Absolutely loved our dining experience here. Everything was superb - the food, the ambiance but most specially the service. Our server was a very friendly gentleman who was extremely knowledgeable of their dishes and had his own recommendations of what to order. It's a shame I wasn't able to get his name. All of the dishes were superb but the duck pancakes was definitely the highlight of our meal. It was definitely the best one that we've had and that's saying a lot because we always order aromatic duck whenever we see it on the menu. I definitely recommend and we will be back for sure.

What an experience! We were absolutely impressed by the service because we made a last minute reservation and they seated us in the main dining room so short notice despite us not booking it. We were here for our 1st wedding anniversary and they made it a night to remember. The food was impeccable 👌 truly mouth watering. The cocktails were flamboyant sophisticated and cool. The service was above and beyond, so quick and efficient. I dropped my knife a fresh one was on my table in less than 30 seconds (I didn't even ask). 100% COMING BACK!

Food was delicious, cocktails were funky and wow, wine reasonably priced. Decor was stunning. Service and hospitality was shockingly bad. 40 minutes to get a menu and a drink, the floor manager clearly annoyed at staff and guests and not afraid to show it. Customers are trying to support restaurants now more than ever but something is broken here and needs fixing.

I've been a fan of the food & drinks at Tattu for a while now, but the food we had this time was terrible. The food was tough and overcooked. The dessert was good but that's all. The two starters and two mains were not worth the cost of the meal.. not even half off. Might try Leeds and Manchester again before coming back to the Birmingham Tattu.. I feel the chefs spent too much time joking around and not cooking the food well. Would not recommend. For the price, the food needs to be spot on.

Went here for our anniversary, food was fantastic, the restaurant itself is amazing and the service was some of the best service I have ever had. Israel was our server, he was amazing, really professional and brought us an anniversary plate at the end of our meal! Definitely will go back! Thanks Israel & Team Tattu!

Went for a belated birthday celebration. We got a small booth which is a nice idea but a bit too comfy for me but nothing to complain about. We ordered 2 dim sum, 5 small plates and a rice. It works well for us 4 and is more than enough. The waitress was a girl called Jeanne who was very efficient, very friendly and very attractive. It's not our first visit and won't be our last.

Always love a trip to Tattu. Second visit to the Birmingham branch and we were pleased yet again. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, the food and drink as always was incredible. The decor is always really pretty at Tattu as well. Its a recommended venue for everyone.

This is not my first time attending Tattu but this time was amazing and i have to give it to our host/waitress Jeanna, she was simply amazing! Even though she had other customers to attend to she never left us feeling as if we waiting for someone to check up on us! She an amazing host, beautiful aura and vibes and made me feel like a Queen on my birthday she really made the Tattu experience beyond words can describe! Please let Jeanne know how much we loved her!! She’s amazing and beautiful such a kind hearted person. Enjoy your birthday you deserve the best! ♋️

Excellent welcome, noting our special occasion and seating us in a beautiful booth without asking to be, which was a very nice gesture also later bringing out a birthday message. Delicious and very well presented food - everything was well made and tasty. Our favourites were the dim sum - our waiter suggested we have done of our dim sum with our main course which worked really well instead of how we ordered. Dramatic cocktails were fun and tasty. Atmosphere is incredible with the option of yin and yang - fantastic decor, murals and deep house music to further intensify the experience - love it here! Can't wait to go back. Thank you Tattu.

Really cool vibe place. Food was really well presented (the presentation is an experience in itself), and elements were amazing (dim sum and ribs), but some of the food just average in taste/flavour (the egg and sausage rice for example). Service was good but not as attentive as could have been for the price of the restaurant. Unfortunately the music was too loud for us to be able to enjoy fully as could barely hear each other talk too each other.

The food is incredible, absolutely delicious. The room looks amazing and the service is top quality. But you pay for it. We spent over £100 per person and did not drink much. Then there is the service charge they also add. There are other places in London with as good food at more reasonable prices. But if you want something special and are willing to pay for it, this place is for you.

A beautiful restaurant in every sense. 5 stars for everything. The food is delicious. Server was attentive, polite, and professional. Food is probably the best in Birmingham or probably in West Midlands. It's the place for special occasions! Great experience.

I'm never disappointed whenever I visit Tattu, from the immediate amazing service when greeted at the door to when you leave. Food is always so delicately and beautifully presented and with the flavour to match. One of the main things that sets Tattu apart from the competition is the service. One of the only restaurants I feel deserve the optional service charge that all restaurants add nowadays. Prices are higher than your average restaurant but the food, drinks and service makes up for this. One of my new favourite dishes is the Wok Fired Angry Bird, I was blown away with this dish and highly recommend it to everyone, along with the Seven Spiced Seared Tuna which was divine as always.

First time at Tattu, definitely won't be the last! As soon as we arrived, the staff were attentive, our waiter was excellent, we told him it was our first time at Tattu, he helped us with menu choices and explained the dishes too us. Food was plentiful, very tasty and very well presented. Cocktails were delicious also. There was no rush to get us out, atmosphere was good. It may not be the cheapest, but you get an amazing theatrical dining experience. We went to celebrate a family members birthday. A wonderful treat we hope to repeat!

I’ve been to this place for dinner and lunch many times and each times I had an amazing experience. The food soo delicious and worth every penny. The staff are so nice, the service is 10/10, there’s always someone taking care of you. The beef fillet and cocktails were to die for !

