I came here to have dinner ,staff were really helpful and took my order right away . I ordered a family meal and it came pretty soon . The manager was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back with friends

I forgot how good the buffet tasted. The variety of salads and pizza available for vegetarians is good. I asked for a spicy vegetarian and the chef made one for me. Keep up the acquired taste of Pizza Hut.

Birmingham Staff was not very polite nor helpful; from my seat I was able to see in the kitchen and they were handling the food with no gloves (the female workers in the kitchen were wearing nail polish and their hair was not even covered) and eating the topping; I ordered pizza, bbq wings and onion rings. The pizza was absolutely tasty. The bbq wings were raw and had funny taste and to top it off... the onion rings were burnt. I would definitely NOT be eating at any other Pizza Hut knowing that their hygiene is not up to standard. There are wayy better places to eat from.

I choose buffet. There is no much choice unfortunately but the food is qualitatively very good. You can pay online on your phone and you're all set. Ice-cream factory is awesome, toilets clean, stuff nice. Not much space but still reasonable enough so you can eat peacefully.

Hardly any salad at the salad bar. Few onions, lettuce, carrot and sour coleslaw apart from that nothing else. Food came 40 min late. Quality has completely gone down. Coke was also stale. Won't visit again.

Lovely place. Young man at the bar was helpful and funny. Service nothing to scream home about but was a pleasant late lunch.

The lunchtime buffet is a hit as always. But disappointed that the super supreme is not one of the choices. And whats with the ice cream being served at absolute zero?

Visited recently and really enjoyed it! The food was delicious, reasonably priced and the staff were very attentive and friendly. 😄 Pizzas in the picture: hot and spicy chicken, the G.O.A.T and chicken bites.

Really friendly service. Glad we booked because it was very busy at 2pm on Thursday. The only access is stairs however there is another Pizza Hut restaurant in the bullring that is accessible. Had the individual deal where you get an individual pizza, a side, salad bowl and any drink for £16.99. The food came quick and was very good. Enjoyed a lovely dessert too.

A good service with tasty food with a fast timing from being ordered to arriving at your table the only problem was like the many other pizza hut restaurants the ice cream machine broke but otherwise its a decent place for you and a small group of friends for a night out

Popped in for a quick bite to eat over the weekend and had a great experience. My partner and I both have food allergies and Cassie made us feel very welcome. She explained what we could eat and we heard her explaining it to the kitchen so they were aware. The Pizzas we had were nice and the service was very quick, we were in and out within 40 minutes.

Down stairs (basement possibly where 1970's pub bombings were 😵). Had voucher for free kids meal (granddaughter as a treat in school holidays)...couldn't get a signal. Was a right pain...up and down the stairs I went to try get a code. In the end I paid for her meal. Ended up spending more than I'd intended. Plus server was not best pleased with me as I had faffed around so long. Winter go to that venue again.

I went for a pizza buffet.. You have to use your phone to order online now.. which is a little bit of a pain because it's in the basement so connecting via mobile data was very slow and frustrating- then trying to connect to their "free WiFi" was also just as painful. After an age eventually managed to pay and eat. The pizzas were delicious as was the tomato pasta - and the salad bar very fresh.. Waited forever for a glass of water. It was pretty busy though. Staff every friendly probably could have done with more on the floor. Food was lovely though.

Went late on a Saturday night so was very very quiet. Feels like a company waiting to go bankrupt. Service was amazing. Attentive and friendly. The pizza looked great but looked a little underdone. I ended up with severe stomach ache for two days due to undercooked pizza. Never knew yeast could hurt so much. Maybe my fault having a deep pan. My girlfriend had a thin and crispy and suffered so such problems. Not sure I would risk again. Shame as I used to love Pizza Hut but I think the time is nigh. Many other options available with better quality at a similar price point.

The worst dine in experience I've ever had! This has got to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited and dined in at. When we arrived we walked down the stairs to be left standing for 5 minutes at the entry for someone to approach us who looked miserable and ushered us to a table. This should have been the red flag to leave but we were keen to have a Pizza Hut since it's been awhile. As regular delivery customers we wanted to try the sit in, I wish we hadn't. The server wasn't very friendly and there was not enough staff in the restaurant to attend to all the customers at the time we visited. We ordered over £70 worth of food which was fine when it arrived. We had to ask for the drinks glasses after the mains arrived before the glasses. When we reached dessert and having dirty plates on our table for 20+ mins we asked two separate servers if we could please have the ordered desserts (We ordered via the QR code as requested). A further 30 minutes passed and nothing arrived after asking once more. We walked out which nobody noticed and didn't receive the desserts ordered. A dire experience with staff who didn't care less in a restaurant that felt like a graveyard.

