    I especially enjoyed the sauces in the dish. My family like Nando's, and they bring everyone here for meals! When ordering food in the UK, you must be quite particular. Despite being strict vegetarians, we still have the option of haloumi cheese and vegetables. The staff are extremely helpful, and the atmosphere is generally superb. As I provided my own feedback on the services they even packed me several packets of sauces

    Awful service. Never have I before left a negative review but I was too angered about my experience today. We ordered two mains and halloumi sticks as a STARTER. After waiting 40 minutes on a what seemed to be a not so busy evening, we finally received our mains, without the starter. I questioned the waitress who came back saying that it was on the grill. 15 minutes later after we were done with our food, another waitress came to do a courtesy check (after we were finished) when I once again asked for the halloumi sticks to which she said she would bring them over. After another 10 minutes, nothing. When the shift supervisor/manager came to clear the table beside us I once again asked about the starter which he checked upon and assured us he would bring over. After another 5/10 minutes we got too tired of waiting and went up to the till where I again spoke to the supervisor/manager to finally get the sticks after waiting for much over an hour. Awful service, little communication and staff also did not seem too bothered about it at all. Would leave 0 stars if it was possible considering we missed our train. Cheers.

    Me and my boyfriend popped in for some food on my birthday & had a lovely time from start to finish! Food was delicious as always (my partner went for the sunset chicken burger, and I went for the imitator wrap). Clint was absolutely phenomenal and a true asset to the place - so friendly, happy and chatty with nothing being too much bother. Top notch guy! Thanks for making our visit fantastic 😊

    Absolutely unacceptable experience at Nando’s in Bullring! The service was outrageously slow, and my disgust peaked when I witnessed a staff member carelessly handling food with bare fingers. Hygiene standards are not just lacking but appalling. This negligence is unacceptable and tarnishes the entire dining experience. Immediate action and serious improvement are imperative for the sake of customers’ health and satisfaction.

    I can't say my experience was amazing like other Nando's restaurants. Service was the worst I had, waited 55min for food in a place that was not even half full. No check up after receiving the food... I recommend finding a different place to eat.

    Sloppy bland food, costs £9 for a tiny burger and a handful of chips 😱 I had the medium peri peri grilled chicken burger and it was tastless and the peri peri chips may aswell have been plain chips. Its order by phone too via a code which took forever as you have to create an account and then wait for a verification code. They also brought us 6 glasses as they had no clue who needed what!

    …this is a very busy Nando’s! Waited a long time for food & the burger was cold - however the manager came & ordered another which was lovely. Toilets were filthy - staff were busy & working hard to keep everyone happy. Would recommend Nando’s - but not at this resturant.

    We were sat at a table with chips in the floor, asked for hallumi for a starter which came after the main and given a glass with lipstick marks on. Not a great nandos

    Proper dump. Food was extremely disappointing and was missing halloumi. Fight broke out with a group of teenagers inside the restaurant, garlic bread was thrown around and staff did absolutely nothing except for lower the shutter, laugh and not let us leave

    food as good as usual. The floor layout needs work. Just doesn't work. Need a bit of privacy and space to enjoy the experience. Way too open at the front. People waiting to be seated just stare you out LOL awkward when they've been waiting for 15 minutes and you're stuffing your face with olives O_o.

    Food was cold but it really wasn't busy at all, half the lights were gone which makes for strange ambiance- not sure it was the kind they were hoping for. Staff looked like they wanted to be left alone, apart from the manager who grabbed me a takeaway box and was lovely. Also stingy on the garlic butter on the garlic bread.

    Never been before, so I went with my granddaughter an her mom & little sister. I loved 😍 ♥️ it. Service was very good. The young gentleman that served us, his name was Frankie, he was very polite, friendly & professional. He came round & asked us & other customers if they were enjoying their food.

    so they put somebody on till who does not know how to process one4all card. Instead of charging £3 she took all £15 then comes Clint floor incharge who took my details and said he will process gift card but 2 weeks waiting nothing comes. I re-visited and asked for update details taken again got call saying on the date I mentioned this happened Clint was not working and I am called liar. I have uploaded the cards I used in this restaurant may be somebody who knows how to ..... can check themselves Not just this Nandos I would stop going any of their branches. Unprofessional and untrained.

    Tables were not clean, i can see food marks on,Chairs looked like they've never been wiped. food was cold, pitta bread looked like it was jus warmed in microwave and dumped on plate.. chicken was over marinated, toilet was disgusting So dirty,wet, tissues on floors.

    There is nothing wrong with the food and tastes good, but it may not be delicious enough for me. I have to say that the service is really good. All the employees are very friendly. Just now, my girlfriend spilled beer on the ground. The manager gave me a new bottle and dried the floor. We feel respected and friendly. We are really grateful to him. His kindness makes us feel warm!

    After our food arrived I mentioned to the waiter (blonde girl with a pony tail) that it seemed as if a few sides were missing, to which she proceeded to tell me I’m wrong before confirming anything, turns out there was an issue with one thing coming as part of a meal rather than a side and one side just completely missing. She ran back to the kitchen after seeing this and retrieved them, this was the last interaction we had with her as she didn’t bother coming back despite circling round us many times. Emprise (sorry if I missspelled your name) was amazing on the other hand, despite being at the till, she did a better job than whoever we had! Brought us our dessert straight away even though it wasn’t her place to. Overall I wish I’d of bothered to walk to the other nandos

    Everything you'd expect from this restaurant chain. Happy with the food and service, even though the so-called bottomless soft drinks are a bit pricey and bump up the bill. Might have preferred a bit more waiter interaction to offer the option of ordering face to face instead of a distinctly noticeably preference on the part of the company for diners to do it digitally.

    Lovely Spacious restaurant. Food was good, we were in a group of 4 adults and each of us enjoyed our meal. Ordering /paying is by using an app after scanning the tables QR code. Once food was ordered, it didn't take long for the food to be served. Appeared hygienic and tidy.

    It might look nice but, the potatoes where microwaved half cold very weird texture. Broccoli was good. Chicken was tasteless. I cannot understand why am I paying all these money to serve myself ?? It’s self serving you have to get your own cups, glasses, cutleries and sauces never going back to nandos

    First time me and a friend went to Nando's and it wasn't the best experience to say the least. The spice meter that is offered in Nando's doesn't really matter that much because we both chose the second to last selection on the more weaker side and it was still very spicy for mild. We got the chicken burgers. The portions were less then expected and were not that filling for the price they asked for. The ordering service via the app was a bit of a pain to set up but worked well once we got it going. We also tried the Sxollie ciders with our meals which we enjoyed. although they brought me a cold one and my friend a warm one for some reason which he wasn't very pleased about but its just one of those things.

    I haven't been to Nandos in a long time, but my 2 minute interaction with Jessica was well worth it. She was patient with me when I was struggling to read my order off my phone and she was super prompt getting my order though. True credit to the team.

    1 star is generous. the food is good. customer service extremely poor. Nando's management need to train their staff, No one smile they feel they are stack in that job that makes them look so miserable that they want to kill themselves that’s how bad their faces are, they probably forgot that they don’t wear face mask anymore! so bad specially the one in the counter.

    Tricky for an elderly technophobe like me to book a table and order food but to my delight staff are wonderfully helpful and willing to take an order in person, over the counter. I really enjoyed the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

    Good atmosphere busy as it was a Saturday night. Had to wait a long time for the food. Had to ask a Waitress in the end as people who came in afterwards got served before us. It was explained that they were smaller orders( they were 2 people and we were 4). Think it should go in order not table size and its not as if we were a very large group.
