadn’t had them yet! If we were told there was a wait on food etc it would have been fine but we just felt ignored and forgotten about. However Raquel was our saving grace and chased up the food quickly when we informed her we hadn’t had it yet, couldn’t fault her service at all. I’ve been to this venue before for bottomless brunch and service was great and quick, not sure what happened this evening.

My favourite place to eat and get 241 cocktails! All the staff are always so lovely, we were served by Alice who made sure we were always looked after throughout. Great food and great vibes, highly recommend! 👍🏻

It was nightmare and such a bad experience at the Arcadian. We were here to celebrate our anniversary but they didn’t help us to make this day special for us. Table was so dirty and there were empty glasses from previous customers. They bring just our food without cutlery and cleaning the table. Nobody ask us any sauces prefer. Nobody never look after us. Very careless waitress and manager. Also Tasty is horrible. Enchiladas was poorly prepared and without chicken although my order was Chicken enchilada. There is a one good thing just curly fries that’s all. I never visit any las iguanas branches! I couldn’t recommend!

Fantastic food (I had Bazillion) and really friendly service. My third visit here which says it all. Was a little quiet but my visit was on a Sunday afternoon after a show in town hence the 4 stars for atmosphere. Come here in the evening and it's usually packed out!I like this restaurant a lot!

The booking process for a group booking was straight forward. I even phoned up to amend my booking and the lady onnthe phone was super nice. The drinks and service was fantastic. My team enjoyed their drinks here.

A good party spot in the Chinese Quarter. Reservation is a plus at weekends. Food was tasty. A couple of dishes for sharing. You can place an order by the waiter and /or via QR Code and table number with your smart phone. Drinks are pay 1 get 2.

Good music, good food, big portions and excellent service! Nothing more to ask for. Big shout to our super friendly and helpful server Aaliyah who was just amazing. All friendly and accommodating staff especially if you have a dietary requirement or allergy. Will defo be visiting again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of the dishes. Thinking they won't be big I ordered starer, main and dessert. Had to take some home after.

Was so polite, even arrived late due to train and the staff were understanding. Our server was Sophie and she was incredibly friendly. helped us when we needed and when we didn’t know what to order. would definitely come again. amazing experience

At the first moment you step in that place the waiters give you an enjoyable feeling. Very comfortable crew, it is a kind restaurant to enjoy with friends or with your date. heavenly food, specialist chef de cuisine, competitive pay and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

We went, and the waiters slotted us a table extremely quickly, there was barely a wait to get a table. The food they serve is fast and very tasty, the staff are very friendly and I had an overall great experience. Would recommend to anybody in Birmingham.

Great setting, tasty food and friendly staff. Sat at the bar first and had cocktails as we were early. Once we sat down we were severed fairly quickly. Would recommend the tapas as they have a good choice of foods.

This is the best branch in Birmingham the manager is amazing the staff are lovely. The food is always hot and the cocktails are brilliant. I've been to all the other branches and they have nothing on this one.

Booked in advance for meal, following theatre visit. Superb! Staff attentive and food faultless. Also great value for money. Even though very busy, staff remained upbeat and pleasant. Will definitely visit again. Everything was good in here. I highly recommended this place.

It is a very pleasant restaurant with good dishes. The cocktails are delicious and the meals are also well prepared. They offer 2-4-1 cocktail offers and gluten free menu as well. As you can see on the pictures, the meals looks great. The chicken curry with the coconut sauce is very delicious and the gluten free burrito without the wrap as well.

Had glass in the bottom of my drink Was probably just the glass wash or something but literally left with cuts to the roof of my mouth and back if my throat

I like this restaurant! They serve high class dishes, their menu is decent, The chef in that place is very trained, I love very much eating all their dishes. The food is consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the visitors is helpful. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

the service was amazing and the customer service was extremely helpful, we were welcomed with open arms and all workers had smiles on our faces. the food was served quickly and it tastes amazing and there is a massive range of choices to pick. this restaurant is one of the best for south american cuisine. however, the table we were situated at was sticky and didn't feel nice. overall, this is a top restaurant and i truly recommend this to anyone who wants to taste south american food without going to south america itself.
