Very disappointed, some Useless people working at that shop who obviously doesn't know how to take orders properly, give people wrong food, and not given whole food that customers ordered, some people have to go back and report that their food is missing or they didn't order that food ect. Some of the staff has no manners, are really rude and disrespectful . The food tasted disgusting and smelly, the food portion was so small it was not worth the price , and be careful always check your change ,they give you wrong change and pretend it was a mistake. wouldn't go back there again.

Good Food Value of Money Nice Family Environment properly Cleaned & well Maintained Hygiene. Staff are really helpful. Good variety of Dishes on the menu. Whenever we go to Town we definitely visit Love Chicken.

I wish there option for zero as very bad customer service, serves cold food after 20 min.and when I ask them to heated up he start shouting on me and said don't pass me off and then drop my burger during handover to his coulege. They just buzy as there is very few halal food place

Halal fried chicken and burger place. Nice seating, I believe they have more seating upstairs but closed off due to covid19 when I visited. Nice spacious room in front of counter so you don't feel huddled. I was waiting no longer than 5 mins for my food. Portion size was good, drumstick could have been better. Burger had too much sauce, fries were spot on. Did not check to see if they had any toilet facilities.

We ordered three deals, all of them included a chicken burger + 1 chicken wing, fries and a drink. The wing was cold, the burger was nice and the fries as well. Mayonnaise tastes a bit weird, maybe vegan mayo should be integrated in the menù. The drink was a Pepsi, but to be honest: it was all ice. Literally, I drank two small sips from the straw and that was it! I opened the cup and it was full of ice. I like the place because there are many tables/seats available and staff is usually friendly. In addition, it is located on the High Street, very close to my University Campus. Maybe next time I'll try something different.

Any time I pass through the city centre, I will always go in and grab some food. The chicken there is really nice and has became some what of a personal addiction. The front of house staff are really friendly and behind the line is super fast and it always looks spotlessly clean. I haven't had 1 problem with any of the food I've ordered and I have been going there now for 2 years. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat at a reasonable price, love chicken is defintley where to go.

This place can get very busy, food taste great as always, chilli sauce is lovely and decently priced. Has seating downstairs and upstairs. Can easily recommend this Love Chicken/Dixy's to anyone.

Chicken was very average. I expected better as it was not cheap. Good location and plenty of seating. Service was quick and efficient. But disappointing. Perhaps I caught on bad day.

I went to this restaurant just now, am I must say am disappointed, one of the staff serving me was coughing directly to the food, and I advice him to use mask, he took he advice wrongly and ask if I don’t cough, I said I do, but not on people’s food. And all the staff are barking the behaviour up telling it not a must to wear mask when u cough. Go to this restaurant at your own risk. If they can cough on food openly, think about what they do to the food in closed door.

No place nearby is on par with these guys, when the chicken is at optimal freshness the spicy strips and fillet are something different. Only issue I have is latley I noticed the classic strips have not tasted as good as they used to...hope this isnt the new norm as I really like both the spicy and classic ones

Visit love chicken regularly. There are two guys at the front that are always packing the orders super fast. Believe they are called sahail and Ali. They always already know my order and fly through the line of orders. 5 stars.

We went there at 9.17pm and a man who was serving till told us that they are open for 10 to 15 min. Though we ordered and waited for food for 5 min.(It's normal). But when we were collecting food, he told us to finish within 10 min.. But it shows that the store remains open till 10pm. In Between our eating, he came again and told us to finish early. And we had to finish it at 9.45. The food was so nice..just love it. But the behaviour of staff was rude and the toilet was dirty.

Food is great when it gets busy you can tell theyve rushed with the food, service is great and fast. Definitely need more seating place can get packed

They didnt let me sit down while i was waiting for my friend to finish his food. They then made us leave the store so we had to order something very bad we dont recommend when we finally biught fries it had hair on it

The chicken lacked flavour, it used to be really nice here but the quality died down, the fries were so oily all I could taste is oil. Won’t come here again

I regret going here I went here because I heard the food was nice I’ll be honest it tasted really good I got the supreme burger meal it was a good meal until I got home and my stomach was “bubbling” and it’d started to hurt SO MUCH. And that’s when I realised I had food poisoning from the food I had ate there and it was the only thing I ate the whole day so it had to be the burger. Honestly if u was you i wud go someplace else because even tho it tasted good it was not worth going to hospital so I advise you all to never go here. 🙏🙏🙏

Good taste but Little bit expensive as compare to other hlal in town don't want to tell name here. You can provide Varieties in Chips rather then offering same chips.

The food is pretty good and with a slight improvement in their hygeine rating it no longer feels like I am playing russian roulette with food poisoning. However, every other order they mess up and by the time I realise I am already home and can't be arsed to go back. Funny how places often miss items and never give you a lil extra...

I've been here a few times and its alway been good, it's not the food in particular that was a problem, its the attitude, there was a comment made about being the "white" in the room, you want 'us' to treat you the same, then when chosen over KFC - it's unwelcome..

Visited recently, The chicken wings are must try!! the chap that served us was very polite and generous providing extra dips! good stuff would certainly visit again!

The staff were very rude, i asked for water and hot chilly and they threw it on the tray as if i was a dog... even dogs get served better. the food quality was bad, it tasted awful, also the fries had tiny hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Prices have gone up & the Panni was thinner ad smaller than it used to be b4, plus there was less cod in it as well.

Food is amazing however the atmosphere and cleanliness is not. Went in recently when it was quiet and there was someone at the till who I suspect is new. Asked them if someone could clear a table for us and they said yes. Waited until our number was called and staff were just chatting behind the tills and no one cleared our table, so we just moved the rubbish to another table. Member of staff was rude, extremely unfriendly and threw tubs of sauces onto my tray, which I had to ask for twice. Would recommend taking food out instead.

Last time I came here was years ago. Thought I’d give it a try again. Had the spicy chicken wrap meal, fries were decent but overly salted. The wrap itself was alright nothing special it’s like dixy. The one thing I really dislike is the actual inside of the shop since it’s crowded with idiots and you can barely hear the workers. Only chicken shop i know which has security lol. Best off taking the food out.