Was really a Texas style and sized plate of down home cooking. Both plates came with a beer. Darned worth the price padre. If the visit wasn’t short, I’d would really be back 2 or 3 more times. Mama kicking good.

  • 3/5 Sam M. 9 months ago on Google
It's in a random location in a basement so no natural light and can feel a bit claustrophobic. You have to order from a QR code and it's a no cash site. Which was okay but being in a basement signal wasn't great and WiFi would only work on one of our phones which was annoying also whilst your entertaining little ones at the same time. It feels like a better system should be in place or at least just take food orders and pay chip and pin. Unless this was put into place due to their own signal issues due to being in a basement. The food was all really nice, well stocked and hot. There were lots of options which adults and children enjoyed.

I've visited Pizza Hut both on my own and with my partner, and I always appreciate the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere when it's not too busy. Even when some disruptive kids caused a disturbance, the staff handled the situation with ease and professionalism. On top of that, we always seem to get some extra chips during our visits - can't complain about that! Overall, Pizza Hut is a great place to enjoy a casual meal and unwind, with friendly staff who know how to keep the peace. Highly recommend!

  • 3/5 Imtiaz F. 4 years ago on Google
Overall I like this place as it's a dependable eatery with good quality food, from my experience. What knocks out down a couple of points is the inconsistent service. One time I'll get fantastic service, other times I'm 'just another customer'. Considering there's a better Pizza Hut in the Bullring and there's an embarrassment of choice for the £20-£25 you'll spend here, then it would be stepping up it's game. And for the money it's not that great. A dumb choice though? Yeah I think it is

  • 3/5 ERFDRAGON A. 1 year ago on Google
Food was good, but everything looked a bit dated. Plus, you had to order via a QR code which didn't work properly and had to manually order instead. Time for an update I think 🤔

  • 1/5 Ian G. 1 year ago on Google
no customer service - next to no cheese on the pizza £15 for a small pizza compared to £17 for a super large dominos - no customer interaction order via a QR code and then has the cheek to ask for a tip! restaurant empty team sat around talking only ate here out of nostalgia - definitely will avoid all Pizza huts going forward - think they will be gone soon as the fare is poor the service poor and the quality poor value for money non existent!

  • 4/5 J D R P. 1 year ago on Google
Popped in here for some lunch with a few mates. You're encouraged to order food via a QR code, but with the restaurant being underground there isn't any signal so diners have to rely on the WiFi which is a bit of an effort to sort out. Luckily the waitress was happy to take the order the old fashioned way and we enjoyed some lovely pizzas and sides from the salad bar.

I've just got in Wednesday 8th December 2022, from visiting Pizza Hut New Street Birmingham. I had Pizza Hut on my mind all day, thinking about how much salad that I am going to load onto my plate, being as I am a vegetarian. We got into Pizza Hut New Street Birmingham feeling extremely hungry. We ordered our food, l chose Cheese n Macaroni, and was looking forward to the salad. We were served, l started to eat the Cheese n Macaroni, paused...it was not piping hot but warmish (so I was not happy with the temperature of the food). I later went to get some salad, l made my way eagerly to the salad bar, l saw empty containers, the member of staff had already cleared away all the salad whilst there were still customers in the restaurant. We were new customers and already they started to clear away the salad (which they should of left until all customers had left). I sat down very dissatisfied and carried on eating the warmish Cheese n Macaroni with no enthusiasm! To make matters worse, as we ate the staff started cleaning, l do not want to be sitting there with staff passing by holding a bug dirty full bag of rubbish, and passing by our table holding a large blue dust bin. Neither do l want to see staff cleaning and dismantling items, and leaving a dirty brush stick behind my daughter's back while she was eating. The atmosphere was not correct. When l use to work in restaurants, we (waited) for the last customers to leave, then and only then we started to clear away the food/buffet bar, and cleaned up. The only cleaning that should be done in view of the customers, is when customers have either finished with thier plate and awaiting more food, or when other customers have left thier table the plates and cups should be removed and the table cleaned and reset for the next customers. If food or whatever is on the floor, yes it should be cleaned up asap. I do not want to be eating and watching staff dismantling items and the salad bar behind my back. I came in especially for the salad. I do not want to feel that l have to rush eating, when the staff are clearing away far too early. This was my experience of Pizza hut New St Birmingham on my first and probably last visit. There are timing issues there, and food temperature issues too!

