A
pleasant
enough
hotel
with
modern
facilities.
A
few
caveats
in
my
experience
did
however
lessen
my
view
of
my
stay
while
I
was
here
for
2
days.
For
instance,
when
checking
in,
I
was
told
at
reception
that
breakfast
would
be
served
up
until
11am
on
Saturday
morning.
I
arrived
at
10.30am
to
no
one
receiving
me
at
the
breakfast
bar.
I
walked
up
the
the
serving
area
+
the
breakfast
staff
told
me
they
were
finished
serving
for
the
morning.
After
telling
them
what
I
was
told,
I
received
some
resistance,
with
the
staff
asking
who
at
reception
told
me
(how
would
I
know!)
Eventually,
they
served
me
hurriedly.
Although
a
minor
interaction,
I
expected
a
better
customer
service
for
£120
a
night.
Room
was
relatively
clean,
although
there
are
a
few
cobwebs
on
the
ceiling
in
my
room.
Please
see
attached
photo
of
stains
on
my
bedsheets
too.
Not
awful
enough
for
me
to
complain
or
ask
for
another
room,
but
worth
mentioning.
On
the
positives,
my
room
key
faltered
a
couple
of
times
during
my
stay,
and
the
reception
staff
were
friendly,
quick
and
responsive
to
rectifying
this
issue.