Two minutes walking from Birmingham Snowhill train station, this place has a beautiful ambience. It serves delicious and authentic Chinese food. Just taking one star off as the portion in the starter dishes were very small. Overall very nice experience and food.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. The food was amazing from start to finish, we had the calamari, the Szechwan rock shrimp(the best by far), the lobster and prawn toast and fried aubergine. The main was the Chinese barbecue chicken which was out of this world, perfectly balanced, succulent, spicy. The desert was the spiced cake, perfect ending to a beautiful meal. The service was quick, our waitress was so friendly.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch. We had the moonstand deal which was extremely good value for money and the food choices were excellent. Including our favourite delicious wok fried angry bird. Big shout out to Sean, who was so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable in looking after us.

No words! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Birmingham. Food…. The photos speak for themselves. Delicious and it tastes as good as it looks. Atmosphere was lovely with beautiful decor! Could not fault the service either. So impressed by this place.

I'll be dreaming about this food for a very long time. Everything was delicious and melt in your mouth, service great and so beautiful. Only reason its 4 out of 5 for service is because I had a long wait time at the bar ( over 45 minutes) Would definitely go back, prices so worth it with food like this.

Had a beautiful time at Tattu..would recommend the starters of tuna, tofu, truffle chicken shumai and mains of angry bird and duck and egg fried rice. The portion sizes for the starters were fine but mains were small. Had the cherry blossom negroni and the cherry blossom dessert which again I would recommend. Overall quite expensive but the presentation, flavours and service were good. Great for special occasions. The restaurant has stunning decor. Maddie our server..she was fantastic! Loved her attitude and her service.

The decoration in this place is amazing! We went for my birthday and I can definitely say it didn’t disappoint. The food was so tasty and the cocktails were delicious. The waitress (Anya) really helped to make it a special celebration. I would definitely go back.

Amazing experience! Food is fantastic and full of flavor. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, fantastic for couples and dates. Relatively pricey food and drinks compared to other places but you get what you pay for in quality and service, 2 people cost £270 when I went.

We came for a very special occasion, food was all very tasty. The price is very top end £130 plus per person, but that’s okay for a treat. The half duck was more like a quarter, small portions for noodles, the lamb cutlets were over done, not pink but still tasted good. Our waitress was very accommodating. Overall something definitely to try,

Stunning restaurant, service was really good and the staff were so attentive. The food presentation was amazing! I wasn’t too hungry so I only ordered two sides but I was very disappointed with the ‘Rock Shrimp’ as it was soggy and tasted more like scampi. However, the calamari was lovely and I’d definitely order it again. Everything else was great and everyone else enjoyed their meals.

Beautiful place, definitely great for a special occasion. The food here was prepared and served to perfection. Servers/hosts were polite and professional. Gentleman called Niko was looking after us (table of 6) did an amazing job making sure our wine glasses were refilled and check if there's anything else he could do to make our visit memorable. He was professional and polite, never intrusive. Will visit again for sure.

Honestly an amazing place where both aesthetics and flavour are in harmony! Really glad it went beyond my expectation with a tasty selection of dishes to choose from alongside the great service. From entering we were warmly welcomed and able to get to our seats comfortably thanks to the help of the host, Olivia. Our server, Somesh, was just as great and introduced the menu very clearly and was always there if we needed anything. The atmosphere is one of a kind where you can clearly tell the staff are one of the main reasons why Tattu is such a great place to dine at, it was all smiles around making it enjoyable. The interior is just extraordinary from the cherry blossoms to the artwork. Truly a feast for the eyes and for special events with loved ones, or someone you’re trying to impress :) Also, I value the toilets in a restaurant and Tattu did not disappoint. Very spacious, clean and most importantly just as aesthetic! The food was cooked amazingly and plated perfectly, definitely worth taking a photo of before savouring all the goodness ;) Big thanks to the kitchen staff who have made me till this day still crave every dish I ate. Tldr: a great place to dine at and should be the next place to go if you haven’t yet. Once you’ve been once, you’ll want to go again!

Went to this estate for My sisters birthday and was totally blown away from entry to exiting at the end of the night. I was pleasantly greeted by a very well dressed hostess and taken down stairs to the table where my sister and her friend were already waiting. Another host came over and explained the 3 menus: 1 drink, 1 food and the last one was a literal break down of the ingredients in the food which was fantastic for myself as I can't eat dairy. We were left to look over our menus and decide before our waitress came over and took our orders. My food was subliminal in presentation, appearance, smell, temperature and most importantly taste. The decor and set up were out of this world too. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to family and friends.

Great place for a special occasion. However, even though we had added on our reservation that we were celebrating my bday, they asked us if we are celebrating something when we arrived - which I found it a bit odd as that's reason for the comments section on the reservation. The food was great, maybe a bit overpriced we ordered the shared menu for 2. But would definitely visit again this place. In the end we had to ask to bring us a little something for my birthday.

A very nice dining experience. The first thing you notice is the beautiful interior, but Tattu has much more than that - it offers a very nice and holistic dining experience. Food is perhaps best explained as a western interpretation of traditional Chinese food. This does not make it any worse, on the contrary it's excellent. Made of good ingredients, well balanced taste and easy to find a good menu. Tried myself the modern sharing menu, which is a very large meal all together. There are also many nice drinks on the menu. The real cherry on the cake is the service - the staff is excellent, very professional and very friendly. Highly recommend a visit and will be back someday!