This is the pizza hut in Birmingham City centre. Went here before walking around the Christmas market. Some of the order was missing, so we had to ask and wait for ages for it to be given to us. There was a tupper ware box under the ice cream machine that had what looked like moldy food in it and the toilets were not clean, although the manger had ticked off the sheet to say they were without checking while we were there.

What in the hell has happened to Pizza hut. Doesn't accept cash and you have to order on your phone (as it is in a basement phone signal is not great). Starters are now sides, so when you order everything comes at the same time. Garlic bread was cold and hard when it arrived. Chicken wings were good, guess you don't get bbq sauce anymore. By the time we had eaten our garlic bread and chicken wings, our pizzas were cold. I think this was partly because they were both under cooked. Very very tight on toppings. Had one small piece of chicken, with a couple of pieces of sweetcorn and a thin slice of pepper per slice. So bad that when it arrived thought it was a margaretta... £66 for 2 people... Seriously over priced. Only redeeming feature was one of the waitresses that served us.. Very friendly.

Not a bad experience at all I normally prefer pizza express but we decided to give the hut a go Food was nice and the staff were friendly and very good Well done 👏

  • 1/5 Adam H. 3 years ago on Google
Pizza base was nice but that is where the positives end. The toppings were really cheap and the pizza was very greasy. Salad side had brown lettuce all the way through and the corn on the cob side for my son was inedible. On top of thatvit was really expensive. I will never be returning.

Poor service, didn't even bring the whole order , and on top of that we had to ask for the desert(that we already ordered) and had to wait another 30 minutes almost for 2 cookie dough chip..

I think pizza hut has gone down hill from many years ago. I visited Birmingham and most things on the menu wasn't available such as garlic bread, Drinks etc Also coleslaw was off🤮 tasted sour and didn't even get a discount wont be going back. The staff we had to call for and was shoved in the corner near the toilets .

It was like a trip down memory lane for me. I always used to love going to the pizza hut in Dundee but that one has sadly lonf since been closed. Food here in Birmingham was good and the service was excellent.

The 4 star rating is mostly for the staff. They are incredible. The toilets need some renovations. They are not dirty, but rusty pipes etc are not that good. The pizza was ok, classic pizza hut

  • 3/5 Craig P. 4 years ago on Google
This restaurant is full of contradiction. The work rate of staff and their commitment to customer service is second to none. The restaurant is in need of the comprehensive re-fit. The toilets in particular are in need urgent attention. See the attached photos that show the poor state of the flooring area and the rusty pipe work. The tables are kept clean however they are scratted and worn. The food is prepared to a high standard and care is taken to cater for a number of number if dietary requirements. It is unfortunate that the steep stairs do not allow for people with mobility issues to access the restaurant. This restaurant has significant potential however it needs investment to ensure that it meets the high standards that are expected of a Pizza Hut restaurant.

We had the 8,50 all you can eat deal.. That was definitely the worst pizza iv ever had. Actually was not pizza hut.. Greasy, low quality ingredients, disgusting pizza dough. The manager was very friendly, very polite, absolutely professional..

Food was amazing as always. It was pretty quiet when we arrived but soon picked up. The Server was so friendly - forgive me I don't know his name, but I didn't see any other servers Mon aft (17th June). Really easy to talk to, explain our meal choices well and was clearly trying to do his best for his customers! Really enjoyed ourselves will certain go back 😊

I love this place! They prepare splendid food, their menu is varied, The cook in that place is an expert, I like a lot trying all their food. The food is consistently good, the service towards the visitors is good. I often go to this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.

The food was good, but with Covid 19 you have to order on the website and food comes to your table. The total cost of the bill can easily get higher with the pricey sides that are small in portion size. The salad needs improving, the coleslaw was not appetising at all.
